It’s very motivational, watching your videos, listening to your instructions especially since you are doing them in real time and with a smile.....I feel like I have a personal trainer who is guiding me at every step. I do have a request though.... my mum’s 60 and I have been trying to get her into healthier routine .... I have tried some of your routines on her (without weights) but I think it was still too much for her. Can you and Alfie, please please please do a video on a beginner level workout for that age group, something that will not be too much on their joints but something that will strengthen core, loose the flab in belly and improve endurance and strength.
