It really worked. I was doing it from 2020 to 2022, but later i stopped for my laziness but I started doing it from 2023 begging and doing it till now, today is 23rd October, 2024. I got my collar bone. It takes only 1 week to come. So do it guys, don't lie down on the bed just do it. All the very best.
Well it's good, exercises should be done early in the morning 😊 if I started doing exercises at 4 am ,my parents would be so happy and I would be tired but proud of myself 😅
Initially, my posture was terrible. But in 2022, I started doing these exercises that transformed my physique. You are definitely right, back during my elementary and middle school years I was definitely not strong or even healthy enough. Then now I started to exercise during my Sophomore year and now I'm a Junior I've seen lots of improvement. It went small day by day but trust me it gets a whole lot better

YALL IT WORKS I've been doing this for a while now I slacked off for a while and my collarbones kinda changed but when I started doing it again on december 31st (nz timezone) till today it def started getting better!! I can see a difference
I‘ve been insecure about the fact that my shoulders didn‘t feel feminine enough for years, and I‘ve only been doing this workout once every day for a week and the results are incredible! Lyssa Draws i have a pretty strong bone structure so I wouldnt say my shoulders got any narrower! This workout helps much more with the neck and collarbone area, my shoulders are still wide and soft looking :)
For those wondering, this workout really works! I did it for a week (and I’m continuing to do it to maintain results) and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I’m not a person who really measures results, but I can the bones on both sides and I have a nice underline. My neck also looks more thin and the bones are more visible.
Before, I practiced 1 exercise and after 1 week, my collarbone showed a little bit, but Emi Wong's exercise is really more effective than expected. I advise you to practice immediately, don't hesitate.
For anyone wondering, this workout does work! I started seeing results after around 2-3 days, but not dramatic results until around a week after. I did this workout everyday in combination with my regular workout routine, and am very happy with my results. This will probably gonna be buried in the comment section but I'm gonna say it anyway. Back in 6th grade in our science class, our topic was all abt bones and then we start talking abt collar bone. And then my teacher said to me that it will be probably hard to feel/find mine as a joke (well because I am chubby at that time, im still chubby btw huhu). I just laugh along lol but it actually hurt me a bit. When I said a bit it meant A LOT haha. (I STILL FREAKING REMEMBER IT AFTER 5 YEARS, YES IT HURT HURT LOL). Well maybe because I am starting to go into puberty at that time and it made me feel really insecure abt my weight and how I look. Now five years later I'm doing this hehe, it's been a month and ITS WORKING GUYS I RECOMMEND IT. A tip I can say is be consistent and be patient, IT WILL TAKE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT SO HANG IN THERE. I guess all I wanted to say is don't ever let other people's words get to you because from my experience it made my self-esteem so low and made me really really insecure abt everything. I've never felt so confident in my body after I start working out a month ago. So if you wanna look and feel better, you have to work hard. Coz no you won't find a genie on a bottle and wish you'll lose weight or just wake up one day and then have a brand new body. It will take time, everything does so work hard and be patient. THIS WORKS!! Literally after only a few days i started seeing defined collarbones. I started to do this workout every morning and right before bed and within 5 ish days my collar bones were showing and my neck & shoulders were slimmer!!! I did make sure to maintain a good balance of foods and watched proportions along with drinking lots of water and staying active with rest days. Just doing all this gave me super quick results with defining my collarbones, face fat, jawline, neck, shoulders, and overall body fat. Stay consistent and don’t give up because the results are SO worth it!! 💜
@@cherub1234 I highly recommend eating a well balanced diet with lots of proteins, fruits, and veggies if you haven’t already!! Even then, everyone’s body is different so some may get results while others don’t while staying consistent and eating good. Try this workout each morning and night for 1-2 weeks and don’t give up!! If you still don’t see results, don’t beat yourself up over it. You got this!!!
I had my collarbone popping out it wasn’t that present as before but I have been doing it for the whole month of August before school start and wow when I put an off shoulder there is so many compliments this workout save me in many ways, anyway thank you I always trust Asians workouts, and they always work

