25 Min LEGS + ABS Kettlebell Workout | No Repeat ( Strength & Muscle Endurance Workout )

- In this 25 Min LEGS + ABS Kettlebell Workout we will have 27x exercises in total. We will have 9x bundle of 3x exercises , The First and the second Exercises targeting the Legs muscles and the third exercise targeting the Abdominals and the core. We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest between the exercises. After each bundle there will be a 20 second rest.
You can simply Increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells / Weights. In case you want to increase the volume of this workout you can do this routine 2-3x in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings”
Please make sure to do a proper specific Leg warming up before starting the workout:

Wow, LOVED the variety of moves (and the no repeats!) but this was definitely a bit too intense for me - I needed longer rests, and I skipped about 5 of the exercises completely while modifying some others. I think I need to stay with your 15-20 minute routines. ☺

@maja2197 I just did it for the first time in a while and I'm currently moderately out of breath but otherwise feel great after. I graduated myself to doing longer and harder videos of daniels and it has made these shorter ones a lot easier.

Your workouts need to come with a warning Dan - “May cause inability to carry newborn baby after this workout.” I had to get my daughter to carry me instead

Yeah so alot of these beginners would hurt themselves, so instead I recommend people do to their more simple version and work your way up to the more intricate exercises.
