I love these short workouts it’s all I have time & energy for , but it’s not about long crazy workouts, consistency is what matters & you will see results, but I workout just to feel good Pilates is it for me for many many yrs I been doing Pilates, with perimenopause & osteoarthritis I listen to my body I don’t push it& give yourself grace over guilt🥰
