I appreciate that you only smile and give us exercises to the beautiful music you've perfectly selected. Yelling or constant talk doesn't motivate me. Doing motivates me. I just started the February playlist. I subscribed not long ago if I’m not wrong but I had just saved your playlist and never did it until today that I wanted to try something and someone new. I loved this. During the 30 minutes I felt great, I didn’t feel tired like I have been feeling in my past days working out. I felt the pain of my muscles but felt great. I love there’s no repetitive exercises. I’m excited to do this 🤍
I like this video so much! It feels like it's not that hard, but it is!! This workout is suitable for my recovery from broken bones because I can't jump and run, but I can still work out because of this video💗

I found Eleni fit at the beginning of July and I love, love, love all your workouts. I am 52 and have exercised most of my life starting with Jane Fonda, home workouts, Jillian Michaels, Piyo, yoga, Autumn from Beach body and Eleni fit is my favorite. I love the flexibility of her workouts from short to longer with so many options. I am currently working on my core after having a hysterectomy and I am very excited that there are so many ab and core options available.

I added two 3 lb weights to this routine for extra toning and it worked well. I had to slow the pace down a little, but a great work out.
