I'm trying to get back into shape, and this video was just what I needed. I was only able to get through the first half today, but I'll be coming back for the rest tomorrow! Maybe next time I come back to this workout I'll be able to make it through the whole thing.
First day trying, made it 7-1/2 minutes before needing a much longer break than 20 seconds... Been super stagnant lately and feeling it pretty badly, also gained 100lbs since 2020. This will be my way out. thanks for the video, i appreciate the motivation
To anyone reading. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need a peloton. You need UA-cam and an 8x8 area and to want it. 50 pounds dropped in 6 months. And I’m 50! You can do it! Stick to it daily.

It's always good to see people teaching proper wrist alignment. I see too many "authorities" on Kettlebell parking and pressing their bells with wrists bent backwards. The wrist should be positioned as if you wanted to punch something without injuring your wrist. It's also always good to see people using one-handed swings, which are vastly superior to two-handed swings.
I like these new, intense, workout. You removed the mid-way rest. I can definitely measure their effectiveness, because when I go back to your previous 40min workouts, they feel so much easier now.

This is great , pumping tunes and loads of variety but I need to work up to having the co-ordination and balance to doing every exercise here. It left me a sweaty crumpled mess after 25 mins but I pushed on 😂 I’ll make it a goal to go toe to toe with you on this video 💪🏼

The music that starts around 9:20 gave me in incredible amount of energy. It's a brutal workout, but that kind of music can push me through my limits. I love that feeling. Awesome workout! Cheers
this workout was really good. i had to change some things but still got a good workout and a good sweat one. also those over head press and step up and knee drive wow. what a challenge that was.
