    Overnight is good 💪🏻 I cook steel-cut oats in the slow cooker overnight with water, unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon, flaxseed, vanilla extract, and kosher salt.

    I Blend my powder and butters together with the milk, then pour over the oats for uniformity in the container

    I added pecans and nuts to my overnight oats and i can only eat three tablespoon then i get very full and i do my dinner at 4:00 pm -6pm and would not eat again until tomorrow's lunch time. Sometimes, i skip coffee an other times i oul jst eat one meal a day.
    Is about mind over food.

    Thank God for healthy ideas. You could have a little bit of cinnamon some honey and bananas bro take it to the next level or blueberries let's go Jesus Christ stay spiritually pumped

    Good to do after the oats have been soaked with water and then rinsed. Removes they phytic acid.

    Use 100% maple syrup! Not the sugar free ones! The sugar free ones contain lots of chemicals and other bad stuff to make it sugar free

    I’m curious to know what the ingredients are in that sugar-free syrup. Check it out, you might be surprised. You should actually be using “Pure” Maple Syrup, or Agave Syrup, which tastes even better.. and is way more healthier. Fake sugar is not really that good for you. Add a few blueberries, bananas or strawberries and 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds too, it will give it a nice texture 💪 I might have to try a little protein powder in mine next time.

      You are right… and definitely thank you for pointing that out. I have since changed to natural/raw or as you call it, pure Maple Syrup. It brings so much flavor and is much better overall.
      I certainly like your your add in ideas, absolutely so fun to create different creations and hear from others. 🎉🎉

    Doing this for the next 30 to 60 days but I'm using Raw Manuka Honey instead of syrup.

    I simply add two scoops of the Manshake weight loss powder chocolate flavour, with my oats with hot water because I'm currently in a fat loss journey so I ditch the peanut butter and anything sweet.

    826 calories shiieeet. I guess in 2 servings not so bad, but that still feels like a lot for breakfast. Peanut butter does go hard with the caloric density I guess.

    Ditch the peanut butter if u can unless ure protein powder has no flavour,nd dont microwave , cook it on the stove, nd then fridge ,have a shower nd come it ll be ready ,
    Stove cookingtake 2-3 min

      @@NickBitler create and test different add-ins. If it does go wrong just try another. Based on diet, some choose sugar free (as in no ingredients with added sugar), so raw syrups or honeys can be a nice addition to sweeten things up. Ultimately, this is just to stimulate ideas.       1.The word we use to mean food Calories
      2.equal to 1000 small c calories
      So either it's still 413 calories or it's 413,000 calories

      Can be any container you choose, this is just an easy and strong container. Easy to clean and room for ingredients. Again, these creations are just fuel for your mind to create what fits your choice for meals.

      You can certainly try different variations, but the milk helps bring the ingredients together. I’d recommend different milks if there is an allergy or other concern where milk type matters. Feel free to reply a comment of what works best for you. It may help others with similar question.

      Based on what you mix in can help bulk or cut. Just be mindful of type of calories you are adding and do what works best for you and your goals.

    Can you warm up the oatmeal or can you just eat it cold?

      Up to you… I’d recommend experimenting with different temperatures. It can be eaten straight out of fridge, but warming to desired temp is possible. Maybe microwave for 10 sec incriments and try a bite at each until you like.

      Depends on the oats serving size, 1/2 cup of oats is a serving. So two 1/2 cups of oats equals two servings. I would suggest with experimenting with more/less till it fits what you like. Hope that helps.

      Milk choice is preference, not the standard. Feel free to try any milk you prefer. Different milks will change flavoring and will each have their own benefits. Hope this helps.
