    I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 months now. All I can say is woah! My arms definitely got slimmer and my waist is very toned. My family noticed how much my upper body changed.       Hey, this is not healthy. To not recover again the weight, u should lose 1k per week. Eat well and don't skip ur meals

    After a couple of weeks of consistently doing this workout I have noticed the sides of my waist have become more toned and my abs are feeling more solid. I love this workout because the burn is bearable whilst also allowing me to achieve results. I’ve never been good at working out after the morning, but since this workout is short but intense i am able to do it anytime throughout the day. I recommend this workout to anyone who doesn’t want to spend hours at the gym but want to tone their waist and get abs 👍

    since everyone is doing it , I also decided to challenge myself for this workout:
    DAY 1: completed(was hella tiring but pushed myself)
    DAY 2: the last exercise made me cry! LOL.
    DAY 3: the pain was a little bearable.
    DAY 4: done. was feeling better after the workout.
    DAY 5: done. (my upper ab lines are a little visible yaayyyyyy!!)
    DAY 6: donnnneeee!!
    DAY 7: yesss!! WEEK 1 complete...
    Upper waist: 27 inches
    Lower waist: 30.5 inches
    DAY 8: DONE!!
    DAY 9: Done!
    DAY 10: done!

      @@sheenajavan3475 actually at first I was not incorporating any diet since here in the Phil our staple food is rice and its really hard not to eat rice everyday lol! but when i saw a little cut on my side abs it motivated me more and that's it i lessen my carbs to help me achieve my dream body 🙂

    This is the most effective thing that i have ever seen or experienced. I started doing this workout 'almost' a month ago without having any hope for change (due to previous experience). But then suddenly my friends started asking how come my waist became so smaller. After that i began to feel it too. Yeah it really works. U just need to be regular and stay motivated. The positive changes made me more energetic by each passing day. Now i cant wait to see those sexy af abs in the mirror. Goodluck guys.

    Reminder: Drink a glass of water with lemon before doing this because you will surely sweat a lot. Doing so will avoid having muscle cramps.
    Diet: I'm doing Low Carb and Intermittent fasting so that my body is not that heavy when doing this workout.
    Day 1 - I can do it for 5:51 nonstop, then i rested for 5 minutes before finishing the entire workout. It was excruciatingly hard but i made it.
    Day 2- I did the same in day 1 i rested at the middle of the workout before finishing the entire thing. It was tiring but i felt good afterwards.
    Day 3- My arms are killing me but i almost made it without stopping except for the last exercise. I just rest for 2 minutes before doing the last one. It was not that tiring unlike the first day. I felt good and i can already see the result cause my belly got smaller.
    Day 4 Did the same as day 3. It felt good and i can see my waist getting slimmer and my tummy is not that big unlike before.
    Day 5 Did the whole workoutwithout stopping and its killing me cause i didnt pause the video unlike before.
    Day 6 Finally finished the whole workout without stopping and my body feels the burn after doing the 5th exercise but that did not stop me. It feels good finally doing it and my tummy is smaller than before.
    Day 7 Surprisingly doing the 5th exercise in a breeze. It wasn't that hard and i'm not that tired but it kinda feels good afterwards. My family also notice that i got slimmer arms and waist. Planning on doing it again tomorrow
    Day 8 Did it and felt good. Its not that hard anymore and i can bear the pain unlike before
    Day 9 Pain is bearable now
    Day 10 its easier now that i'm not that heavy anymore and my waist is now 31
    Day 11 Loving it as to i can see that my tummy is flatter now. I can wear a tight top now unlike before and im size medium from xl before
    Day 12 before its hard to do plank hip dip but now its my favorite exercise 🤗. I finish the workout without getting really tired instead it really feels good. Just remember guys that CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY. I workout atleast 3-4x a week.

