35 minute Strength Training + Yoga

- Sclupt + flow. Strength-training + yoga. Grab a pair of 3-5 pound dumbbells for this fun flow class with strength-training woven in throughout. We'll warm up with sun salutations and do a combination of sculpting using weights in yoga postures, and flowing through yoga postures, vinyasa style. Challenge yourself, but move with mindfulness. We'll end with pigeon pose, twists, and relaxing savasana. Enjoy :)
