- Here we are, already at Day 5 of RWK! Time to spice it up once again with another Full Body day. I know we are starting to feel the DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) so try your best to push through because we are in this together! It's progress, not perfection.. so jump on your reformer and crush it.