    I need motivation so I’m gonna share my progress here.
    Waist on day 1: (I’m doing this in the morning and I haven’t eaten anything yet) 71cm
    Lower belly area: 83 cm
    Day 1: ✅ It was really hard. I’m extremely happy I made it but I wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds. I struggled the most with single arm plank
    Day 2: ✅ I’m sweating like crazy. I can officially become a rain cloud. I was doing this workout after finishing 15 minutes HIIT. I’m still not able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds but I’m staying positive and I hope it’s gonna be a little bit easier with every day❤️
    Day 3: ✅ I totally hate mountain climbers and one arm plank. I feel burn in my abs but it’s nothing compared to my poor arms. I still wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 sec. I’ve had a busy day so I wasn’t able to exercise in the morning. It’s already 21:00 o’clock and I am so tired but still managed to do it and update my comment. If I could do it u can to! So don’t give up and suffer together with me and Emi ❤️
    Day 4: ❌ I’m soooo sorry but I’ve had terribly busy day and so many things to do. I haven’t exercise today but tomorrow I’m gonna work harder than any day of my life before 🥺
    Day 5: ✅ I know it’s late but I still did it. I’ve had a few busy days now but I will probably have more time on weekend so I will exercise in the morning again . I was tired but I managed to do all the exercises for whole 45 seconds so I’m really proud of myself UwU
    Day 7: ✅ Sorry I forgot to update the other day but I’m still going with the challenge and I’m proud of myself. Slow mountain climbers is my nightmare, but I’m not giving up!
    Day 8: ✅ I did it but I was so tired and I couldn’t finish up and down plank + commando I had to take a little break. I feel exhausted now but I’m proud of myself. If somebody is doing this with me, keep going guys I know we can do it❤️
    Day 9: ❌ I’ve had a terrible stomach ache and I wasn’t able to do any workouts
    Day 10: ✅ i finished all of the exercises, although my arms hurt like hellllllll. I did side plank two times- 45 seconds for each side. I’m going to keep working for another 20 days, so I can measure my waist and give u guys the effect after 30 days
    I skipped day 11 I don’t know why I’m like this but I just ca not follow the schedule. But I did 2 minutes of plank before going to bed.
    Day 12: ✅ My left arm is on fireeeee! I don’t know how I managed to finish this workout but miraculously I did it. I’m dying but I hope to get motivated and keep going with workout also tomorrow
    Day 13: ✅ I’m dying!!!! I’ve got 68,5 cm in my waist and it’s 8 p.m. so I’m after all my meals today. Tomorrow I’ll do this workout in the morning so we can compare it to the measurements from day one where I also did this workout in the morning before any meals.
    Day 14: ✅ok I messed up cause It’s already 10:35 p.m. but I’m still gonna do measurements. Bdw my abs are fine but my arms are still burning just like they did the first day😰🔫
    My waist:
    Day 1- 71cm Day 14- 69 cm
    Lower abs:
    Day 1- 83cm Day 14- 79,5 cm
    I’m actually surprised ‘cause u can see I’m not rlly good at exercising every single day but I still lost 2cm and let’s remember that measurements from first day were made before any meals and now I’m right before going to sleep and I have to say that I was doing LOTS of cheat meals in meantime. I’m gonna keep going with that’s challenge till summer holidays and I hope I’ll be able to by myself a fancy bikini and finally feel good in it ❤️

    Tip: Start by doing 20 seconds. If you don't have experience in planks, you won't last even half of these workouts. They're a really intense burn to our core area and overworking can result in sore muscles. So, for beginners; start by doing 20 seconds for each exercise. Your pace will gradually increase :)
    Also, it shows results guys. It really does. I don't know how to do those measurement thingies and jot them down here but I can see it making a huge difference to my waist and stomach area. Keep going, you! You got this!!❤❤
    Edit: boo I gave it up because of exams :( but I'm starting again cuz new year, new me hehe :p

      @@aloodia7310 It depends tbh. For me it was atleast a week? And I'm not saying big results. Big results will take atleast 2 weeks to notice. Small changes will be noticeable after a week if you keep this up daily :)

