I’m only speaking from my personal experience. From this date 2 months ago I started doing this program 6 days a week. During that time I stopped consuming more then 30 carbs a day and nearly eliminated all sugar intake. I chose to take only one day of a cheat day and I can honestly say I started seeing results in my abs after only 1 month. My mid section looks a lot thinner and began taking shape. I absolutely love this video. I was literally 200 lbs and no one can tell. I don’t have a stomach really but I struggle with back fat and my thighs are huge. I wanted to join airforce at the time and I had to be down to 175lbs I did this video every night. I ate right and jogged at least 2-3 miles 3 days out the week. I was down to 172.3 in just a week and a half! I’m not lying! I know it’s hard trust me I love food. I’m a Taurus ... WE LOVE FOOD. FOR EVERYONE WONDERING IF IT WORKS: Yes it does! I'm not on diet and I don't try to lose weight, but I just want my body to tighten up a bit and if you want to flatten and sculpture your belly then it really works! My tips to get through the video till the end (cuz that shit isnt easy okay) is to breath properly and keep your posture right! Do it rather slowly but correctly than fast and with wrong posture otherwise it won't do anything and you will only end up waking up with terrible back pain instead of fine belly. Hope it helps!

Been doing this twice a day (7 am and around 5-5:45 pm) for about 3 weeks now, and y'all my abs are more defined than they were after a year's worth of intense ab workouts! I've combined this workout with Icon UK's hip hop workout with Danielle Peazer here on YT, and I'm seeing great rwsults, plus my stamina and energy have increased ten fold. Of course I've combined this with healthy eating and lots of water drinking also :)

That's great! I don't diet though. I eat whole foods, unprocessed, cut out allergens, and eat for life. I work out to feel the adrenaline. I'm in the best shape of my life and much happier this way. Once I stopped focusing on scales, numbers, calories, body image, relating the word "problem" to "weight," and just put that energy into general care of myself.... things really fell into place.
I do these exercises everyother day it's fun, I have my kids doing it as well, my 7 yr old daughter, loves doing your booty popping(we are from the Caribbean so we love to shake our booty) my 8yr old son doesn't want to do some of the moves coz he says it's to girly...I mostly feel the burn in my legs not the abs but I'm seeing a difference in my stomach, legs, butt, arms, everything looking tighter I love dat...I love the fact u show us your also feeling the burn but motivating us at the same time not to give up...#bestworkoutvideosever

I kinda found out this workout 3 days ago,and i can't stop myself from doing it..my 1st time trying this i surprisingly kept up with the instructor but at the end of the workout i find myself to be in such weak condition, but after i did this for about 3 times i find myself in good condition. i do this workout 3 times a day, 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon and 1 after dinner..and i also maintain my diet plan and drink healthy L-carnitine drinks from my country...all i can say is that i feel good everytime i do this because it's for me and for boosting up my self confidence :) i will be in college in 2 months and i like for my body to be in good condition, i'll do an update on my body weight in 2 weeks..i currently weigh 168 pounds and i'm 5"8 16yrs old

FOR EVERYONE WONDERING IF IT WORKS:
Yes it does! I'm not on diet and I don't try to lose weight, but I just want my body to tighten up a bit and if you want to flatten and sculpture your belly then it really works!
My tips to get through the video till the end (cuz that shit isnt easy okay) is to breath properly and keep your posture right! Do it rather slowly but correctly than fast and with wrong posture otherwise it won't do anything and you will only end up waking up with terrible back pain instead of fine belly.

First day - Oh! i did it! I'm so exhausted.
Second day - Well, i can feel the tiredness, but It's quite better
Third day - I did it without pause for water or for rest
Fouth day - Easy, It's my routine now
Fifth day - WOW! I do it without felling tired
Sixth day - It's really simple to do it, I am not even felling that I'm doing it!

Been doing this twice a day (7 am and around 5-5:45 pm) for about 3 weeks now, and y'all my abs are more defined than they were after a year's worth of intense ab workouts! I've combined this workout with Icon UK's hip hop workout with Danielle Peazer here on YT, and I'm seeing great rwsults, plus my stamina and energy have increased ten fold. Of course I've combined this with healthy eating and lots of water drinking also :)
This lady is No Joke! Her routines work miracles if you stick to them, even three times a week. The abs' programs are pure magic. I really own her a lot❤

In 1 week i lost 3 pounds with a good diet and doing this exercice everyday ..I have 15 pounds more to lose ..don't give up guys ,it's hard To lose weight but at the end you Will be proud of yourself,more strong and confident .Keep it up
Update:hi guys i haven't weighed myself yet but i can clearly see my belly is not as big as it used to be even my family is amazed how my body changed in a few weeks before i couldn't stand looking at myself in a mirror but now I'm so proud of myself that I'm no longer ashamed or afraid to see myself in a mirror. I used to workout with Keaira a couple of years ago all the time, i had lost so much weight and still was eating good (cant remember how much I lost), after something happened and I stopped. Now a few years later Im back to her videos bc she is the only one I enjoy tbh (her and the fitness marshall).
Today was day 1 and i sweat SO much but its worth it. I start slow (thats the only work out ill do today) but ill go back to track again

That's great! I don't diet though. I eat whole foods, unprocessed, cut out allergens, and eat for life. I work out to feel the adrenaline. I'm in the best shape of my life and much happier this way. Once I stopped focusing on scales, numbers, calories, body image, relating the word "problem" to "weight," and just put that energy into general care of myself.... things really fell into place.

I kinda found out this workout 3 days ago,and i can't stop myself from doing it..my 1st time trying this i surprisingly kept up with the instructor but at the end of the workout i find myself to be in such weak condition, but after i did this for about 3 times i find myself in good condition. i do this workout 3 times a day, 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon and 1 after dinner..and i also maintain my diet plan and drink healthy L-carnitine drinks from my country...all i can say is that i feel good everytime i do this because it's for me and for boosting up my self confidence :) i will be in college in 2 months and i like for my body to be in good condition, i'll do an update on my body weight in 2 weeks..i currently weigh 168 pounds and i'm 5"8 16yrs old

I still eat rice, meat & veggies. And I see some shaping on my waist, my thighs & legs are more toned. I'm so happy with the results.

this is my main one I did ... i only used her videos to lost it.. they make you sweat a lot I over dress my self a hoddie sweat and comfy sneakers .. and let the sweating begin I stay away from bread cake soda juice etc.. and are dinner before 6 and then exercised after.. also a lot of water during the day

Yes, it works I started working out in April 2023. By May to mid June I can see the difference. This is my go to workout routine. I do 4 sets 10 minutes each at night. I absolutely love it ❤️😊🤩😊😊

Just came back from my 8wk postpartum visit and my Dr says I should do light walks only till 6th month. No running. No jogging and definitely no crunches 😢.
