Wow! Well when I got married, a million years ago, our first dance was to The Honey Drippers.... I can't remember the name of it, but Robert Plant sang it! 😆
Jimmy Page was a Studio musician/guitarist before the Beatles even discovered Pot! Way Back. They were only Led Zeppelin for 12 years, from 1968 until 9/25/1980 when the drummer, John Bonham died. They performed one other time in 2007 for one show at the 02 arena in England and there was over 20 million ticket requests. I've been a fan for a long time. They were getting ready for a tour which was going to bring them to Detroit on October 30 1980. I was 14 and had bugged the hell outta my mom to let me go. She finally gave in but I had to earn the money myself and I had to earn enough for 2 tickets. I had to take a friend. I earned every penny by babysitting bad ass kids that I didn't like, walking dogs or them walking me is a better way to put it. I mowed lawns in the blazing heat but I earned the money. And then tragedy struck!
BIZ, Fun Fact: The Drummer John Bonham used the biggest Drum Sticks made nicknamed "TREES" Because he was such a beast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please do more Zeppelin, go down that rabbit hole . You will not be disappointed. Great reaction, just subbed your channel. PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fun fact. Some of the amps went out in an auditorium where they were playing so the mikes didn't work. They continued with the set and Jimmy Page said later Robert Plant's voice could be heard clear at the back end of the room. He had that kind of power.
Every time I listen to Led Zeppelin I keep reacting like you did. All of their songs. Robert Plant's voice melts me over and over again. They all do. Lol, great reaction! I was obsessed with them as a "dazed and confused" long-haired kid in the '70's, and I still love them as a wrinkled, short-haired, "dazed and confused," grey old man in the 2020's. Oops, time for my warm milk....
I was 14 when my older brother took me(on a school day) to see Led Zep @ the showgrounds in Sydney. I was almost arrested by the law several time's but, managed to elude them for the whole show.(I spotted myself in the crowd in the Led Zep anthology Vidio/dvd/digital d'l). Your reaction to led zep is so good. Respect brother.

It was so FUN watching your reaction! Thank you for watching. I remember dancing like CRAZY to that song at age 19, (the song had just come out) and my mind was a blur of bliss!
A fun fact is that,THAT is not the whole song you just listened to, even though it's the official video. Right at 4:26, a big chunk was deleted. The official Led Zeppelin channel also did upload the full version, called "Whole Lotta Love (Remaster)" if you wanna hear the whole thing.
You should hear the ORIGINAL version of Dazed and Confused by Jake Holmes, which Jimmy Page "shoplifted", when he was in the Yardbirds. Yes, Jake sued Led Zeppelin and got $$$$$$.
Fun fact. Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were the old guys. They were world known for studio musicians. Robert plant and John Bonham were like 20 something years old. They came in and... You tell me....
You are to funny! Enjoy your reactions. Fun fact about Led Zeppelin: Singer Robert Plant was known to wear the shirts of chicks he laid the night before on stage.
Fun fact: When Jimmy Page was a young teen, his family moved to a house and Jimmy was looking around, went in the attic and a guitar was just sitting there left by the people who had lived there. That guitar was his first guitar and it grabbed him and took him on his life in music. I get chills thinking of that guitar sitting there waiting for young Jimmy. Listen to Ocean and don’t miss the live video of their performance.
I remember those days. We had been listening to The Beatles, and then along came Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Wiped the smiles off of our faces. Serious shit.
Well, it's certainly not hard to become a Led Zeppelin fanatic! lol Another great song. Greatness is redundant, w/them! Play at FULL Volume Comment #200
Around five years ago, I saw Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters. I don't know if they still tour, but it was amazing. They played a few Zeppelin songs and others that were so creative. They used instruments I have never seen before. Played the guitar solo in Rock n Roll with something that looked like a square violin and it sounded great. My son and I left speechless with our mouths hanging open!
So many righteous, cool, appreciative, musically INCLINED black folks love Led Zeppelin -- 50 years later!!! I LOVE IT!!! Helps keep their music alive. I am hoping for a group of talented black musicians to form an LZ cover band ... this is THE GREATEST rock band of ALL TIME, and that greatness transcends time, space, and skin color!!!