    This is my third week doing this exercise along with the thigh exercise. Iam happy with the compliments I'm getting that I looked like a
    Lost some weight and my face is not as puffy. I hope to continue doing this until December to see what I would looklike. Thank you so much Emi.
    Edit 1: I became sad & unmotivated after 2 months of everday working out. I did lose weight but I gained it back by eating my sadness. However, with some mental help, I was able to come back into a mindset that involves taking good care of body. I picked this up along with other workouts and have slowly started to lose weight again. Don't ask me how much weight I lost. That's irrelevant to your journey. Just know that when you do this or any other workout religiously, you WILL see results. I can't control what I look like but I can control my weight, that's one thing I will take back from my bad feelings and mental health. Good luck everyone with workout.

    day 2 : i'm trying to make sure my posture right :))))
    day 3 : such a good burn! i do 2 set of this workout & i think my waist become smaller guys! & of course i do this exercise before breakfast yeah
    day 4 : i can see the different at my abs!!!! i do 2 set as well & this workout become easier than before yeayyy
    day 5 : i can see my abs line but still i need to do it for a week to see more good feedback :D

    Been doing this plank set for 3 years now, 2 to 3 times a week while eating more cleanly (hardly any chips, soda etc) and definitely see results. Went from a chubby belly to tight waist and visible abs. This definitely works if you keep at it! Thanks Emi! ❤️

      That's good but the fact is you shouldn't do a particular workout routine for more than 6 months because the muscles become used to it and thus the workout becomes less effective. You should change a workout routine every 6 months.

I knew about that but didn't find another routine that suited me as well and mainly wanted to maintain my body after 6 months of doing this workout 3 times a week + eating cleaner. A less effective workout thus being enough for my personal goals. I kept on seeing improvements though, just a little more slowly: abs becoming even more visible and waist becoming tighter,.. It's just part of my routine now. I'm very happy I found this workout and it's helped me a lot! But if you want to see results more quickly, then you should indeed switch to another workout. For me, I wanted it to become part of my habits in daily life, which it has!

      @@whoami-ct4rg Hi! I think this workout can definitely help you with that! I got smaller and tighter, less flabby arms. If you want smaller arms faster, I also usually do a 5 minute arm workout from Lena Snow (Lean arms in 2 WEEKS video from 2 years ago) after this workout. Hope this helps!

    Going to update for *1weeks*
    *Day 1* - arms are dying
    *Day 2* - I am getting used to it
    *Day 3* - sweating like hell💦💦
    *Day 4* - getting into shape and at first I was very tired but now I can feel a little bit
    *Tip* - if ur arm is paining while doing workout shake a bit in the rest time and remember this is a abs and arm workout. So u will not see much difference in legs or Thai
    *Day 5*- forcing myself to do the workout but never giving😣
    *Day 6*- i didn't do the exercise because i had a test 😓😓
    *Day 7*- lost 60kg to 58kg 😍😍
    Things to notice go for healthy diet if u want to loose weight more fast

    I've been doing this for a week, the first 3 times (i did it once a day) i did the workout until 15s (so i did 30sec), while i was getting use to it, and then i did all 45sec. Guys, it's amazing what this workout has done for me!! I started looking for planks because I couldn't get rid of my lower belly fat!! the fat that's supposed to be there in case you get pregnant BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED OK so now i can tell that only in one week that belly is almost gone!!!! no workout worked out like this one!! And also i get very bloated:( and this workout also helped to get rid of that too!!!! i am so grateful, the video is amazing, the puppy helps a lot, her voice too, and it's actually very simple once your arms get use to it. I am so happy with my body, i will keep doing this every day because it makes me feel soooo good!! so if you're looking at the comments to see if it works, it does!!! thank you so much, it really helps those who either can't pay for the gym or don't want to be seen working out. :)

      @@LO-jg1ue you should do it. Exercising isn't all about losing weight. It will help you build a stronger metabolism and thus the food you eat will be converted into energy. This way you will stay fit and not gain weight

    I definitely recommend this workout. It’s made my waist a lot tighter the last 3 months after I started doing it since I saw my ab lines/definition disappearing since I stopped working out regularly. It only took like 2-3 weeks to rlly see and feel the difference.Now I do it a long with other 10minute workouts (lower ab,arm, and hip)

    *Since it hell of an exercise. I did round one before gym and the other round once I'm done with the gym.

