This is the most effective thing that i have ever seen or experienced. I started doing this workout 'almost' a month ago without having any hope for change (due to previous experience). But then suddenly my friends started asking how come my waist became so smaller. After that i began to feel it too. Yeah it really works. U just need to be regular and stay motivated. The positive changes made me more energetic by each passing day. Now i cant wait to see those sexy af abs in the mirror. Goodluck guys.
Been doing this for 14 days and OMG I'm feeling soooo good! I started out barely even able to get through each exercise but at day 14 I'm able to get through this without dropping. Woot woot!

Been doing this plank set for 3 years now, 2 to 3 times a week while eating more cleanly (hardly any chips, soda etc) and definitely see results. Went from a chubby belly to tight waist and visible abs. This definitely works if you keep at it! Thanks Emi! ❤️
That's good but the fact is you shouldn't do a particular workout routine for more than 6 months because the muscles become used to it and thus the workout becomes less effective. You should change a workout routine every 6 months.

I knew about that but didn't find another routine that suited me as well and mainly wanted to maintain my body after 6 months of doing this workout 3 times a week + eating cleaner. A less effective workout thus being enough for my personal goals. I kept on seeing improvements though, just a little more slowly: abs becoming even more visible and waist becoming tighter,.. It's just part of my routine now. I'm very happy I found this workout and it's helped me a lot! But if you want to see results more quickly, then you should indeed switch to another workout. For me, I wanted it to become part of my habits in daily life, which it has!

@@whoami-ct4rg Hi! I think this workout can definitely help you with that! I got smaller and tighter, less flabby arms. If you want smaller arms faster, I also usually do a 5 minute arm workout from Lena Snow (Lean arms in 2 WEEKS video from 2 years ago) after this workout. Hope this helps!
Tip: Start by doing 20 seconds. If you don't have experience in planks, you won't last even half of these workouts. They're a really intense burn to our core area and overworking can result in sore muscles. So, for beginners; start by doing 20 seconds for each exercise. Your pace will gradually increase :) Also, it shows results guys. It really does. I don't know how to do those measurement thingies and jot them down here but I can see it making a huge difference to my waist and stomach area. Keep going, you! @@annafitria7310 It depends tbh. For me it was atleast a week? And I'm not saying big results. Big results will take atleast 2 weeks to notice. Small changes will be noticeable after a week if you keep this up daily :)

