I don't usually like to do cardio, but I'm definitely going to try this this afternoon! I love it because it's not a "static" cardio (like monotonous and boring) but it's funny and active! It's like.. I want to do cardio now!! Thanks again Danielle❤️ what would I do without you???!!

Hey Danielle - just wanted to tell you I appreciate these workouts. They get your heart rate up, but there are little breaks. For someone with a messed up knee (patellafemoral syndrome) they are perfect.
Emily McNaughton I have that too! Same. The breaks really help the knee pains.

Too "difficult" to do a different music. I love that I can do the FAT+CALORIE burning cardio dance workout, the dance to burn fat and the fun and easy dance workout on any music that is playing.

Im underweight..but i plannefd to get some shape..how often should i do cardio in a week?
kiera mazmi shape how? Cuz cardio is often for loosing weight, not gaining muscle. There's loads of videos for gaining muscle too though, i'm sure you'll find what fits you the best!
miriam stenlund oowh ..i have a straight figure..so supposed to focus on gaining muscle?
kiera mazmi as i said, it depends. U want curves u gotta focus on the hips and booty, if ur underweight i wouldn't recommend losing anymore weight.

Is it bad that I’m 13 weigh 133lbs(60kg) and only 5’4(164cm) with a waist of 32-33in(81-83cm)
Karina Fernandez i dont think its that bad im 13, 5'4 but my waist is just under 70cm but depends if you are active and if that is muscle but dont feel bad if people re lighter or thinner than you, you are probably very beautiful and if you do this it will be even better! And healthy and muscley is better than skinny and unhealthy 😍😍💕💕