    I did this workout after Emi's 15 minutes leg & 10 minutes intense ab workout - RIP me. But for this workout, I only managed to do it until the single leg plank 😭 i will try again tomorrow, same routine and hopefully I will get stronger everyday! 💪🏼

    i started this workout 2 weeks ago and let me say that my stomach is flatter and more toned!!! I'll update after i complete the month!
    Update: I did this workout along with another ab video from Pamela RF the first two weeks and then I am now doing Emi’s HIIT workouts as well and then doing this plank video and Pamela’s 2 in 1 workout :)

    I have now been doing this and the 11 line ab workout for 3 weeks, and the result so far is amazing! My abs are visible and has lost 1 inch to my waist!!! Especially love that Emi always says encouraging words during the videos, they really helped a lot!!!❤️❤️

    I've been doing this for +2 weeks and I cannot talk about full results yet because I have a lot of loose skin (I lost 17kg quickly, so...) and 0 muscles so it's gonna take a looooong time, but so far my posture improved SO GREATLY and my back isn't hurting anymore (these 2 first factors make me SO HAPPY already), my arms got stronger (I can hold plank position for almost 4 minutes and even do push-ups!) and my legs got a little bit slimmer.
    I'll keep it updated!
    Update (19th, Jan): My waist is 3cm smaller and I'm starting to see the 11 line on me and it makes me SO FREAKING happy. I've been putting more time on each exercise because the normal was already too easy for me and it feels challenging but it feel good also! My weight stills the same but I don't think it's important here. Let's keep going.
    P.S: I didn't do this all days this past week because a lot of things happened, but I'm back on track!

As I said, I have a lot of loose skin and I'm still overweight, so I can see good results, but it's a slow process then results like hers maybe I'm gonna achieve until May or June. The fact that I have no more back pain and can see 11 lines on me it's pretty good to me already. If you're skinny, it's gonna be faster. There's a channel called Babyllow and she's skinny. She tried it and her results were way faster

      @@akliyadiaries9919 Once or twice a day, I just followed her time (But I can hold a normal plank for 5 minutes now). Also, it's June already and: yes, my waist is 6cm smaller, I went one size down in my trousers and gained 11 lines. No diet but I started dancing twice or three times per week, so it helped a lot.

      @@whoami-ct4rgthis workout will definitely help tone your arm and stomach muscles, but spot reducing fat is sadly not possible. You can only lose weight with a calorie deficit, so try cutting out 100-200 calories a day while exercising consistently. You should lose body fat while gaining muscle by consistently eating healthily+exercising, causing you to look more toned/athletic instead of “skinny fat” in the long run. I hope this helps a little, someone correct me if anything i said is wrong

    On the second day I felt pain in my arms and belly. This workout isn’t easy for me, but I’m not going to give up
    My third day is done. My arms still hurt a bit, but it is getting easier to not to drop
    This is my fourth day and it is REALLY getting easier! I feel a bit stronger than other days
    On the fifth day I can feel the result! This workout is now easier than it was for me! Thanks for motivation 💖
    This is my sixth day and from now on I am going to do this workout twice with a one minute rest. After the first round I am not very tired. But the second one made me sweat 💪🏻I am feeling a very good burn in my arms and abs
    Day 7: done, nothing special
    Day 8: same, but I also started workout for my arms

