Day 10- same . I am following customised diet plan that suits my body in addition to exercise. Reduced 2 kg in 10 days. Great achievement.

@@latasanap323 first day was painfull but the second day I did it better and now I can do without taking breaks, I do exercises so the pain was bearable for me, I think you will get rid of the pain after a day or two but don't stop doing it , you will never feel the pain after day 2 or 3.
How is ur workout going . Is this effective? Also did u cut out sugar?
@@sreelekshmisree2319 i will tell u plss don't take it serious as everyone body type is not same.. pr mene yes i cut down my sugar bt not my tea i was just not taking tea daily once a weak.. and this exercise dosen't give me any type of result i do it till the 13 day bt no result so i stoped and do emi wong it give me result in only my butt now i am seriously very sad bt still trying again not losing my hope

Sowmya ... Ur my greatest inspiration... Ive been exercising with proper diet from 1st of july... Ive found that my weight has been constant.. but there are Great changes over my inches.. the part of my body that is large is my hip thigh and butt.. I am having ligament issue in my left knee... So can you post some videos on reducing hips thighs and butt... with less or without the usage of knees.. 💗