I need motivation so I’m gonna share my progress here. Waist on day 1: (I’m doing this in the morning and I haven’t eaten anything yet) 71cm Lower belly area: 83 cm Day 1: ✅ It was really hard. I’m extremely happy I made it but I wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds. I struggled the most with single arm plank Day 2: ✅ I’m sweating like crazy. I can officially become a rain cloud. I was doing this workout after finishing 15 minutes HIIT. I’m still not able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds but I’m staying positive and I hope it’s gonna be a little bit easier with every day❤️ Day 3: ✅ I totally hate mountain climbers and one arm plank. I feel burn in my abs but it’s nothing compared to my poor arms. I still wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 sec. I’ve had a busy day so I wasn’t able to exercise in the morning. It’s already 21:00 o’clock and I am so tired but still managed to do it and update my comment. If I could do it u can to! So don’t give up and suffer together with me and Emi ❤️ Day 4: ❌ I’m soooo sorry but I’ve had terribly busy day and so many things to do. I haven’t exercise today but tomorrow I’m gonna work harder than any day of my life before 🥺 Day 5: ✅ I know it’s late but I still did it. I’ve had a few busy days now but I will probably have more time on weekend so I will exercise in the morning again . I was tired but I managed to do all the exercises for whole 45 seconds so I’m really proud of myself UwU Day 7: ✅ Sorry I forgot to update the other day but I’m still going with the challenge and I’m proud of myself. Slow mountain climbers is my nightmare, but I’m not giving up! Day 8: ✅ I did it but I was so tired and I couldn’t finish up and down plank + commando I had to take a little break. I feel exhausted now but I’m proud of myself. If somebody is doing this with me, keep going guys I know we can do it❤️ Day 9: ❌ I’ve had a terrible stomach ache and I wasn’t able to do any workouts Day 10: ✅ i finished all of the exercises, although my arms hurt like hellllllll. I did side plank two times- 45 seconds for each side. I’m going to keep working for another 20 days, so I can measure my waist and give u guys the effect after 30 days I skipped day 11 I don’t know why I’m like this but I just ca not follow the schedule. But I did 2 minutes of plank before going to bed. Day 12: ✅ My left arm is on fireeeee! I don’t know how I managed to finish this workout but miraculously I did it. I’m dying but I hope to get motivated and keep going with workout also tomorrow Day 13: ✅ I’m dying!!!! I’ve got 68,5 cm in my waist and it’s 8 p.m. so I’m after all my meals today. Tomorrow I’ll do this workout in the morning so we can compare it to the measurements from day one where I also did this workout in the morning before any meals. Day 14: ✅ok I messed up cause It’s already 10:35 p.m. but I’m still gonna do measurements. Bdw my abs are fine but my arms are still burning just like they did the first day😰🔫 My waist: Day 1- 71cm Day 14- 69 cm Lower abs: Day 1- 83cm Day 14- 79,5 cm I’m actually surprised ‘cause u can see I’m not rlly good at exercising every single day but I still lost 2cm and let’s remember that measurements from first day were made before any meals and now I’m right before going to sleep and I have to say that I was doing LOTS of cheat meals in meantime. I’m gonna keep going with that’s challenge till summer holidays and I hope I’ll be able to by myself a fancy bikini and finally feel good in it ❤️

Reminder: Drink a glass of water with lemon before doing this because you will surely sweat a lot. Doing so will avoid having muscle cramps. Diet: I'm doing Low Carb and Intermittent fasting so that my body is not that heavy when doing this workout. Day 1 - I can do it for 5:51 nonstop, then i rested for 5 minutes before finishing the entire workout. It was excruciatingly hard but i made it. Day 2- I did the same in day 1 i rested at the middle of the workout before finishing the entire thing. It was tiring but i felt good afterwards. Day 3- My arms are killing me but i almost made it without stopping except for the last exercise. I just rest for 2 minutes before doing the last one. It was not that tiring unlike the first day. I felt good and i can already see the result cause my belly got smaller. Day 4 Did the same as day 3. It felt good and i can see my waist getting slimmer and my tummy is not that big unlike before. Day 5 Did the whole workoutwithout stopping and its killing me cause i didnt pause the video unlike before. Day 6 Finally finished the whole workout without stopping and my body feels the burn after doing the 5th exercise but that did not stop me. It feels good finally doing it and my tummy is smaller than before. Day 7 Surprisingly doing the 5th exercise in a breeze. It wasn't that hard and i'm not that tired but it kinda feels good afterwards. My family also notice that i got slimmer arms and waist. Planning on doing it again tomorrow Day 8 Did it and felt good. Its not that hard anymore and i can bear the pain unlike before Day 9 Pain is bearable now Day 10 its easier now that i'm not that heavy anymore and my waist is now 31 Day 11 Loving it as to i can see that my tummy is flatter now. I can wear a tight top now unlike before and im size medium from xl before Day 12 before its hard to do plank hip dip but now its my favorite exercise 🤗. I finish the workout without getting really tired instead it really feels good. Just remember guys that CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY. I workout atleast 3-4x a week.
@@hiradmrr3843 it is really effective. I have a flat tummy now so i can wear crop tops blouses now😄. Also i am a size xl to 2xl but now i can now wear small to medium sizes tops. My shoulder is not that broad anymore.

