So I’m about 7 days in and I’m already seeing progress. When I was younger I destroyed my back posture playing hours of Minecraft on a tiny little bench. Finally, I decided to do something about it. To those who are skeptical, don’t be. This surprisingly seems to work.

I am doing this everyday until September 4th 2023. Day and Night. Day one Part A: I did this around 1:30pm as I am trying to find videos that work for me. I have bad posture and trying to change that. This is a really easy exercise you can do that doesn’t cause any pain but you can feel your muscle strain. Day one Part B: My posture has improved, but by very little. Nothing else has change other than the fact I feel very relaxed and I have no doubts I will fall asleep with no troubles. Day two Part A: (late update because I had work) This is a good stretch to do in mornings. I didn’t really have time to look for any improvements as I was running late. Day two Part B: Good stretch after a long day. I am no longer slouching forward and I stand up straight for the most part. However, my shoulders still cave inward. Day three Part A: (I know I haven’t been updating and it’s due to UA-cam not loading my edited comments) I woke up stiff and tired. I didn’t really feel like doing it, but I did so anyways and I am glad I did. It woke me up and I am not stiff anymore. Day three Part B: I took noticed of how tall I stand and I stand with confidence as my posture improves. Some people in my life took notice. Day four Part A: Remember on Day two Part B how I said my shoulders still caved inwards? It’s slowly starting to fix. Day four Part B: I had to lift so many heavy boxes at work today and and just wasn’t all there when I got home and I really didn’t want to do this, but there are people who are reading these updates and it gives me motivation. I am too exhausted to examine for changes. Good night. Day five Part A: I did not want to get up, but I wanted to continue doing this. I did not examine because I had to leave for work. (I slept in a little) Day five Part B: My shoulders are no longer caving inwards they are more so straight. Like if you were to take a ruler, it would be straight with a small curve. Remember, you can have different results based on your posture and you might need more time. Day six Part A: My shoulder blades were cracking a little for a few of the exercises, but that’s normal since I woke up stiff like a board. Day six Part B: Nothing munched happened and I didn’t really examine my body or posture as it was quite late and I needed to go to bed. Day seven Part A: Little late update because I had stuff to do to prepare for (cousin’s wedding next week and slowly preparing for school). I was cramping up really bad throughout my whole body which made this a little more difficult, but I got through it eventually. Day seven Part B: The cramping from earlier had stop slowly throughout my day and honestly, nothing really happened to my posture. I will keep you updated. Day eight Part A: Day eight Part B:
2 Months Challenge: WEEK 1: Day 1 ✅ I did it twice a day (in the morning and before sleeping at night) to see better results. I can already feel tension in my shoulder and back. Hope I'll continue Day 2 ✅ My shoulder, arm, neck and back is really sore as I never exercise. Day 3✅ I did it twice today and I'm really Proud of myself for not giving up💪 Day 4✅ Day 5✅ Did it twice today Day 6✅ Day 7✅ Definitely seeing a difference but not that much so I'll keep doing it WEEK 2: Day 8✅ Day 9✅ I went to school today and I kept my posture 90° all the time and that's unbelievable for me to do. Всем привет! Делаю эти упражнения на протяжении 5 месяцев! Хочу вам сказать, что это отличные упражнения для ключиц🎉 Я заметила изменения после 5 тренировки (делала один подход). До сих пор делаю эти упражнения, они так расслабляют. Определённо это того стоит.
День 1: спина и плечи немного побаливают после упражнений День 2: изменений пока никаких не увидела, но после упражнений спина болит не так сильно, как в первый день День 3: если приглядеться, то можно увидеть, что плечи стали меньше, а ключицы виднее. Заметила, что стала ровнее сидеть, реже хожу горбатой День 4: упражнения работают. Горбатой я стала ходить реже, но это не только из-за упражнений, а потому что я ещё и слежу за тем, как хожу. Плечи становятся меньше, как и предплечья. Ключицы виднее (4 дня назад их и разглядеть нельзя было). Думаю результаты следующих дней писать бессмысленно, ведь и по 4 дням понятно, что упражнения рабочие. Буду делать их и дальше. Удачи всем! 💞

I did this for approximately 12 days, (took rest in between), and I can see a difference in my shoulder. The ends of my collar bone have come up and my shoulders look like 90 degree. They were very droopy previously. Thanks so much Yuuka. You also helped me with love handles.

