    I have followed the exercise shown in part One and it worked for me I am one size down now . it took me more than a month and I am 2and a half inch down in may tallor masurmants 🙂 all thanks to you .     protiens never gets stored as fat.... though you shouldn't consume protien in excessive amount as it might increase ammonia level in our body

    Reduce breast size.
    Avoid sour food, (pickles)
    Right size bra
    Avoid papad.
    Avoid cashews instead take almond and walnut
    Lazy eating.
    Avoid wheat and cheese🧀
    Avoid fried foods(paani puri😩).
    Limit the consumption of sea foods.

    if you mean all fishes when you say sea food then I would like to point out that fishes are one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids and a healthy way to cut carbs and include the required amount of proteins in your diet.

      When you work out or all the time? You should wear a regular bra generally and a sports bra when you work out... I don’t know what kind of sports bra you are wearing but some kinds of them will cause issues.     You might have worked hard on this video but everything you said is related to weight loss and not specifically breast size reduction. You can see that in women who have shed kilos. Their breast size reduces automatically when they lose some weight. Please don't "stuff" your videos. Breast size reduction is a myth. When you gain weight, your breast size increases. So does regular massage and giving birth to a baby. Avoiding fatty foods is something you should do you reduce your overall weight. Like many fitness gurus have already pointed out, spot reduction is a myth. Please stop propagating fluff content to gain followers. You CANNOT reduce the size of only your breasts. Embrace your body. Exercise. Stay Healthy. Enough of body shaming.

      THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WEIGHT LOSS & TONING
      1. When you lose weight you will tend to reduce over all body but that is only water weight loss that leads to make you look lean & skinny !
      2. Secondly Body toning is done when you dont have excess weight & you are shaping your body to get perfect body structure because even after losing weight you have a lots of loose muscles & saggy areas!
      So this video is based to avoid saggy breasts & tone them to get proper body structures ! & some of these tips might also concide with weightloss but let me tell you that your breast are the vulnerable areas of your body that if not taken care will show up easily
      LASTLY ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH BODY SHAMING
      As Girls having heavy breast face so many peoblems like
      1. They cant jump because of pain
      2. They cant run for long time due to pain
      3. Many girls face rashes to a extent of getting operated
      4. They face shortness of breathe
      5.due to heavy breasts many people face migraine !
      So there is nothing to do with body shaming as its very important for some people!