Yadira Venzor I’ve been doing this for a past week there are changes of course for me it’s more visible than before but it really depends on your collarbone , my stemocleidomastoid muscle is more visible , so yes this workout works but I suggest doing it for a month more than a week to get to where she’s at like your collarbone is really visible even if you do not stretch it

Comenzaré a poner mis cambios por dos semanas para los que hablan español (Si veo buenos resultados iré alargando los días) Día 1: ✅ Estuvo normal, me dolieron levemente los brazos durante el ejercicio pero nada de que preocuparse. Día 2: ✅ Me dolió más que ayer y fue un poco doloroso, lo normal. Mis clavículas se comienzan a marcar haciendo poco esfuerzo. Día 3: ✅ Hoy me dolió menos que los primeros días, YA VEO ALGO DE RESULTADOS. No es súper notorio pero están mejor que cuando inicie. Día 4: ✅ Cada vez va reduciendo el dolor. Siento que mi espalda está más tonificada. Día 5: ✅ Listo. this workout has helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my neck pains. i used to have pains on my neck so terrible i couldn’t even sleep, ever since i’ve been doing this workout 1-2 times a day i don’t even feel pain on my neck area, plus my collarbones are popping! definitely recommend to anyone as a stretch workout ❤

Guys I’ve only done this 5 times and not in a raw and saw some incredible results , keep it up and you’ll see the change . Just make sure you’re doing the first exercise correctly Update: I only did this about 10-13 times in total and my collarbones are showing like dammmn Although I gained 6 kilos due to stress eating !!! .... I advise doing the first exercise in front of the mirror , your collarbones should be showing .

I did this exercise for almost 5 months and I reduce fat from arm back and reduce lot of fat from upper body, highly highly recommended and agreed with her, CONSISTANCY IS THE KEY OF SUCCESS.

It really worked. I was doing it from 2020 to 2022, but later i stopped for my laziness but I started doing it from 2023 begging and doing it till now, today is 23rd October, 2024. Initially, my posture was terrible. But in 2022, I started doing these exercises that transformed my physique. These exercises were incredibly effective - my collarbone became visible, and my neck significantly slimmed down.
What's remarkable is that I wasn't strictly consistent, managing only 2-3x per week. I didn't incorporate any other exercises or dietary changes. These simple exercises alone yielded amazing results.

YALL IT WORKS I've been doing this for a while now I slacked off for a while and my collarbones kinda changed but when I started doing it again on december 31st (nz timezone) till today it def started getting better!! I can see a difference
I‘ve been insecure about the fact that my shoulders didn‘t feel feminine enough for years, and I‘ve only been doing this workout once every day for a week and the results are incredible! Lyssa Draws i have a pretty strong bone structure so I wouldnt say my shoulders got any narrower! This workout helps much more with the neck and collarbone area, my shoulders are still wide and soft looking :)
For those wondering, this workout really works! I did it for a week (and I’m continuing to do it to maintain results) and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. I’m not a person who really measures results, but I can the bones on both sides and I have a nice underline. My neck also looks more thin and the bones are more visible.

Before, I practiced 1 exercise and after 1 week, my collarbone showed a little bit, but Emi Wong's exercise is really more effective than expected. I advise you to practice immediately, don't hesitate.
For anyone wondering, this workout does work! I started seeing results after around 2-3 days, but not dramatic results until around a week after. I did this workout everyday in combination with my regular workout routine, and am very happy with my results. This will probably gonna be buried in the comment section but I'm gonna say it anyway. Back in 6th grade in our science class, our topic was all abt bones and then we start talking abt collar bone. And then my teacher said to me that it will be probably hard to feel/find mine as a joke (well because I am chubby at that time, im still chubby btw huhu). I just laugh along lol but it actually hurt me a bit. When I said a bit it meant A LOT haha. (I STILL FREAKING REMEMBER IT AFTER 5 YEARS, YES IT HURT HURT LOL). Well maybe because I am starting to go into puberty at that time and it made me feel really insecure abt my weight and how I look.
Now five years later I'm doing this hehe, it's been a month and ITS WORKING GUYS I RECOMMEND IT. A tip I can say is be consistent and be patient, IT WILL TAKE TIME UNTIL YOU CAN SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT SO HANG IN THERE. I guess all I wanted to say is don't ever let other people's words get to you because from my experience it made my self-esteem so low and made me really really insecure abt everything. I've never felt so confident in my body after I start working out a month ago. So if you wanna look and feel better, you have to work hard. Coz no you won't find a genie on a bottle and wish you'll lose weight or just wake up one day and then have a brand new body. It will take time, everything does so work hard and be patient.