I don't like working out but it's the only workout I enjoy doing. Short, relaxing and very effective. I saw an improvement in my posture on the second day. My collarbone is more visible. If you are still thinking about starting this workout, just start it. You won't regret. I've been doing it once a day for over a week and the results are getting better every day

To whoever needs to hear this: I've been doing this exercise for a year (I think) and it's amazing, the results are slowly but surely and it doesn't strain my body too much. I got used doing it every night and my posture got a lot better and even my back fat decreased, I noticed how my figure changed and it's quite satisfying.
Day 1 just did it ...and my back feels so relaxed... Initially I was facing mid and lower back ache ...i did this exercise don't know about shoulder fat loss but it shall definitely relax your back muscles

書籍を注文します。素敵です。声が小さいといわれ続けた原因がわかりました。緊張すると呼吸が浅くなるというのもあるのですが、姿勢が悪いからです。騒々しい場所になると、特に年配の人たちに聞こえにくいようです。なんでも一生懸命なので、何かに集中していると猫背になっていることに気づかないので、猫背矯正ベルトをしています。この動画のエクササイズをすると身体がぽかぽかしてきて肩こりがほぐれてきました。休憩時間にやっています。足が悪くて座ってできるエクササイズなのでありがたいです。
これをやった後に鏡をみてびっくりしました!!
僧帽筋があるので凹むまではいかないですが、確実に肩というか姿勢が良くなって肩のラインが綺麗になりました!!

I am doing this everyday until September 4th 2023. Day and Night.
Day one Part A: I did this around 1:30pm as I am trying to find videos that work for me. I have bad posture and trying to change that. This is a really easy exercise you can do that doesn’t cause any pain but you can feel your muscle strain.
Day one Part B: My posture has improved, but by very little. Nothing else has change other than the fact I feel very relaxed and I have no doubts I will fall asleep with no troubles.
Day two Part A: (late update because I had work) This is a good stretch to do in mornings. I didn’t really have time to look for any improvements as I was running late.
Day two Part B: Good stretch after a long day. I am no longer slouching forward and I stand up straight for the most part. However, my shoulders still cave inward.
Day three Part A: (I know I haven’t been updating and it’s due to UA-cam not loading my edited comments) I woke up stiff and tired. I didn’t really feel like doing it, but I did so anyways and I am glad I did. It woke me up and I am not stiff anymore.
Day three Part B: I took noticed of how tall I stand and I stand with confidence as my posture improves. Some people in my life took notice.
Day four Part A: Remember on Day two Part B how I said my shoulders still caved inwards? It’s slowly starting to fix.
Day four Part B: I had to lift so many heavy boxes at work today and and just wasn’t all there when I got home and I really didn’t want to do this, but there are people who are reading these updates and it gives me motivation. I am too exhausted to examine for changes. Good night.
Day five Part A: I did not want to get up, but I wanted to continue doing this. I did not examine because I had to leave for work. (I slept in a little)
Day five Part B: My shoulders are no longer caving inwards they are more so straight. Like if you were to take a ruler, it would be straight with a small curve. Remember, you can have different results based on your posture and you might need more time.
Day six Part A: My shoulder blades were cracking a little for a few of the exercises, but that’s normal since I woke up stiff like a board.
Day six Part B: Nothing munched happened and I didn’t really examine my body or posture as it was quite late and I needed to go to bed.
Day seven Part A: Little late update because I had stuff to do to prepare for (cousin’s wedding next week and slowly preparing for school). I was cramping up really bad throughout my whole body which made this a little more difficult, but I got through it eventually.
Day seven Part B: The cramping from earlier had stop slowly throughout my day and honestly, nothing really happened to my posture. I will keep you updated.

