I've noticed that my arms burn faster than other people's because I've reduced my calorie intake and sometimes do this exercise twice or thrice a day.

this works guys!! i did this workout for 3 days, twice a day and i can visibly see the fat on my arms "tightened" up and when i shake my arms, they're not as saggy as before. love this!!

@@atiafarzana7441 sorry for the late reply! i think it depends on the frequency that you do it, i stopped when i felt my bones hurting at the punching exercise. overall i think it's more of a softer kind of exercises that doesn't make you gain visible muscles, but does tighten the fat on your body. if you want to lose fat, make sure to stay in a calorie deficit too!

I kind of lazed off in the middle for a week or 2 because of school stress, but overall, I saw pretty good results. I can't see much definition because I started out being very fat, but I have slimmed down a bit. I'd say maybe 2-3 inches lost. But I didnt take exact measurements. i've been doing this workout everyday with one rest day in between for about 3 weeks now, and i can definitely say that this workout helps tone out your upper arms. my upper arms used to have more "jiggle" to it, espcially when i washed the dishes lol,, but now they're quite toned & firm!! i actually have muscle when i flex hehe. i did no diet, and still achieved these results! it's difficult to stay consistent but the results are so worth it!! you can do it guys!!!

Hi, I am gonna be trying this workout for 2 weeks from now(20/6) and update the progress here daily! My arms have always been fat and I have no confidence wearing body con tops...hopefully, I can slim down my arms by the end of my school break.☺ Oh and I won't be dieting as I can't bear to leave out the good food hehe

I'm so glad that emi makes plenty of workout varieties in her channel. When I can't handle a 20min HIIT, I switched to 10min hiit that she also had. I just discovered that I can't catch my breath with workouts that had 30 seconds each workout with 10 seconds rest. But I can handle 45 seconds each workout with 15 seconds rest. Its just amazing. I can finish off a leg workout in the same specs as well as HIIT. I'm so happy that you have a 10min sitting arm workout. This way I can do my 10min HIIT - 10min sitting arm - 10min leg/thin standing workout. This is just perfect, I feel great without catching my breath. I've been doing the arms and legs for two weeks and now this month I'll incorporate the 10min HIIT for a total of 30mins of workout a day. Wish me luck guys! how's the result?
so i have started today, for real, i almost cried, i was in much pain on my arms but i told myself it will be worth it. To all the foodies like me or anyone who's been bullied and you wanna make a difference, I'll do this for us.
Day 1: ✓ my arms are really feeling the impact
Day 2: ✓ i was in pain as i did the work out but it was worth it coz I'm noticing a difference
Day 3- i didn't do it, i had donated blood
Day 4- ✓ i struggled and did it but i do see my arms showing a slight difference. I'm happy.
Day 5- ✓ my arms are really improving in shape, I'm so happy, i think I'll do it again tonight.
Ok, so this is just a reminder for my self to keep track on progress.

It’s been already one week of me doing this. A very very small change in my fat arm but it really works! My shoulder looks more structure instead of just round and chubby. Gonna commit to this for a few more weeks! ☺️

I will explain what I do everyday:
-April Han's inner thighs workout everyday for 10 minutes.
-Vickys Egg Diet
-If I have a time I walk 8000-15000 steps a day.
-I do 1 minute Plank and 1 minute wall sit.
-I drink 2-4L of water everyday. ( water helps me to eat less )
-I drink Green tea with lemon ( no sugar ) ( it helps to burn fat and eat less )
-I drink pure grapefruit juice every morning. (burns fat)

I have started this workout…here are my updates
Day1 : the workout was very hard….coudnt do the 10 sec of every workout
Day 2 : coudnt do last 5sec of open the curtain but overall better
Day 3 : the workout felt a lot easier and arms felt relaxed…noticed a little change
Day 4 : coudnt do it sorry….had a lot of homework
Day 5 : a little harder than day 3 due to the skip and felt the burn hard
I will be taking the measurements at the end of the week

The worst part of exercising is getting yourself to do it...
This arm exercise worked for me.
Before doing the exercise my arms were 37cm
At the end of the:
1st week - 36.4cm
2nd week - 35.5cm
3rd week - 35cm
I started this exercise with the back and posture exercise from 22 days ago and I'm really happy because my shoulder and back no longer pain me and feeling alot lot lighter also it's an easy moves but an insane result
I will be doing this workout twice a day for at least a month, updating my measurements every monday.
Note that I am also on a calorie deficit and doing other workouts besides this one.

All the people who do this, DO NOT GIVE UP!! I know it hurts, but it works. Specially it tones the shoulders and gives a nice look for the arms. I did this only for like 1 week, and I didn't expect results this soon.
Wasn't gonna update or anything but this works like a charm ngl. I've been doing this for the past 3 days and my arms r looking so thin. I don't have exact measurements since I forgot but I can 101% assure that I lost at least 2-3 cm at my arms

Being honest with anyone who wants to check whether this works or not, (spoiler, obviously, it is Emi, all her workouts work) but for people being skeptical, I used to do this everyday (PS. I am on an exercise program of Lilly as well and am active as a whole though. ) but never have my arms actually toned so well with easy visible muscles within a week. A week guys. (it may also be because I am doing other exercises in the day I understand, but emus thigh workout is another one I do.) so tldr, it definitely works, my arms even after doing sk many exercises over the years hadent reduced my arm fat, this one helped a tone. Just be consistent. (I did this everyday and sontinue to do this everyday) even if it doesn't tone, it helps you rather than doing nothing. So go for it.

So I found this workout not that hard and I'll be trying it starting from today , I'm actually doing this together with April Han's arm workout , so let's see when my arms are gonna slim down
I put this in my playlist so I probably won't miss any day
Day 1 : Done (the only hard part was the last one , I almost fell because my arm wasn't strong enough , let's see if they got stronger lolol)
Day 2 : Done (as always , the last one was the only one that truly hurts my arms lolol , I did 2 sets of the others since I barely feel anything , and I also skipped rest time)
Day 3 : Done (I rewatched mafumafu's videos and got carried away that I almost forgot... I did 2 sets of the whole workout today , it's not as hard as yesterday)
Day 4 : Done (I did another 2 sets of everything today , my arms are getting a little tougher from the muscles , but I've been having a hard time controlling the aftermath of starving myself last week , so they probably won't get much slimmer... it's gotten way easier to do the workouts compared to the first day)
Day 5 : Done (Nothing to say , I'll leave it at that)
Day 6 : Done (My arms are slowly getting slimmer , which is good news for me)
Day 7 : Done (I reached a week !)

Doing this till the day i don't forget about this exercise:
Day 1 ✅: was easy *disclaimer* i you wear glasses remove them while tricep chop coz it will probably go fly away like mine
Day 2 ✅: was not easy , felt the burn so I took a 1-2 sec break bet the exercises
Day 3 ✅: it didn't hurt as much as it did yesterday but last two exercises are on another level of pain
Edit : I forgot abt this after day 3 😅 so I'll be starting it again with day 1

I was doing this workout and after the second exercise the moment she said rest I rested my arms and the burn I felt like it was so so so hot for the rest of the workout I felt that fire again though it was painful but this burn kept me motivated and I am so happy with that Thank you Emi
