I've been doing this work out for a week and I see a difference in my muscle tone in my legs and arms and I've started losing centimeters on my hips. Going for week two from tomorrow. Best workout I've found so far.

leyitah2 I think so. It is a bit more mellow compared to the super high intensity ones. But a great intro for the HIIT if you are just starting out.

When i started to do legs i just felt the burn all over! It was so intense i loved it ❤️ her energy is AMAZING! If u think u can't do it the strenght is all in the mind! Build inside out not the opposite

I ❤ this workout! I started this full body workout routine a couple weeks ago. I can definitely see changes. I also incorporate a 10 - minute HIIT workout at least x3 a week while doing this daily. I changed my diet up & my energy has increased. Thank you Danielle! 💪❤
Good intense workout, one major gap that most of other online trainers have. Not clear instructions during plank. It's super annoying when you are in high stress on a floor and you can't look at the screen.

Hey Danielle! These workout routines are great! No matter where I intern, I study or go for vacations, these routines are always helping. Hi everyone. Did her routine for one week with diet. This vid and other two with abs and tone leg. I didnt know there are some changes in my body until my friends said my thigh look slimmer. Keep goin and do some diet. Eat clean and have fun with her

It's VERY challenging! I gave up like 5 times but since this is really enjoyable and motivating.. I kept coming back to push myself and do whatever I could. Go Danielleeeeee!
Started doing this 2 days ago - no diet - and already lost 2 Kg!!
I have never exercised before so I couldn't keep it up till the end, I basically did the first and last round of each exercise and couldn't do most of the planks but still lost 2 Kg in 2 days without diet, so satisfied!
Edit: 4th day, 3 kg in 3 days!

I started this just as any other work out but i can assure you this is the best workout video un youtube. I have been doing it for almost 5-6 days twice a day and i can already see the big difference. It is totally worth it

The only thing that ruined this good workout was all the ads interrupting the workout. I understand wanting to monetize off the video but it's WAY TOO monetized to keep a steady workout and not get annoyed by all the ad interruptions. It would be nice if they took the ads off during the video and just play the ads before and after. Won't be using this video ever again, the ads completely ruin the experience.

Day 1: Made it to 12:20. I’m going to do this for 2 weeks while doing the Keto diet and see what happens. I’ll try and update everyday
Day 2: Made it to 12:20 again and I ate pretty healthy today besides eating 2 cookies. I’m going to eat even healthier tomorrow

been doing this exercise 5 days a week starting 6 weeks ago. I started in my second trimester of pregnancy (now in my third). My first week. I did the whole video. Second week. I did the video once and the cardio portion twice. 3rd week I did the entire video once and the cardio and leg twice. 4th week I did the entire video and the cardio, leg, and arms twice. the 5th week I did the entire video twice. the 6th week I have added 3pound weights to both my arms for the cardio and arm exercises for just the first time through. The Second time I do the video I take the weights off so I don't overwork the muscles. I can feel myself getting much stronger and my husband sees a huge difference in my butt and legs. I cannot give an accurate review of weight loss since I am pregnant. I started this video at a healthy weight and can see my body toning up. I'm hoping to bounce back to prepregnancy weight asap. I'll keep ya'll posted.

My first few weeks all i could do was the first work out but then I started to do the full one. I can see myself improving and being able to do some things better like widening my circles. So each time i do it it's still hard. Especially those planks. But I'll continue to do it until I master this wo and do it all in time with Danielle

@@smisoni8846 I noticed my tummy, arms and legs are getting more toned and I'm loving the results. As far as my diet, no strict diet just eating smaller portions and less sweets. That don't mean I don't any junk I do but not as much as I was. I also drink plenty of water and avoid sodas and juices.

Day 1 - I'm not sweating...i swear! i'm having a shower in sweat. Lol!! this workout is killer. It's gonna be kind of hard for the beginner. leg part killed me for sure..i felt like someone is cutting my legs out lol!!!
Day 2 - 2nd day done!! first workout and last workout sets are actually burner!! (tip - try to keep a track of yourself everyday on social media..it will not let you give yourself any excuse for not doing workout today because you now you have to keep updating it!i actually experienced it today, i was about to go for sleep...but this thing occur in my mind that i forgot to do my workout today..so i started making excuse that i will do it tomorrow but i have to keep updating here so at last i finally choose to workout even after i had taken my shower! lol!so social media is kind of played a role to push my self to workout)
Day 3 - 3rd day done!!
Day 4 - 4th day done!!! still going hard!!!
Day 5 - 5th day done!! try it guys! trust me u gonna feel so good after it!
Day 8 - cuz i was too tired to the workout and got kind of busy so i rested for two days and today I'm back! done today's workout!