I've been doing this for a week, the first 3 times (i did it once a day) i did the workout until 15s (so i did 30sec), while i was getting use to it, and then i did all 45sec. Guys, it's amazing what this workout has done for me!! I started looking for planks because I couldn't get rid of my lower belly fat!! the fat that's supposed to be there in case you get pregnant BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED OK so now i can tell that only in one week that belly is almost gone!!!! no workout worked out like this one!! And also i get very bloated:( and this workout also helped to get rid of that too!!!! i am so grateful, the video is amazing, the puppy helps a lot, her voice too, and it's actually very simple once your arms get use to it. @@nisa3612 do more arm workouts to make them stronger. And youre probably using your arms muscles more than abs cause your hips not straight. Lower your body and then youll feel it on the abs more How do they get dark?
@@igot7-lu well, doing plank is basically resting almost half of our weight on our elbows, after a while I realized that it darken quite fast. My arms are okay, I can do straight arms plank with no problem, but some times ago I kinda sprained my wrist, it's a little bit uncomfortable to do straight arms plank anymore
i started this workout 2 weeks ago and let me say that my stomach is flatter and more toned!!! I'll update after i complete the month! Update: I did this workout along with another ab video from Pamela RF the first two weeks and then I am now doing Emi’s HIIT workouts as well and then doing this plank video and Pamela’s 2 in 1 workout :)

@@whoami-ct4rgthis workout will definitely help tone your arm and stomach muscles, but spot reducing fat is sadly not possible. You can only lose weight with a calorie deficit, so try cutting out 100-200 calories a day while exercising consistently. You should lose body fat while gaining muscle by consistently eating healthily+exercising, causing you to look more toned/athletic instead of “skinny fat” in the long run. I hope this helps a little, someone correct me if anything i said is wrong

