    I’m going to do this consistently for 7 days; if it works I’ll keep going.
    - Day 1: ✅ it was pretty intense in terms of the stretching. It was a good exercise however, I’d just suggest stretching the shoulders a bit before starting. It also felt like an arm workout a bit, so I loved it.
    - Day 2: ✅ it felt great. Stretched beforehand, so I feel more flexible and it looks like it’s already working.
    - Day 3: ✅ felt easier although I’m alternate day fasting so I felt a bit weak today, but overall it was good.
    - Day 4: ✅ much easier today but I really felt my biceps working
    - Day 5: ✅ it’s working!!! It’s super visible that my shoulders are getting smaller. And I’m building strength which I love. I’m probably going to continue doing this for a month because it really is effective
    - Day 6: ✅ I absolutely love this workout! My shoulders have reduced so much already. It seriously works !!! I’m going to keep doing this for 30 days.
    - Day 7: ✅ not much different
    - Day 8: ✅- ok im sooo sooo happy with my progress! I’ve been working out my whole body and my shoulders are where I see the most progress so far.
    Day 9: ✅ not too different but the stretches felt easier and I’m building more strength, yet the reps are still challenging.
    Day 10: ✅ I did it right after waking up, I was a bit weak but it felt great.
    Week 3: I did it almost everyday. Tremendous progress. My shoulders have been one of my insecurities for a while and random family members even notice my smaller frame. I totally recommend this workout

    1 month until my birthday, I’m restarting this workout:
    Day 1: felt pretty nice. Did it in the morning

    Hello everyone I would just like to say that everything needs time so 7 days is not enough to reduce your shoulder size but the exercises told by soumya are really effective start doing for a month you will feel the difference

    I have broad shoulders and I don’t feel comfortable with them so I’m going to try this. I measured the width of my shoulders and they are currently 50 inches wide. I’ll try to update everyday.
    Day 1: it was a bit hard but I got through it. I felt a slight burn in my collar bones. I hope it works. I measured my shoulders properly and it’s 49 inches. I will keep updating.

      Merxellus Gogou yes I stopped after the first day because I realised that these exercises weren’t going to help me. So I don’t know what the problem is or how it affects you.

      @@natashaowusu6999 yea..broad shoulders are genetic.. either we r born with it or we dont have it.. I have it too.. i dont like it very much... The only thing left now is Self Admittance.. Gotta try loving ourself just the way we r.. no matter how hard it is.. cos we dont really have a choice..sad life

    I am starting from today I'll update you guys daily for 7 days
    (Important note- I do this set twice a day)
    Day 1- Very minute changes in shoulder width. Almost unnoticeable
    Day 2 - I am actually surprised with noticeable changes, a top which used to make my shoulder look quite wide made it look a little bit less broad
    Day 3 - skipped (time hi nahi mila)😅
    Day 4- pain in shoulder and near neck (maybe because i skipped a day😅) and definitely more changes than day 2
    Day 5- same as day 4. Slight pain in arms and shoulders during exercise

      yess I’m a petite person but my chest breast and shoulders are much wider than my hips and legs.. it doesn’t look feminine and it’s annoying.. lemme know if you find a good video😭

      If you guys wanna have a beautiful effect then switch to the lifting weights 😉 you will get an amazing results with in limited time period. ...do remember one thing keep on straight on diet! Only 20% exercise n 80% of eating habbits can change ur life from there to here ❤️🙂🥂

      Please do each (all 7) exercises for 2 to 3 minutes daily then only you will get positive result. I'm sure..! If you feel lazy... While doing exercise please listen to your favourite song and continue the workout sure it will make u energy..! Otherwise count 1 to 25 numbers for each workout!

    Di me try krti hu excercise but body or arms pain bhut jyada hota hai na me kuch pd pati na relax ho pati hu... excercise b bhut km hopati mostly arms pain bhut bhut jyada hota..
