    Okay guys , so I'm gonna start my challenge today itself. I will surely update you guys with my results. I'm updating here so that i get motivated with each like on this comment.
    Starting with 38 inches
    Day 1 : Done . Had to struggle somewhat ..but did 5 exercises out of 10 as she said.
    Day 2: done..muscles were quite sore due to yesterday..but you need to push your limits..🌸
    Day 3: √
    Day4 : missed due to some reason 😕 . Will definitely continue.
    Day 5: √
    Day 6,7,8: done..will update after 2-3 days altogether.. And i am not measuring right now , i will directly measure after the completion..
    Day 9,10 - done
    Okay so i couldn't wait to measure so i measured! And trust me guys!! It was 36.5 inches today!! It does work. 4 more days to go but till now i m really happy with the result. But you need to take care of your diet as well. Just stop eating junk..like COMPLETELY stop it for these 14 days and if possible , in future too, don't eat much junk.. Will update after 4 days again.
    Ok guys so last UPDATE : I'm 36 inches now.. LOST 2 inches..completed my challenge and I'm really happy with the results. THANKS SOMYA DI.
    But guys gaining is easier than losing (in case of weights😑) so try to maintain by having a healthy diet and little bit of exercises.

      @@sasikalar1606 i m not an expert but still i would love to share my timing ☺
      You can either do it early in the morning just after you wakeup /empty stomach.. Or in the evening around 6-7 pm..just make sure you are not eating anything 30 mins before and after the workout thing. Also i make sure i'm not eating anything after 8pm .

    Hi, I'm Sadia.. I'm 21 year old.. My height is 5'3" and weight is 70 kgs.. Whenever I start working out I gain weight.. No matter how many days I workout.. I've tried doing 30 minute workout for 15 days and I put on 2.5 kgs.. Whenever I stop working out my weight again becomes 70 kg.. Now I'm following your surya namaskar challenge for 4 days and again I've gain 2 kgs.
    P.S:- I only eat ghar ka khana.. And Don't consume sugar or fried food.

      My suggestion is dont scale your weight in the first time you workout, it could be your muscle that grow, trys measure your body size, and try drink a lot too, cut your portion bit by bit

    Big breast size is one of the most hated problems... My breast size is 24inch...

      There is no shortcuts that it will reduce your chest in a week...
      You need to work on ur diet and do cardio + strength training to loose fat and gain muscles underneath ur chest...
      Just make a start... don't loose hope.. Everything takes time.. just focus on ur goals...and dont give up...

    My workouts each day:
    Day1: 1:00, 1:55, 2:46, 5:45, 3:43......done. huff...i would never want to choose the 1:55 workout again..ha...huff
    Day2: 1:33, 2:10, 2:28, 3:00, 4:17....done. u was gonna give up bcz if the 2:28 but i got motivated by someone😢 so nice.
    Day3: 1:33, 2:45, 1:40, 1:00, 2:10.....done.
    Day4: 1:00, 3:35, 5:02, 2:45, 1:40
    Keep liking so that i dont miss a day.

    Hello soumya di , i am big fan of urs, I took 45 days challenge in tha lockdown ,I reduce 5 kg weight in a month I m very very happy I fell very light special my belly fat..I o e problem arise before my breast size is 34 and now it's 30 it not look gud I. Saree what can ido back my normal size....

    My cheast size is =36.5

    Hello dee.. Can you make a video for student.. Who keep seated whole day long and unable to loose weight even after workout. Feel less energetic without good meals so unable to do intermittent fasting as that can hamper studies definitely for those who can't study empty stomach. Please make one and touch this topic. It 'll be beneficial for many.😊