cheryl chow Hi, I did both (but not very intense though) I used to drink a lot of iced coffee per day and I cut that to iced americano with no sugar added. Only that help me lose it quickly, i tried to change my diet plan into healthy food with some cheat meal to make it easier. For the workout, I prefer do it at home so I just picked the video I like and suitable for me and follow, I also copy the plan from Emi to follow so I have at least one day rest per week. Btw I don’t count the calories and don’t check on my weight much just once or twice a month since I don’t want to pressure myself too much. I used to hate working out so I started to do what I can (I couldn’t even go through five minutes of the video during my first week) So at least tried and be happy of what you do :)
This plank workout is amazing. It's not at all easy. I never ever worked out in my life. But after looking at myself in the mirror. I thought why not give it a try. Tbh its really hard. Hats off to emi she took only 15 sec break while I took more than 30 sec. She did all 10 at one go while I did 4 on the first day. 6 on the second day. 5 on the 3rd day but I could see a difference by now. Guys it works. Hi, i've done this workout so many time and it's very hard for me to keep doing it,but when the video it's done and all of my body hurts and iam sweaty, i am so proud and i want to keep doing it bc i know that this pain will be a gain and a reflect of my determination towards my goal to lose weight. Day 1✅ Struggled a lot and took longer breaks between each exercise. Belly still stayed the same Day 2 ✅ Decided to do the workout twice. Took less breaks than before but still a lot the first time. Only managed to get halfway through the second time. Seemed to have gotten fatter lol. Day 3✅ Managed to do the full exercise for about 6 of them, yay! Stomach is getting slimmer! Not by a lot, but still a noticeable change. Day 4✅ Stomach is getting slightly slimmer! Had to take more breaks than usual though. Day 5✅ Managed to do the full exercise for 8 of them and was less tired after each workout. Stomach feels a little tighter. Day 6✅ I can kinda see some definition on my stomach and i was able to do all the exercises fully! Day 7✅ Was less tired after the workout which is a good thing lol and i can see some change in the stomach. edit: i’ve started doing this workout daily and i can see some small changes like ab definition (faint, but there) and i’ve lost some belly fat which is good.
I’ve been doing this for 3 straight days. My waistline is 31. I’ll have the update after two weeks or a month. Motivation please. 6 days! And now 7 days. Time flies so fast! Things I need to point out after a week of this exercises: 1. My waist line is now 30 (lost 1 inch only cause food is life haha) 2. I’ve got a stronger arms now. They’re not shaking anymore everytime I’m doing planks (specially the single arm plank) 3. I noticed that my metabolism is getting faster now (fact: I’m always constipated that’s why I’m bloated ) This coming 2nd week, I’m planning on extending one minute per exercise (15 secs extended) And I’ll promise myself on doing a meal plan so that my efforts wouldn’t be a waste. 💪🏻
I can't thank Emi enough for all her workouts. They are effective! I started working out last April 2021 and today, July 31, I have already lost a total of 20 pounds!!! I am a mom of 2 and I can say my body now is way better than 10 years ago. Keep inspiring, fEMIly! We can! No pain, no gain! ❤💪🏻
@@legendanimeduniya5355 i believe so. I only started doing planks end of May. So after more than 2 months, results were already visible. But take note that I also do her HIIT workouts aside from planks. These exercises gave me better and faster results.
day one: tbh I tried my absolute best but couldn't do the complete 45 seconds for every exercise. I will hopefully build up and I promise myself to stay consistent cause I know this shows results day two: so I was able to do the complete 45 seconds for the first two exercises but on all the other 8 ones I couldnt. this is really hard but im pushing through day three: could only do the complete 45 seconds for first exercise but struggled and dropped multiple times for the others. it hasn't gotten easier but its only day three day four: originally was going to rest but no it hasn't gotten easier I can only complete the 45 seconds and for the last exercise my body gave out and I physically couldn't;t do it. usually when I dropped id stay down and stop but when I dropped I got back up and pushed so that's good day five: did so bad today, only completed first one again when I dropped it was hard for me to get up day six: rest day, know I should've done it but my legs were really sore from running today ++ I think my body is exhausted from an overload of workouts day seven: ok so instead of doing 45 secs for each exercise im going to lower that down to 20 seconds and build up because I think it'd be more beneficial and helpful for me to reach my fitness goals... will update later alr so I cut it down to 20 secs and yes I felt the burn but I was able to do all of them for 20 secs!! the one where we go to the side I did the full 45 secs for day eight: ok so I didnt drop ONCE during any of the exercises and I bumped it up to 25 secs for each one. I did the full 45 secs for that one where we lift our side and stack our feet. I did 20 secs for a few of them but I think im stronger. for the one arm one I was able to do it (10 secs only for each but hey that's something!)!! day nine: did it, it burned. 25 secs for most, 45 secs for the side ones, and 20 secs for a few exercises. day ten: same thing as yesterday but got my period last night so it was a little challenging day eleven: I was able to do the complete 45 seconds for the regular plank, plank hip dips, and the last two exercises. did 25 seconds and 20 seconds for the others day twelve: so so so hard today. did 45 seconds for a couple, 25 seconds for most, and 20 seconds for a few day thirteen: ate so bad today and didn’t do this. hate myself day fourteen: did the complete 45 seconds for each workout!! I dropped a couple of times for the last two but overall am proud of myself for pushing day fifthteen: ngl once we got to the minute break I debated on stopping but I pushed through and yayyy I can do the full 45 seconds for each one! dropped a little bit but got back up day sixteen: did all 45 secs for each one again, it was tough. glad im finally able to get through it though day seventeen: did complete 45 secs again, was still hard but I dropped wayyyy less day eighteen: its just expected and the standard for me now to do the full 45 secs which I do but today this felt harder and I dropped more it might be because its hot as fuck or that Panda Express I had today... whatever im impressed w my progress so far and will continue doing this daily even after summer day nineteen: really bad day for me. only did 45 secs for some and even skipped one. why idk I am mad disappointed day twenty: rest dayyy but im still doing my daisy keech and le serafim workouts day twenty one: so hard did 45 sec for basically all of them except the single arm one *HOURS LATERRR I did the whole thing again to make up for yesterday* day twenty two: did it again, just couldn't do the single arm day twenty three: done I dropped quite a few times and replaced the single arm plank with just regular plank day twenty four: skipped single arm, legs are on fire, dropped a few times day twenty five: done. it hurt almost didnt do it today + did single arm (sort of) day twenty six: done.... dropped a loooottt and skipped single arm day twenty seven: better day did single arm today :) day twenty eight: got it doneeee attempted single arm day twenty nine: was going to rest but did this at 6:25pm day thirty: painfullll + skipped single arm but I've definitely noticed changes in my waist *I paired this vid with daisy keech hourglass abs and la serafims workout on shirlyn Kims channel* day thirty one: hurt a lot + skipped single arm but Im def stronger can't believe its been a month of doing this day thirty two: hurt + skipped single arm day thirty three: skipped single arm but got it done another day day thirty four: going on a trip for three days this Friday so I did planks 2x to make up for when im away day thirty five: rest day because I got gum surgery day thirty six: tried earlier in the day and only did half but its now later and I did it! I saw a video of a girl in Korea who had amazing results from this workout, so I decided to give it a go. I did the video 2 hours ago (with huge difficulty towards the end!) and I'm already feeling the kind of soreness in my whole core that I'd expect to have the day after the workout. Girl, me too but I started doing planks more and I could hold the position for about 18 seconds before I was tired and I know that's not much but it's a big improvement to me! Before I could only hold for 4 seconds.
A quick thought if youre debating if you want to do this: *Ive done it for 1 and a half weeks and i lost an inch on my waist. From 26.5 to 25.5 inches. As for my weight, i dont know because i dont have a weighing scale and i cant buy one since were in quarantine.* Goodluck!

