I can picture everything and really, my stomach turns and my heart drops just imagining the horror the victim is going thru. I have a 60 lb dog that loves to play fetch, he is so strong I can't get him to release the toy, my thought process compares my 60lb dog vs. a 1200 lb shark !! there is no comparison.

I was just reading about a guy who fell off a dock in The Bahamas 🇧🇸 and was attacked by 2 sharks 🦈 His leg was bitten pretty badly, but he survived with all his limbs intact. Talk about lucky

Tadashi Nakahara was killed not far from this attack area in 2015. This is one of those spots on the gold coast where I wouldn't put a toe in the water during the summer time.

I always thought the way movies portray shark attacks was an exaggeration, but the videos of the attack in Egypt & this description prove otherwise. The bloody water, the shark coming up out of the water, and the hard, fast, extremely violent hits are right out of Hollywood. Apparently they were right.

As a Golf Pro I have a lot of golf stories. Here's a crazy cheating story foryou Hal. A guy used to carry extra golf balls in his pants pockets and some how would beat it up to where he lost ball ball and would drop a new ball through his pants."Oh look here it is!" So a friend of mine who is a PGA rules official would take a ball out of his bag and drop it next to him and say Here's you golf ball right here." Can you imagine this guy with a hole in his pocket shaking his leg !!! What avideo that would be! You know that golfing with you dad is is not about scoring but more importantly like the Disney commercial when the little kid's voice says " But the best time is when I spend with you." I love that you call soda "pop" I haven't heard that term for a long time. We always called it pop growing up. I think it is an east coast term. I never hear it called that in CA.

Some people said that you can clearly see a shark bite Cameron on the foot in the video. That's not true. What some people think is a shark visibly biting Cameron, is his legs kicking as he swims.

The story I heard of this many years ago was that at first the shark was “Playing “ with the surf board while the victim was just being dragged along then it decided to eat him . If true must have been terrifying
After the shark attacked and hung around for a little bit, reminds me of the Egypt shark attack where it was around two hours after the attack had happened, but the shark was still in the area and feeding on the poor guy
I read they’d spotted “vagrant” salties as far south as Brisbane. I cannot imagine getting in the water in Queensland with sharks being a definite resident and salties popping by for the odd dinner if they want it. F that.

Drowning sucks to be fighting for air while fighting for your life. That really sucks it's a point alot of people don't even think about. Fighting for each breath while enduring intense pain fighting for your life
Swam over to Bribie island when I was a lot younger. Its inshore of Moreton island and didnt have a bridge then. Was more concerned about drowning than sharks at the time. Maybe just as well.

I recall being a young boy watching "The Fonz" in happy days jumping the shark and thinking to myself people swim in ocean with those monsters !!!!!!!!!!!!! it was one of first life lessons 4 me that woke me to the scary truth that adults maybe idiots ! Then get this FLy to FL and was swimming right next to giant gator no net nothing !!!!!!! mom was like o do not worry they stay on that side of the lake !!!!!!!!!!! then I truly knew everyone was insane even my mother 🤷♂ Figure I would throw my first Roller coaster nightmare ride ! Great America long time ago the wizard up real high the issue was i was to small was falling out !!!!!! had to hold on for my life and was getting weak and my mom was just smiling I was to scared to even scream ! I was shaking after I almost was killed 4 real ! I should have told someone but i figured adult's are all idiots at that point in my boyhood ! i had lost all hope in adults and sadly not long after another lad my size was not strong enough flew out of seat and was killed and they shut down the ride !

the newspaper report states a white pointer which in Australia is synonymous with a great white.

Yes, crappie/croppie ARE real fish; related to bluegills and sunfish and about the same size.
