    We'll start with a quick warmup to get ready for maaany fun and challenging exercises and finish off with a nice cooldown to make sure that our muscles get a well deserved stretch.
    So let's grab our favorite workout clothes and literally jump right into it 👊🏼

    LEVEL: Advanced
    WORKOUT:
    Warmup: 50 sec on, no rest
    Workout: 50 sec on, 10 sec rest
    Cooldown: 30 sec on and well done!
