I have a pretty busy day!! I run my own business, I get lunches, etc ready for my boys all before leaving to take everyone to schook and I was able to get this in before leaving the house! Now I can focus on my work when I get home! I am always soar and motivated with your workouts!! #womenempoweringwomen 😘

Great video :) !! I've always found it difficult to do planks with a straight arm, because my wrists feel really unstable (I have tiny wrists). I just end up doing planks on my forearms. Is there something I can do to get better at straight arm planks? Do I need stronger wrists? A yoga instructor once told me I needed to strengthen the muscle around my elbow.
your wrists will strengthen with time! just keep practicing!
