      Thank you so much Laura! Really happy you enjoyed the workout 😊 I just used a wand on my hair for the curl, no weaves 😉 I need something low maintenance because its usually in a pony most days haha. Thank you for the sweet compliment 🤍

      @@kathrynchanel I took the 7 day challenge after a break of 5 days just to start again but I really enjoy the workout ! Did some hip mobility just before the class .Thank u again can’t wait for the 4rth day !

      Hi Kathy! Try adding a knee pad underneath or just take it up to the feet. Modify as you need to always feel safe and successful.. Thank you for watching !
