When I first started off,I couldn't even think of doing it without a few seconds of a break but today was the first time I did it till the end without even thinking about stopping.
I started little by little for each styles of these planks, I still cannot hold on to each positions as long as she is but I am optimistic to finally be able to do them all the way through :)
I almost did it! I mean, I did the whole routine but I had to rest for a few seconds. It is pretty intense! But it really does work! It'd be amazing if you did a stretching video. A couple weeks ago I did something fiscal activity, but my leg started aching. I guess I didn't stretch well, so I'd be very thankful if you did a video concentrating in stretching all your body properly.

I was able to gruel through this without taking a break, but DANG it was tough. especially that last 30sec hold, my form was deteriorating and my whole body was shaking and I felt like I was in hell 😂 but I managed to hold till the timer ended after screaming a few times lmao 😂 I’ll continue trying this till it becomes as easy as it is for Danielle 😂
I’ve been doing this everyday for a week. I’m not on a healthy diet, I eat pizza and ice cream every night and I still saw some results. I’m doing this after a push-up workout and after all I’m going to cardio hip hop dancing also by Danielle
+Catherine Babu well to answer your first question I do this video and another video on this channel, Cardio dance burn fat, on one day then the next day I do tone abs video and pick another one, then the next day a rest day. So for example Monday: Cardio Burn Fat, then this video. Tuesday: Tone Abs workout video and another workout video. Wednesday: **Optional** you can have a rest day, or continue on with the workout, but I consider to have a rest day. Yeah this is really how I started off really? Hope it helps :)
I go dancing and at our limbering sessions we have to hold plank for 6 minutes but after doing this plank challenge I’m sweating and feeling it 10 x more thanks xx

OK well Im 12 and my physical therapist told me to work on my core to help strengthen my knee and my thighs. this workout was hard but I love pushing myself

Thomas Daniel Hey! Always work out to how your body feels, if you're not used to working out or haven't for some time then take it slowly and list to your body if you feel tired. Always consult your doctor! It's fun to work out, but our bodies need rest too! And it's better to try and not finish than not try at all, it just means it'll be easier the next time :) x
