- Hey team, lets get through this 10 min kettlebell core workout together.
Here are a few of my favourite unconventional kettlebell core exercises. Not your usual crunches but if done right you will be able to feel your abs on fire and as a bonus it will work the rest of your body too. Win Win !

With sufficient warmup and gradual introduction of weight, this is just fine. People jumping in with no experience and with heavy weight could encounter problems.
correct, warm up is important. This one is a finisher after main workout

is smart watch on the ankle a good hack..?
cause i cant do any kettlebell like this one 4:15 .. with out damaging it

Another great workout is to fasten a rope to a 10lb kettlebell and swing it overhead. Sounds silly but it's a fantastic workout.

@ well 25 pound it’s not a lot but was my first time and I was seeing demons and hearing voices !!!!!!

the first excercise of the bat cant be good for the shoulders, no way dude, your gonna hurt people with that.
@@christineblack4654 halo is great exercise for shoulder mobility that will open up and improve your shoulder joint flexibility. Highly recommend

Start light and work up from there. It’s much worse to avoid a movement bc you think it will hurt you.
Been doing the halo for some time with no issue. You don't know what you're talking about 😂
take out the timer and anoying beeps ok, were not children I will take the time it takes.
