    i was ill for 2 weeks and still need 1 week to feel well and it completely destroyed my sport schedule and my muscles are nearly gone. this was a crazy knowledge for me 😢 but from the other side i wanna thank you for ur videos rebecca, they are full of motivation, passion and great nature background, this is like a therapy for me and keep me back on track now 👍😍

    I have a pretty busy day!! I run my own business, I get lunches, etc ready for my boys all before leaving to take everyone to schook and I was able to get this in before leaving the house!     Great video :) !! I've always found it difficult to do planks with a straight arm, because my wrists feel really unstable (I have tiny wrists). I just end up doing planks on my forearms. Is there something I can do to get better at straight arm planks? Do I need stronger wrists? A yoga instructor once told me I needed to strengthen the muscle around my elbow.