This is the most effective thing that i have ever seen or experienced. I started doing this workout 'almost' a month ago without having any hope for change (due to previous experience). But then suddenly my friends started asking how come my waist became so smaller. After that i began to feel it too. Yeah it really works. U just need to be regular and stay motivated. Been doing this plank set for 3 years now, 2 to 3 times a week while eating more cleanly (hardly any chips, soda etc) and definitely see results. Went from a chubby belly to tight waist and visible abs. This definitely works if you keep at it! Thanks Emi! ❤️
That's good but the fact is you shouldn't do a particular workout routine for more than 6 months because the muscles become used to it and thus the workout becomes less effective. You should change a workout routine every 6 months.

I knew about that but didn't find another routine that suited me as well and mainly wanted to maintain my body after 6 months of doing this workout 3 times a week + eating cleaner. A less effective workout thus being enough for my personal goals. I kept on seeing improvements though, just a little more slowly: abs becoming even more visible and waist becoming tighter,.. It's just part of my routine now. I'm very happy I found this workout and it's helped me a lot! But if you want to see results more quickly, then you should indeed switch to another workout. For me, I wanted it to become part of my habits in daily life, which it has!

@@whoami-ct4rg Hi! I think this workout can definitely help you with that! I got smaller and tighter, less flabby arms. If you want smaller arms faster, I also usually do a 5 minute arm workout from Lena Snow (Lean arms in 2 WEEKS video from 2 years ago) after this workout. Hope this helps!

Tip: Start by doing 20 seconds. If you don't have experience in planks, you won't last even half of these workouts. They're a really intense burn to our core area and overworking can result in sore muscles. So, for beginners; start by doing 20 seconds for each exercise. Your pace will gradually increase :)

Waist on day 1: (I’m doing this in the morning and I haven’t eaten anything yet) 71cm
Lower belly area: 83 cm
Day 1: ✅ It was really hard. I’m extremely happy I made it but I wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds. I struggled the most with single arm plank
Day 2: ✅ I’m sweating like crazy. I can officially become a rain cloud. I was doing this workout after finishing 15 minutes HIIT. I’m still not able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 seconds but I’m staying positive and I hope it’s gonna be a little bit easier with every day❤️
Day 3: ✅ I totally hate mountain climbers and one arm plank. I feel burn in my abs but it’s nothing compared to my poor arms. I still wasn’t able to do some of the exercises for whole 45 sec. I’ve had a busy day so I wasn’t able to exercise in the morning. It’s already 21:00 o’clock and I am so tired but still managed to do it and update my comment. If I could do it u can to! So don’t give up and suffer together with me and Emi ❤️
Day 4: ❌ I’m soooo sorry but I’ve had terribly busy day and so many things to do. I haven’t exercise today but tomorrow I’m gonna work harder than any day of my life before 🥺

