this was a very fun workout, but for some reason, overhead moves while on the back throw my balance off. i'm skinny, so maybe i don't have enough counterweight, but i just cannot keep my back flat doing overhead moves. any tips? (i modified the overhead moves and it was still perfect)
Yess properly because of the lighter upper body compared to your legs. How about trying to grab a heavier weight or grab something stable so u can keep the upper body stable?
This is my new go to abs workout. Did this with 24kg and it was brutal