Day 1 ✅ I did it twice a day (in the morning and before sleeping at night) to see better results. I can already feel tension in my shoulder and back. Hope I'll continue
Day 2 ✅ My shoulder, arm, neck and back is really sore as I never exercise.
Day 3✅ I did it twice today and I'm really Proud of myself for not giving up💪

Day 9✅ I went to school today and I kept my posture 90° all the time and that's unbelievable for me to do. Thank you so much. Gonna keep doing this

My mental health is not in it's best state so I'm stopping for now. When I feel better I'll start again

骨スト、猫背歴20年オーバーです。
ダイエットで筋トレ、有酸素運動を頑張ってても上半身モリモリで、腕痩せ系の運動すると肩バッキバキになって肩こりヤバかったのですが、これを1回しただけで肩こり消えました!!!しかも、肩甲骨が急に出て、夫から「すごい!痩せたね」と言われました。
もっこり肩なくすマッサージはしてすぐは治るけど、結局戻ってしまったりする中、このエクササイズは姿勢矯正され、継続的に肩こり、もっこり肩なくなります!!

День 1: спина и плечи немного побаливают после упражнений
День 2: изменений пока никаких не увидела, но после упражнений спина болит не так сильно, как в первый день
День 3: если приглядеться, то можно увидеть, что плечи стали меньше, а ключицы виднее. Заметила, что стала ровнее сидеть, реже хожу горбатой
День 4: упражнения работают. Горбатой я стала ходить реже, но это не только из-за упражнений, а потому что я ещё и слежу за тем, как хожу. Плечи становятся меньше, как и предплечья. Ключицы виднее (4 дня назад их и разглядеть нельзя было).
Думаю результаты следующих дней писать бессмысленно, ведь и по 4 дням понятно, что упражнения рабочие. Буду делать их и дальше.

Today 11/7/2024 I do that for a week the workout be very very easy and finally it's very effective my shoulders, was down very much and my back always hurt me and always can't sit but after a week doing this workout all that totally change my back ,shoulder, my position when sit or stand or walk really it's totally different it's not 90° it's 80 or 85° but it's very good I have this problem for years and I can't imagine i can treat it
Do this workout and try always to watch out how ho you sit and try to sit with good positions to get effective result
All my family and friends noticed the difference
I will continue and remember me to update ❤

я уже делаю это упражнения 4 дня по два раза в день и мой холмик на шее исчезает!!! а еще я не могла прогнуться в спине от стены как кошечка, а щас делаю это с такой легкостью 😭😭😭 я также параллельно делала другие упражнения из этого канала

This exercises are so effective. I've done this for 1 month and will still continue, but damn my posture is straight, my collarbones are visible and shoulders are much nearer to 90°. Thanks yuuka sagawa. Love from India.

Делаю уже несколько месяцев, иногда забываю, иногда делаю уаждый день, эти упражнения стали частью моей жизни хаха. Результаты просто шикарные, у меня была просто ужасная осанка, я думала мне уже ничего не поможет, но спустя месяц у меня уже было значительное улучшение. Обрадовало то что ключицы стали выразительнее , так что всем советую хаха

I did this for approximately 12 days, (took rest in between), and I can see a difference in my shoulder. The ends of my collar bone have come up and my shoulders look like 90 degree. They were very droopy previously. Thanks so much Yuuka. You also helped me with love handles.

I don't like working out but it's the only workout I enjoy doing. Short, relaxing and very effective. I saw an improvement in my posture on the second day. My collarbone is more visible. If you are still thinking about starting this workout, just start it. You won't regret. I've been doing it once a day for over a week and the results are getting better every day

I've been doing this exercise for a year (I think) and it's amazing, the results are slowly but surely and it doesn't strain my body too much. I got used doing it every night and my posture got a lot better and even my back fat decreased, I noticed how my figure changed and it's quite satisfying.
Does it help to get broad or wide shoulder?
Day 1 just did it ...and my back feels so relaxed... Initially I was facing mid and lower back ache ...i did this exercise don't know about shoulder fat loss but it shall definitely relax your back muscles