Day 10: ✅ i finished all of the exercises, although my arms hurt like hellllllll. I did side plank two times- 45 seconds for each side. I’m going to keep working for another 20 days, so I can measure my waist and give u guys the effect after 30 days
I skipped day 11 I don’t know why I’m like this but I just ca not follow the schedule. But I did 2 minutes of plank before going to bed.
Day 12: ✅ My left arm is on fireeeee! I don’t know how I managed to finish this workout but miraculously I did it. I’m dying but I hope to get motivated and keep going with workout also tomorrow
Day 13: ✅ I’m dying!!!! I’ve got 68,5 cm in my waist and it’s 8 p.m. so I’m after all my meals today. Tomorrow I’ll do this workout in the morning so we can compare it to the measurements from day one where I also did this workout in the morning before any meals.

Reminder: Drink a glass of water with lemon before doing this because you will surely sweat a lot. Doing so will avoid having muscle cramps.
Diet: I'm doing Low Carb and Intermittent fasting so that my body is not that heavy when doing this workout.
Day 1 - I can do it for 5:51 nonstop, then i rested for 5 minutes before finishing the entire workout. It was excruciatingly hard but i made it.
Day 2- I did the same in day 1 i rested at the middle of the workout before finishing the entire thing. It was tiring but i felt good afterwards.
Day 3- My arms are killing me but i almost made it without stopping except for the last exercise. I just rest for 2 minutes before doing the last one. It was not that tiring unlike the first day. I felt good and i can already see the result cause my belly got smaller.
Day 4 Did the same as day 3. It felt good and i can see my waist getting slimmer and my tummy is not that big unlike before.
Day 5 Did the whole workoutwithout stopping and its killing me cause i didnt pause the video unlike before.
Day 6 Finally finished the whole workout without stopping and my body feels the burn after doing the 5th exercise but that did not stop me. It feels good finally doing it and my tummy is smaller than before.
Day 7 Surprisingly doing the 5th exercise in a breeze. It wasn't that hard and i'm not that tired but it kinda feels good afterwards. My family also notice that i got slimmer arms and waist. Planning on doing it again tomorrow
Day 8 Did it and felt good. Its not that hard anymore and i can bear the pain unlike before
Day 9 Pain is bearable now
Day 10 its easier now that i'm not that heavy anymore and my waist is now 31
Day 11 Loving it as to i can see that my tummy is flatter now. I can wear a tight top now unlike before and im size medium from xl before
Day 12 before its hard to do plank hip dip but now its my favorite exercise 🤗. I finish the workout without getting really tired instead it really feels good. Just remember guys that CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY. I workout atleast 3-4x a week.

I've been doing this for a week, the first 3 times (i did it once a day) i did the workout until 15s (so i did 30sec), while i was getting use to it, and then i did all 45sec. Guys, it's amazing what this workout has done for me!! I started looking for planks because I couldn't get rid of my lower belly fat!! the fat that's supposed to be there in case you get pregnant BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED OK so now i can tell that only in one week that belly is almost gone!!!! no workout worked out like this one!! And also i get very bloated:( and this workout also helped to get rid of that too!!!! i am so grateful, the video is amazing, the puppy helps a lot, her voice too, and it's actually very simple once your arms get use to it. @@igot7-lu well, doing plank is basically resting almost half of our weight on our elbows, after a while I realized that it darken quite fast.
My arms are okay, I can do straight arms plank with no problem, but some times ago I kinda sprained my wrist, it's a little bit uncomfortable to do straight arms plank anymore