Dude, I love your reaction to this. It takes me back to when I heard it on the radio for the first time. I had a reaction just like you did. Brain melted. I'm in junior high. I remembrer thinking "now we're on to something. here we go".
It's not only that they are the best musicians, it's the compositions of their songs that really make it special for me. They really put together rock symphonies - check out Kasmir.
Led Zeppelin is quite simply the greatest band of all time. They have so many incredible songs and they all sound different. Here are a just a few of their many gems. I agree to always listen to the studio/album versions first. Since I've Been Loving You When the Levee Breaks How Many More Times Babe I'm Gonna Leave You Ten Years Gone Rain Song
Not really a "fun" fact but when I was in college, my brother and I were finally going to see them live. Right before that particular concert, John Bonham, their awesome drummer, died. They cancelled the concert and they stopped touring. John Bonham is considered to be one of the greatest, most influential, iconic drummers of all time.
I went to a Led Zeppelin concert in Honolulu 1970. I was just a kid and new to their music, but that concert was amazing. My first contact-high from the smoke filled auditorium.
I just subscribed based on this reaction only! You GET IT!!! Fun fact: they are widely regarded as the best Rock Band Ever. Try “Ten years gone”. You will really here a different side of their talents. Your appreciation will only grow from here! Welcome my friend to the One and Only “Led Zeppelin “. ✌🏼
Fun fact about this track is that the beginning echoing at the end of this song was not actually planned. It had bled over into the finalized tract and they left it.
Okay first, this has to be one of my favorite reactions, second, you need to watch ALL the live performances from NY/Madison Square Garden and third...as a true OG who experienced these guys back in the day and still rocks out to their music, next time you see a little old lady with grey hair 👩🦳, don’t judge. She just might be someone who has the same musical tastes as you. Age doesn’t make you cool or uncool. It’s all in the attitude my friend. Thx & Happy New Year!
That weird breakdown part in the middle of the song is actually longer in the studio album version. It was shortened in this video. The instrument that was making all the weird sounds was called a "theramin." When this album was made (1969) was the height of experimental stuff like that. I love seeing people react to this song (as well as other Led Zeppelin songs) for the first time. It's like hearing it for the first time again for me. Loved your reaction!
These 4 Guys are one of the best bands that ever lived and their influences was from black musicians such as Robert Johnson and Muddy Waters so it’s amazing we all connect
Fun fact ...Led Zeppelin would have to play multiple dates in the same City to honor ticket sells ....Madison Square Garden 1973 is a good example. SIMPLY THE BEST BAND EVER!!!
Each of these guys were already masters of their crafts. Jimmy and John Paul, the bassist, were studio musicians for a long time and played all kinds of music before this.
You react like this to the best band ever, you're gonna have a lot of us diehards waiting for you to react to more Zeppelin. And we'll envy you (yes you) for where you are on the journey. Awesome reaction. Fun fact: Whole Lotta Love live is even better.
One of my all time favorite rock bands!!! 😍 Led Zeppelin is definitely a unique phenomenon of, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Folk, & acoustic styles of music, so I would have to say, they really are, a genre all on their own 😎 Robert Plant was absolutely a ladies man, however, all accounts, are that he was incredibly witty, down to earth, and that his gyrations & attitude that came across on stage, was just how he felt the music........check out joe Cocker, if you are not familiar with his work, as he is another one that gyrated even more than Plant, although, didn't come off as sexy as Plant 😍 Oh, and one more thing, everyone who listens to their music, feels like something is happening to their ears, so just remember to use protection LOL 😂 Some of my fav's by them are, Immigrant Song, Black Dog, Since I've been loving you, Babe I'm gonna leave you, & Dazed & Confused!!
He gets Zepplin ! these guys were off the charts back in the day , I used to play their music on an eight track in my car and blew many a speaker, I feel so privileged to have been there in their prime with deep purple and so many other iconic bands
The Musician ship in the 60s & 70s was great they were people that performed their songs just like on the studio songs nothing fake about any of them.next tune. when the levee breaks
this reaction was spot on make sure to give Pink Floyd's "Money" (the album version, not the music video version) also a listen; im sure you'll enjoy that as well

You're on to a great band dude! Check out their entire catalog. They'll blow your mind!!
