    This is a really sophisticated one. Loved the movements and the style. Great ideas, lots of forgotten exercises! Will be incorporating it in my usual core workouts. With 20 kg kettlebell it was a real burn if you can manage it!!!

    Wow...that was an intense 15 minutes!!! I've been following you for awhile and the "new to me" exercises were crazy(in a good way)....I really felt my core stabilizers working. I knew it was going to be interesting from the first exercise!!! Great Workout!!! Thank You!!!

    this was a very fun workout, but for some reason, overhead moves while on the back throw my balance off. i'm skinny, so maybe i don't have enough counterweight, but i just cannot keep my back flat doing overhead moves. any tips? (i modified the overhead moves and it was still perfect)

      Yess properly because of the lighter upper body compared to your legs. How about trying to grab a heavier weight or grab something stable so u can keep the upper body stable?