@@whoami-ct4rgthis workout will definitely help tone your arm and stomach muscles, but spot reducing fat is sadly not possible. You can only lose weight with a calorie deficit, so try cutting out 100-200 calories a day while exercising consistently. You should lose body fat while gaining muscle by consistently eating healthily+exercising, causing you to look more toned/athletic instead of “skinny fat” in the long run. I hope this helps a little, someone correct me if anything i said is wrong

I used to drink a lot of iced coffee per day and I cut that to iced americano with no sugar added. Only that help me lose it quickly, i tried to change my diet plan into healthy food with some cheat meal to make it easier.
For the workout, I prefer do it at home so I just picked the video I like and suitable for me and follow, I also copy the plan from Emi to follow so I have at least one day rest per week. Btw I don’t count the calories and don’t check on my weight much just once or twice a month since I don’t want to pressure myself too much.
I used to hate working out so I started to do what I can (I couldn’t even go through five minutes of the video during my first week)
So at least tried and be happy of what you do :)

This plank workout is amazing. It's not at all easy. I never ever worked out in my life. But after looking at myself in the mirror. I thought why not give it a try. Tbh its really hard. Hats off to emi she took only 15 sec break while I took more than 30 sec. She did all 10 at one go while I did 4 on the first day. 6 on the second day. 5 on the 3rd day but I could see a difference by now. Guys it works. Hi, i've done this workout so many time and it's very hard for me to keep doing it,but when the video it's done and all of my body hurts and iam sweaty, i am so proud and i want to keep doing it bc i know that this pain will be a gain and a reflect of my determination towards my goal to lose weight. This is what i keep doing it, to the person that read this bc there are scared to beggin and take the risk...just,take the risk!! If i can do it, why not you ? If y do it now, why you will tomorrow or in 3 days or during the next holidays ? Please, don't lie to yourself and do what is good for you, not what you are used to do to feel safe.
Day 1✅
Struggled a lot and took longer breaks between each exercise. Belly still stayed the same
Day 2 ✅
Decided to do the workout twice. Took less breaks than before but still a lot the first time. Only managed to get halfway through the second time. Seemed to have gotten fatter lol.
Day 3✅
Managed to do the full exercise for about 6 of them, yay! Stomach is getting slimmer! Not by a lot, but still a noticeable change.
Day 4✅
Stomach is getting slightly slimmer! Had to take more breaks than usual though.
Day 5✅
Managed to do the full exercise for 8 of them and was less tired after each workout. Stomach feels a little tighter.
Day 6✅
I can kinda see some definition on my stomach and i was able to do all the exercises fully!
Day 7✅
Was less tired after the workout which is a good thing lol and i can see some change in the stomach.
edit: i’ve started doing this workout daily and i can see some small changes like ab definition (faint, but there) and i’ve lost some belly fat which is good.

And now 7 days. Time flies so fast!
Things I need to point out after a week of this exercises:
1. My waist line is now 30 (lost 1 inch only cause food is life haha)
2. I’ve got a stronger arms now. They’re not shaking anymore everytime I’m doing planks (specially the single arm plank)
3. I noticed that my metabolism is getting faster now (fact: I’m always constipated that’s why I’m bloated )
This coming 2nd week, I’m planning on extending one minute per exercise (15 secs extended)
And I’ll promise myself on doing a meal plan so that my efforts wouldn’t be a waste. 💪🏻

I can't thank Emi enough for all her workouts. They are effective! I started working out last April 2021 and today, July 31, I have already lost a total of 20 pounds!!! I am a mom of 2 and I can say my body now is way better than 10 years ago. Keep inspiring, fEMIly! We can! No pain, no gain! ❤💪🏻
I'm 13 years old. I can only do these exercises in the morning. Bcz I to Tuition every evening. Will it work in 3 months??
@@legendanimeduniya5355 i believe so. I only started doing planks end of May. So after more than 2 months, results were already visible. But take note that I also do her HIIT workouts aside from planks. These exercises gave me better and faster results.

