It is my FAVORITE abs routine and the perfect length of video and I've never done a more effective workout. I have one more week and then I'm off to vacation in mexico with my abs! Thanks Rebecca!
Here's the thing. I totally believe this works and these exercises are awesome for core. But to anyone doing it, i'd suggest mixing this one up with other ab exercises as well, not only that but never do two ab days in a row because you need your muscles to recover, think of it like this, if you go a night without sleep, the next day you'll be unable to do many things, same with your abs, if you do not let them rest, you will overwork them, making it harder to get them. So on Monday, do this exact routine, kudos to Rebecca, and then Tuesday, a leg day lets say, and then Wednesday find another ab workout that works for you (maybe its another one of Rebecca's ab workouts, maybe not), then Thursday, a leg day again, then Friday this one. You see where i'm going here? Your body will kind of acclimate and it will get used to a certain exercise, you need to be giving your body new exercises every week so that it not plateau and so that every week is a challenge that is new for your body.
I've done many of your abs workouts but even 5 years later, this is definitely the hardest one I've ever done! I can definitely feel the burn, love this workout! thank you Rebecca!!

that was great Rebecca! i find that slowing the move down helps me keep proper form, whereas when i rush through them they're not as affective! next stop, beach body abs!

aim for this year is to get more toned and abs is a major part im concentrating on. its quite theraputic at the same time taking a toll on my lower back . not giving up yet though

+Maria Fiallo I noticed how you used a frowny face, but there is nothing to be upset about! This just gives you more room for improvement, and once you achieve your goal of completing the whole workout you find a new, more difficult goal. Don't ever be discouraged based on other people's results- you are your own person, and you will do fantastic things!

Here's the thing. I totally believe this works and these exercises are awesome for core. But to anyone doing it, i'd suggest mixing this one up with other ab exercises as well, not only that but never do two ab days in a row because you need your muscles to recover, think of it like this, if you go a night without sleep, the next day you'll be unable to do many things, same with your abs, if you do not let them rest, you will overwork them, making it harder to get them.
