Thought I'd leave a new recent comment here for anyone new. Never backed the game but did first find out about it a couple years ago, looks different than from this trailer, better imo. Should be coming out soon. (though I understand that was also the case a couple years ago) That said, a demo is currently up for the game on steam, and having just tried it out, it's fucking great.

If you paid for this game, then you would know that the dev semi-regularly gives updates on the Kickstarter. But I'm guessing you didn't do that.
