*Disclaimer: Unfortunately, the UA-cam algorithm thrives on titles and thumbnails that could be perceived as clickbait. Although I find this particularly distasteful, as a means of reaching a new audience or encouraging my current audience to invest their time into my videos, I must work with the algorithm rather than against it. Statistics have highlighted just how effective aligning titles with the algorithm is and although this can be frustrating for many (myself included), I will always ensure that my titles:
1. Never promote false promises or unrealistic expectations.
2. Will more often than not ask a question.
3. Are worded in a manner that although might be perceived a certain way, are still open to interpretation.
Appealing to more potential viewers gives me the opportunity to further the spread of what I believe to be useful information surrounding the topic in question, in addition to a positive message which often surrounds mental health, with the goal of helping as many people as possible.
It should also be noted that the majority of my videos are based on audience suggestions. ~90% of my audience are women, therefore, the majority of videos are created to appeal to my dominant audience.
It must also be noted that although goals often vary amongst individuals, a lot of my opinions on movements are within the context of building muscle (hypertrophy) and therefore, should be considered with that in mind.

Caroline was a personal trainer and only started posting on YT during the pandemic for her clients to continue working out during shut downs. I don’t think she would claim that shes only ever worked out at home.
Agree with this, she even did triathlons and maybe Ironman as well? Home workouts definitely won't cut it to train for those sports
Caroline pretty much answers all of these questions in her Q&A’s. She’s a personal trainer and has been working out for 20 years and she said “anyone that tells you that you can get a specific result or look like them if you do this one workout is lying” that’s why her titles don’t have clickbait, she also says she doesn’t take any supplements. I love her workouts but I do not expect for my body to look just like hers just like no two bodies are the same.
I started working out with Caroline during the pandemic before that I used to go to the gym twice a week and do very little. Believe it or not my body started to look like Caroline’s now although it is not something liked in my culture but me personally i love it. Consistency makes you achieve and like you said what I like about her workouts is that it is challenging and there are no promises. You follow along for your own benefit

I've been working out at home for 2 years with Caroline and gotten in better shape than I ever did at a gym! I disagree that you can't achieve her physique from home workouts. I have a bench, adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable barbell and achieved incredible results. You get what you put in.

Carolina Girvan has a motivational Facebook group and I’ve seen people’s transformation simply by doing CG work out !
Of course genetics also play a big factor of gains and muscle z
But also people need to keep in mind that CG has been a work out for 20 year or more !!
I personally found access to a barbell was huge for building visible muscle - much easier than dumbbells though dumbbells have other strength benefits

I agree I just replied to a comment that I have achieved similar physique to Caroline following her home workouts. I used to go to the gym but I could only do it twice a week considering my busy schedule. I can accommodate home workouts more.
We know CG utilizes the gym and does home workouts for those that can’t afford a gym membership or have the time to go… it’s also refreshing that she doesn’t push garbage to her audience….

True that Caroline never says that you will look like her if you do home workouts but she also doesn't say that home workouts are great if you cannot get to a gym, but going to a gym will provide you advantages you cannot achieve at home. I agree with your take on supplements. Spot on!!!!
The thing is, Caroline never says they are her only workouts or that you will look like her if you do them. Her video titles never make any claims beyon "this is the bpdy parts you will be exercising for thia amount of time"

Thanks to Caroline I achieved great results at home. I progressed from 6 kg dumbbells to 15. I'm strong, confident and I love my shape. She's awesome.

Oh my god... I'm sorry you have so many scammers harassing you! Yes, thank you for busting the RICE method. Inflammation heals!! I think Caroline was a personal trainer before Covid. Her channel was born out of making workouts for her clients. So she definitely got her results from the gym. However, I'm sure that she maintained her results from her home workouts. Thanks for the recommendation for Aura. Looks good.

I disagree, Harry. My supplement of choice is TFNL. Every video I watch adds 9lb of muscle and makes me 4% leaner.

Honestly, I would love to know what you think about my physique considering the majority of my muscle gain (post-ED) was attained working out at home primarily using Caroline's workouts. I actaully haven't been to a gym since the "lockdown," and during the time I was a regular 1-2X daily gym-goer, I pretty much only did cardio machines and HIIT classes. Could I have better gains if I used machines and barbells? Maybe. Is my physique pretty damn good for a home worker-outer? I have been told so... I have people asking for tips (and shocked that I don't belong to a gym).

I had a body similar to caroline when i did beach body 21 day extreme but of course I did that program for months. qhen I finally started going to the gym ppl were shocked that I got my results from working out at home. I am doing caroline girvan iron and i love it. The epic program is similar to 31 day fix extreme except longer and at a bit of a slower pace.
I remember asking you about supplements haha. Like most things, I’d say it’s about balance and moderation- if it truly helps meet some needs, like you say with protein powder, then cool! That’s actually true for me, I have protein powder pretty often. But like you said, it is a supplement at the end of the day, not a replacement :)

I started doing CG workouts due to a review you did years ago. Started with iron on UA-cam. Had the app for over a year now and it has been a fantastic investment. I have never been so consistent because I really enjoy the workouts. Perhaps I would gain more muscle if I went to a gym - but would I actually go? No

Speaking of things that are harmful, maybe harmful isn't the right word, but what I find ironic is if and when I watch a health/fitness/workout etc. video and I see an ad for Oreos.
Also there are some content creators or workout videos that I am unsure about. I want to maximize my gains and get effective results and not waste time.

The only reason she was working out at home was because of the plandemic. It's good to have challenging correctly timed hiit workouts to do when I don't feel like going to the gym.

He said some people comment that CG got her body in a gym. He said he doesn’t know. He wouldn’t be surprised if it was the gym or at home; i.e. he did not come out against the ability to achieve great muscle at home.
He was defending her about people claiming potentially false things about her, it would behoove you to watch the video before reacting in a negative way.

@@StellaM22 the dogmatic support for Caroline gets annoying after a while. As wonderful as she is, she’s human and not perfect and people are allowed to have differing opinions. That wasn’t even the case in this video. I don’t think Harry has ever spoken a negative word about her, but even if he did, that’s okay.

Where is your workout program that " not a scam"?
I have been following Caroline since 2020, and I have achieved solid results..Ther was a time I could only do shoulder presses with 10 pound weights. In the last few months, I have been able to do them with 20 pounds.
Her programs from Epic 1 through Epic Endgame, are not a scam.
When you publish workouts and people say or not say that they achieve results, then you can be a judge.
Caroline's work speaks for itself, but until I see your workouts, instead of superfluous amounts of babbling, please keep Caroline's name out of your mouth.

Caroline is amazing but FFS, people are allowed to have different opinions. And other methods that aren’t her methods also work great for achieving strength and physique goals.