day one: tbh I tried my absolute best but couldn't do the complete 45 seconds for every exercise. I will hopefully build up and I promise myself to stay consistent cause I know this shows results
day two: so I was able to do the complete 45 seconds for the first two exercises but on all the other 8 ones I couldnt. this is really hard but im pushing through
day three: could only do the complete 45 seconds for first exercise but struggled and dropped multiple times for the others. it hasn't gotten easier but its only day three
day four: originally was going to rest but no it hasn't gotten easier I can only complete the 45 seconds and for the last exercise my body gave out and I physically couldn't;t do it. usually when I dropped id stay down and stop but when I dropped I got back up and pushed so that's good
day five: did so bad today, only completed first one again when I dropped it was hard for me to get up
day six: rest day, know I should've done it but my legs were really sore from running today ++ I think my body is exhausted from an overload of workouts
day seven: ok so instead of doing 45 secs for each exercise im going to lower that down to 20 seconds and build up because I think it'd be more beneficial and helpful for me to reach my fitness goals... will update later
alr so I cut it down to 20 secs and yes I felt the burn but I was able to do all of them for 20 secs!! the one where we go to the side I did the full 45 secs for
day eight: ok so I didnt drop ONCE during any of the exercises and I bumped it up to 25 secs for each one. I did the full 45 secs for that one where we lift our side and stack our feet. I did 20 secs for a few of them but I think im stronger. for the one arm one I was able to do it (10 secs only for each but hey that's something!)!!
day nine: did it, it burned. 25 secs for most, 45 secs for the side ones, and 20 secs for a few exercises.
day ten: same thing as yesterday but got my period last night so it was a little challenging
day eleven: I was able to do the complete 45 seconds for the regular plank, plank hip dips, and the last two exercises. did 25 seconds and 20 seconds for the others
day twelve: so so so hard today. did 45 seconds for a couple, 25 seconds for most, and 20 seconds for a few
day thirteen: ate so bad today and didn’t do this. hate myself
day fourteen: did the complete 45 seconds for each workout!! I dropped a couple of times for the last two but overall am proud of myself for pushing
day fifthteen: ngl once we got to the minute break I debated on stopping but I pushed through and yayyy I can do the full 45 seconds for each one! dropped a little bit but got back up
day sixteen: did all 45 secs for each one again, it was tough. glad im finally able to get through it though
day seventeen: did complete 45 secs again, was still hard but I dropped wayyyy less
day eighteen: its just expected and the standard for me now to do the full 45 secs which I do but today this felt harder and I dropped more it might be because its hot as fuck or that Panda Express I had today... whatever im impressed w my progress so far and will continue doing this daily even after summer
day nineteen: really bad day for me. only did 45 secs for some and even skipped one. why idk I am mad disappointed
day twenty: rest dayyy but im still doing my daisy keech and le serafim workouts

@@mountainofstrength2281 I never did warming and cooling up workouts, those are for ppl who didn't do workouts for a long time, if ur body is strong enough then u dont need to warm up, this plank workout is rlly good , go for it.

I did this excerise for a week with 2 days off, and I lost almost 4 cm off my belly and 2 cm off my waist now this is my 2nd week. I hope I will get the results again
This exercise is actually really effective
I saw a video of a girl in Korea who had amazing results from this workout, so I decided to give it a go.
I did the video 2 hours ago (with huge difficulty towards the end!) and I'm already feeling the kind of soreness in my whole core that I'd expect to have the day after the workout. Absolutely loved it, will keep going!

Girl, me too but I started doing planks more and I could hold the position for about 18 seconds before I was tired and I know that's not much but it's a big improvement to me! Before I could only hold for 4 seconds.

*Ive done it for 1 and a half weeks and i lost an inch on my waist. From 26.5 to 25.5 inches. As for my weight, i dont know because i dont have a weighing scale and i cant buy one since were in quarantine.*
