Oh - I love these low impact strength workouts, especially because it allows for more mobility work to be incorporated in the routine 👏🏽 Also, I love the intro you to at the start, as well as the little "well done" shimmy at the end ❤ Makes these workouts feel so much more personal!

Hello Super training malgré un petit problème de son auquel on shabitue. J ai dû travailler avec 2 halteres de 2 kgs. Je n arrivais pas à faire les exercices sans prendre des poids . Tu nous a habitué à charger lourd et voilà c est devenu une routine pour moi , mais j ai été raisonnable. Merci encore❤
