hi icon, I've been doing 4-6 of Danielle's workouts every day for about a month now along with eating as healthily as I can but I haven't really got many results. I'm not criticising the videos as I really enjoy them but I was just wondering if you had any advice for any way to get more from them? x

Will the exercise help in reducing bum?
I've got a question, while I was doing the squat rocks, you said you should feel it in the glutes but all I felt it in were the front of my thighs. What am I doing wrong? Because no matter how hard I try, it just feels like I'm doing something wrong. :/

+Saiyami Mehta For as much or as little time as you like. You can build up these exercises by repeating them or use them as a quick workout when you don't have much time. Always listen to your body and make sure you get advice from a a fitness or healthcare professional x

+Katrine Foss As often or as little as you like! Obviously the more you do it, the better the results, but it's hard to fit in exercise to a busy routine. Always remember that 5 minutes of exercise still counts :) Ask your doctor or a healthcare professional for advice if you're unsure what's right for you x