THIS WORKS!! Literally after only a few days i started seeing defined collarbones. I started to do this workout every morning and right before bed and within 5 ish days my collar bones were showing and my neck & shoulders were slimmer!!! I did make sure to maintain a good balance of foods and watched proportions along with drinking lots of water and staying active with rest days. Just doing all this gave me super quick results with defining my collarbones, face fat, jawline, neck, shoulders, and overall body fat. Stay consistent and don’t give up because the results are SO worth it!! 💜

I did NOT expect to see results so soon (especially 1 week in), but I saw my collarbone in the mirror today and thought they looked more prominent, so I checked a photo I took the day I started this exercise and it is totally working! This workout is so easy but really reallyyy helpful. I wondered: "why do some people have such prominent collarbones while i seem to have none?????''. Plus, i used to have a not slim neck. But after a week, i can see HUGE differences, just by doing exercises in this vid. My collarbones are MUCH MORE noticeable than before, and my neck is actually slimmer. Of course, my neck and collarbones can't be compared to those of emi or many others. So i'll do it again and update soon😄😄😄 love you all for supporting me, and love you emi ❤

I’m gonna do this twice a day for 1 week :) My collarbone is not visible like REALLY so here we go.
Day 1: ✔️ (The exercises were not tiring and I actually enjoyed it)

Day 4: ✔️ (My collarbone is a little visible now and it’s motivating me to do this twice.)

Yadira Venzor I’ve been doing this for a past week there are changes of course for me it’s more visible than before but it really depends on your collarbone , my stemocleidomastoid muscle is more visible , so yes this workout works but I suggest doing it for a month more than a week to get to where she’s at like your collarbone is really visible even if you do not stretch it

okay so i had barely any collarbone definition and it’s been two months of me doing these exercises and my collarbones are way more defined and visible. it looks amazing. it worked for me :)
03 month update-
i do it every alternate day now as i don’t feel the need to do it regularly but i have also noticed that it defines my throat more ykwim? it is more visible now and so are my collarbones
just a reminder you don’t have to do these exercises to look “pretty” everyone is beautiful but if doing these exercises will give you more confidence and will make you happy, do it :)

Día 1: ✅ Estuvo normal, me dolieron levemente los brazos durante el ejercicio pero nada de que preocuparse.
Día 2: ✅ Me dolió más que ayer y fue un poco doloroso, lo normal. Mis clavículas se comienzan a marcar haciendo poco esfuerzo.
Día 3: ✅ Hoy me dolió menos que los primeros días, YA VEO ALGO DE RESULTADOS. No es súper notorio pero están mejor que cuando inicie.
Día 4: ✅ Cada vez va reduciendo el dolor. Siento que mi espalda está más tonificada.

Day 1 :- It was easy-peasy it doesn't even hurt (no results cause it was day 1) I will keep updating.
Day 2 :- I feel a little pain in my shoulders and still I can't see any difference 😔.
Day 3 :- I can see a little bit of a difference.
Day 4 :- Same as day 3.
Day 5 :- I can see a little more changes
Day 6 :- same as day 5

Guys I’ve only done this 5 times and not in a raw and saw some incredible results , keep it up and you’ll see the change . Just make sure you’re doing the first exercise correctly
Update: I only did this about 10-13 times in total and my collarbones are showing like dammmn Although I gained 6 kilos due to stress eating !!! .... I advise doing the first exercise in front of the mirror , your collarbones should be showing .