You are to funny! Enjoy your reactions. Fun fact about Led Zeppelin: Singer Robert Plant was known to wear the shirts of chicks he laid the night before on stage.
That's kind of gross but I always wondered about that blue puffy sleeved one.
Rock Gods - Remember this was the 70s and their sound hadn't been heard before!
So happy for your Zeppelin discovery, the fact that it makes you feel great is worth it’s weight in gold! The Zep has a spot in my soul 😎
Awesome reaction to your intro to the world of Zep. Your life will never be the same. Enjoy!
I can only imagine
I remember those days. We had been listening to The Beatles, and then along came Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Wiped the smiles off of our faces. Serious shit.
Omg!! I fkn love your appreciation for good music.Loved this reaction!
Thanks

You love Led Zeppelin you Love Led Zeppelin !!! WELCOME .... have fun ... deepest dive into a collection you will ever have.
Do Stairway To Heaven live from Madison Square Garden! Also all the songs from MSG are killer!!
Look up Heart's version on you tube at the Led Zeppelin tribute. It will blow you away as it did the band members watching it.
Do "The Lemon Song" straight away
Came here to say the same thing!!!
You make me feel how I did when I first heard this 50 years ago.
😁🙌🏿🙌🏿
Check out the studio version of "In My Time of Dying" . An old Mississippi delta gospel blues song.
You're are entering the rabbit hole. Check out 'When The Levee Breaks' ..... and all their other material. lol
It seems like i got a long way to go
Dude, I love your reaction to this.
Since I've Been Loving You
When the Levee Breaks
How Many More Times
Babe I'm Gonna Leave You
Ten Years Gone
Rain Song
Welcome my friend to the One and Only
“Led Zeppelin “. ✌🏼
Thanks for the sub
Thankd and i will watch everything lol trust me
Yes, I'm one of those white haired oldies. I'm 68, still love their music, so happy to see a young generation having the same thrills!
still coming back again to see my favorite Zeppelin reactions. Brings me so much joy!
I subscribed so more Zeppelin!!
thanks for the sub
That weird breakdown part in the middle of the song is actually longer in the studio album version. It was shortened in this video. The instrument that was making all the weird sounds was called a "theramin." When this album was made (1969) was the height of experimental stuff like that.
I love seeing people react to this song (as well as other Led Zeppelin songs) for the first time. It's like hearing it for the first time again for me. Loved your reaction!
Ahh, I just commented on that, lol. It's too bad he didn't get to react to the entire song, the first time around.
Fun Fact ... This song is based loosely off a Willie Dixon song “ You Need Love” ...
71 this month. There just aren’t enough words for Led Zeppelin.
Stairway to Heaven; Ramble On; Dazed and Confused.
They were megs stars
Each of these guys were already masters of their crafts. Jimmy and John Paul, the bassist, were studio musicians for a long time and played all kinds of music before this.
Fun fact...theres only one type of music...that's led zeppelin..greatest music..greatest band of all time
🤣
There's so no escaping Led Zeppelin..at any age. Listen once, and you're hooked forever.
Do Dazed and Confused next. Do the album version 1st.
You react like this to the best band ever, you're gonna have a lot of us diehards waiting for you to react to more Zeppelin. And we'll envy you (yes you) for where you are on the journey.
Awesome reaction.
Fun fact: Whole Lotta Love live is even better.
Fun fact: he’s playing his guitar with a violin bow.
To see them live is to be reborn - an experience never forgotten - and the ears thing you said is fact 👌
They are brilliant
He gets Zepplin ! these guys were off the charts back in the day , I used to play their music on an eight track in my car and blew many a speaker, I feel so privileged to have been there in their prime with deep purple and so many other iconic bands
The Musician ship in the 60s & 70s was great they were people that performed their songs just like on the studio songs nothing fake about any of them.next tune. when the levee breaks
this reaction was spot on
make sure to give Pink Floyd's "Money" (the album version, not the music video version) also a listen; im sure you'll enjoy that as well
