  • Back again with another cardio workout but this one will specifically target your legs and bum. It's never too early to get prepped for the summer season when we al want to look our best so make sure you push yourself to get to the end of this workout and you'll start to see results. The more you push the quicker you'll see results. As always let me know how you find this workout ad any others you want to see in the future.

    Hi, it’s me again, Just wanted to let you know I love the warm-up video. It really helps and I’ve been doing it before I practice at home after a dance class, I would really appreciate a Floor Stretching video too, Your videos have the best quality and advice which really helps me through them, Really sorry if I sound pushy your videos are just really helpful, I’m really happy I found your channel : )

      I'm so glad that you enjoy the warm up video, it's probably one of the most important videos I've filmed so I'm glad you use it before exercising. A floor workout is such a good idea I'll add it to my idea list! x

    The thing I love about this channel is all the exercises can be done at home! No need for that gym membership👍💗
    P.s :- She makes it seem so effortlessly beautiful but it's not😭

    Thanks Danielle for the great workout video, the first time i do this put me in a great pain on my thighs for 2 days (no pain no gain) I have been doing it for 2 weeks now, love it. It gets easier each time. I will keep pushing myself. Thanks again

    Video Suggestion:
    Due to the way my body is built, I find floorwork for abs really difficult! I've been trying to find a good standing abs workout, and would love to see one on your channel! Keep up the good work ♡

      @@dungbui6735 well im vegan, but I drunk more water than usual and cut my chip intake to only 3 times a week. Hope that helps😊❤

    I currently got a flu (and no working out when sick is really important, I know that now!), but when I am cleared by my doctor, this looks like a good workout to start again after being knocked out for two weeks!

    hey Danielle... I truly love yr dance work out videos. I also do hb a query about the cardio. I actually need to shed down my body weights. I have always enjoy your dnce workout videos and i hb include in my daily routine. I download yr videos and try to match up with u.. lol... which m sure one day i will b just amazing as u r. i hb a problem with my feet. Last dec 2017, i fractured my foot and i really cant dance n do heavy jumps like i do before. those 30 days made me gain a tons of weight n i quite worried abt it. But your videos still inspires me and i continue doin the dance workout cz i love dancing. Your dance workout has done a good thing for me. It always cheers me up when m in a bad mood and it releases my stress. i also lose a lil bt of weight thnks to your dance workout videos. Loveyour admirer

    I did this dance after a bunch of leg fat burning workout and i gotta say i sweated so much though i thought it will be easy.... i think im gonna continue with it!!

    I don't recommend doing this one barefoot. I did and twisted my ankle.
