Hi everyone here i am with a new challenge #fitweekwithsomi , its week 2 & we are going with a best chest workout to reduce breast size and get rid of armpit fat , it will help you get toned upper body , its 7 days challenge , new workout challenge will be uploaded on every monday, till then new videos every coming in this week as well :)

You have to perform each exercise for 60 seconds.Then you have to repeat these 12 exercises 2 more times!