      cheryl chow Hi, I did both (but not very intense though)
      I used to drink a lot of iced coffee per day and I cut that to iced americano with no sugar added. Only that help me lose it quickly, i tried to change my diet plan into healthy food with some cheat meal to make it easier.
      For the workout, I prefer do it at home so I just picked the video I like and suitable for me and follow, I also copy the plan from Emi to follow so I have at least one day rest per week. Btw I don’t count the calories and don’t check on my weight much just once or twice a month since I don’t want to pressure myself too much.
      I used to hate working out so I started to do what I can (I couldn’t even go through five minutes of the video during my first week)
      So at least tried and be happy of what you do :)

    day 5: ✔️ skipped the past two days because i was extremely sore but did it today
    day 6: ✔️ it’s not much but i think i’m finally starting to lose weight while maintaining for the past months

    day 8: ✔️ haven’t noticed much weight change but i haven’t really fixed my diet either, i’m trying to change my mindset to being more fit rather than losing weight 😊
    day 9: ✔️ i think i’m finally starting to see some weight change but it’s still not significant, in terms of fitness i’m seeing myself improve which is good, my waist is also the same measurement
    day 10: ✔️ i measured my waist this morning and it was 27.5 but it was probably because it was unbloated compared to when i first measured it, i should also add that sometimes i do emi’s standing abs along with this one, but today i did emi’s bed ab workout before this one and my abs HURT

    I did this workout every day for a week and on day 7 my back really hurt. I did some research and it turns out that my core is so weak that my hip flexors kick in to help me complete the exercises, which lead to the back pain. To alleviate my back pain, I focused on exercises that engage my core and doesn't allow my hip flexors to kick in, such as crunches. These plank exercises are great and do work your abs but make sure your core is strong enough to handle them. Some exercises to strengthen your core are bridge, reverse plank, and crunches. Hope this helps 🙂

    This plank workout is amazing. It's not at all easy. I never ever worked out in my life. But after looking at myself in the mirror. I thought why not give it a try. Tbh its really hard. Hats off to emi she took only 15 sec break while I took more than 30 sec. She did all 10 at one go while I did 4 on the first day. 6 on the second day. 5 on the 3rd day but I could see a difference by now. Guys it works. Besides this I drank green tea without sugar after workout. Thank you Emi wong. I did this workout because I saw you doing with us. And I did see many people's result after doing this. Love you emi❤❤❤❤

    I’ve been doing this for 3 straight days. My waistline is 31. I’ll have the update after two weeks or a month. Motivation please.
    6 days!
    And now 7 days. Time flies so fast!
    Things I need to point out after a week of this exercises:
    1. My waist line is now 30 (lost 1 inch only cause food is life haha)
    2. I’ve got a stronger arms now. They’re not shaking anymore everytime I’m doing planks (specially the single arm plank)
    3. I noticed that my metabolism is getting faster now (fact: I’m always constipated that’s why I’m bloated )
    This coming 2nd week, I’m planning on extending one minute per exercise (15 secs extended)
    And I’ll promise myself on doing a meal plan so that my efforts wouldn’t be a waste. 💪🏻

    I saw a video of a girl in Korea who had amazing results from this workout, so I decided to give it a go.
    I did the video 2 hours ago (with huge difficulty towards the end!) and I'm already feeling the kind of soreness in my whole core that I'd expect to have the day after the workout. Absolutely loved it, will keep going!

      My elbows are getting dark fast before I see any result on my abs 😭 (been doing this for 2 weeks), I've already use yoga matt and a thick one at that, any advice?

      @@nisa3612 do more arm workouts to make them stronger. And youre probably using your arms muscles more than abs cause your hips not straight. Lower your body and then youll feel it on the abs more

      @@igot7-lu well, doing plank is basically resting almost half of our weight on our elbows, after a while I realized that it darken quite fast.
      My arms are okay, I can do straight arms plank with no problem, but some times ago I kinda sprained my wrist, it's a little bit uncomfortable to do straight arms plank anymore
