- Back again with another cardio workout but this one will specifically target your legs and bum. It's never too early to get prepped for the summer season when we al want to look our best so make sure you push yourself to get to the end of this workout and you'll start to see results. The more you push the quicker you'll see results. As always let me know how you find this workout ad any others you want to see in the future.

Thanks Danielle for the great workout video, the first time i do this put me in a great pain on my thighs for 2 days (no pain no gain) I have been doing it for 2 weeks now, love it. It gets easier each time. I will keep pushing myself. Thanks again

hey Danielle... I truly love yr dance work out videos. I also do hb a query about the cardio. I actually need to shed down my body weights. I have always enjoy your dnce workout videos and i hb include in my daily routine. I download yr videos and try to match up with u.. lol... which m sure one day i will b just amazing as u r. i hb a problem with my feet. Last dec 2017, i fractured my foot and i really cant dance n do heavy jumps like i do before. those 30 days made me gain a tons of weight n i quite worried abt it. But your videos still inspires me and i continue doin the dance workout cz i love dancing. Your dance workout has done a good thing for me. It always cheers me up when m in a bad mood and it releases my stress. i also lose a lil bt of weight thnks to your dance workout videos. Loveyour admirer
