      @@NayNay_D yes, I still do it. 5 days a week. ( I take a rest on weekends) it still hurts haha. But you keep going so your arms look sexy. You will notice the results. Take pictures before and after you'll be surprised 🙀

    Hey, you there! Don't give up after a week because you see no difference, that's normal. Their might not be a difference until the end of week two or three. But imagine what could happen in two months. You could change your life in a matter of seconds just by pressing start. Stay healthy and believe in your self, and continue until you feel happy to be who you are!

    Is there anyone else like me, my wrist is so skinny but the rest of my arm so big :((

    Ok. So 4 months ago, i commented how big my arms are but thanks to this workout I can see a change in my arms (on the elbow part mostly). It's like lifted, so if i look from the back, my elbow part slimmed down.
    So yeah. It works. I do this once a day (but there are days I forgot to do it). If I can do it, ofc you can too. It is painful but the feeling of achieving our goal overcomes the pain.

      But that's besides the point,
      The lady above is just trying to spread good vibes, we don't always have to be that one guy that ruins a perfectly innocent comment and make things about us because we are smarter than them, bacause most of the time you do that you end up taking away a lot more than their "motivation." And also trust me, you'd sound more of an asshole than help people realize things.
      But yeah, as to people like you, there's nothing I can do about it if you don't care about others because after all, we have our own lives and you would indeed only care about yourselves

    i recommend covering the timer, I noticed that while doing these exercises I always glance at the timer and complained about finishing the exercise but after covering it, I do more than intended. love this workout !

    i think this video is the most honest amongst all the video that i've searched. Because 1 or 2 weeks are not enough to get the result, losing weight in a healthy way need months of discipline and hard work. if you've been doing all the effort for months and get a slow result that's okay, you're one step ahead. keep the good work folks!

    Day 1✅: R.I.P my arms, they HURT 💀
    Day 2 ✅: My arms felt like they were already going to fall off after the first one 💀
    Day 3✅: I felt the soreness from the workout from the past to days so it was kind of hard but worth it!
    Day 4✅: It was a bit easier than yesterday but still felt like my arms would fall off
    Day 5✅: I’m kind of late today with the workout but I still did it, it was kind of easy today but it did burn a bit
    Day 6✅: Kind of easy today except for the second or third one
    Day 7: Very tiring but I made it through
    Day 8: ✅ Done
    (Update my arms feel stronger than before and I can kind of see a small difference)
    Day 9: ✅ Done it started getting difficult after the second one
    (I took a break)

      Initially u'll feel a bit of soreness in ur arms, but after 2-3 weeks of doing it everyday, you won't even realise when the timer went out. So the key is to be consistent.

    I did this exercise in 3 weeks, twice a day, and my arms are different now. Before my arms were 28cm, now 25cm. I'm still doing this workout with another April's exercises (leg, full body workout). I also lose weight fast, the result makes me happy 👏 Thanks April ♥️

    Day 2: ✅ a bit easier than yesterday, I decided to wake up sooner than usual (but its already noon😢) to do workout. I will do workout twice a day

    ✅ second time of D3 after 5km walking
    Day 4: ✅ done after 3 sets workout (1 hour)

    Hey guys it’s my first week. I measured today and both 2 arms are 29cm. I haven’t seen much difference but it’s only 7 days hehe I will keep going on. Other measurements decreased too and I’m so excited.
    Day 9: ❌ The second day of period, I have no mood to do workout
    Day 10: ✅ done once + 5km walking
    Day 11: ✅ done once. I can't walk today because of bad weather, so sadd
    Day 12: ✅ done once. end of my period, tomorrow I will try to get back to do it twice a day. I walked 5km today

    Hehe just some update about my body for you guys. After 2 weeks of walking outside and eating properly (I think so), I’ve lost 2,35kg and 2cm in waist (73-71)
    Thighs: L 61.2 => 58.4. R 60.5 => 58.7
    Calves: L 38.5 => 37.8 R 38.5 => 38 (this is the hardest part of my body)
    I will keep doing this and running as well, you guys can try walking, it’s funnier than doing workout at home!
    Day 15: ✅ Today I have a final exam so I just do it once. I walked and run 6km (1 hour)
    Day 16: ✅ Did it first time at 4:30p.m, I'm about to walk outside, 6km walking and running
    Day 17: ✅ Did it once, today I walked 7km (I just walked because my leg was hurt)
    Day 18: ❌ Today I didn't do workout or walking because of the rain. Cheat meal at night
    Day 19: ❌ 2 sets of workout in noon and 6km walking and running, I ate spicy noodle for dinner (cheat meal)
    Day 20: ❌ Cheat day! 6km of walking and running. Last cheat day I swear, I'm enough of this week :(((

    I am doing this exercise because I want to feel confident in wearing spaghetti straps and anything that is not longed sleeved. I have been working out this quarantine because I want to be able to wear what I want to without feeling insecure. I am putting this comment here so I can be held accountable. Before quarantine, I went shopping for a dress for a wedding and I noticed that I couldn't find as many styles or things that fit my usual size. I left the mall honestly feeling like crap and feeling like I had to make a change for myself. In a way thanks to quarantine I can finally make sure that happens. Thanks if you read this far.     Towards the end I did miss a few days but finished them. I recently got a new job and am now doing summer school so I got a little sidetracked. Overall I do see a difference in my arm. It’s not a crazy difference but nonetheless it’s still there. Thank you for all the suggestions and motivation as hard as it was to keep up with this Im glad I was able to do it even if the results weren’t super astronomical or anything. My total is now R:29cm and my L: 28.5cm. I will still be continuing this workout and adding more to it. Every body is different so you should try it out and see, you will probably get better results since generally Im a person who has always had a very slow metabolism her whole life. Even if when I would train on a swim team for 2 1/2 hours everyday (having rep times of about 1min and 5sec off for every 100 to give you some perspective) I’ve always been kind of bulky. It’s not bad or anything but I just wanted to point that out because this is a good everyday workout but it works different for everyone 👍. Also side note I did do the 5 pounds the first couple of days but didn’t for the rest of the weeks because I noticed since my arm strength was weak I didn’t want to stress anything out with adding weight (I might try the challenge again with the weight since I’m stronger now (I’ll update this again and let you know if I ever do it). Another thing like i said my life got busy, and since I no longer have a sedentary lifestyle + the workouts I did at the beginning, my body is still getting used to the work I’m doing plus I’m still learning how to time manage for the Chloe ting workouts and school + sleeping at an early time. But I hope to resume working out regularly soon because i was really seeing results when i was doing the Chloe ting work outs.       This exercise will not make a difference in fat loss. Reducing how many calories you eat is 1000 times more important

    Some key pointers she mentioned while doing the exercises which have to be followed
    1. Arms cross over
    • Keep elbow lower than shoulders
    • Keep arms straight
    • Don’t shrug
    • Two shoulder blades should be pushed down and tightened inwards
    • Don’t raise arms too high
    2. Arms up and down
    • Keep arms straight
    • Exhale when hands raised and inhale as you lower your hands
    • Clamp the two shoulder blades
    • Keep tummy tucked in at all times
    3. Triceps press
    • Keep your inner arms as close to the ear as possible, especially when the forearms are bent backwards
    • Do not open elbows outwards
    • Tighten your abdomen
    4. Palm down
    • Keep forearms perpendicular to upper arm
    • Keeps arms tense
    • Don’t shrug
    • Exhale when exerting force, and inhale when relaxing
    5. C rotation
    • Keeps arms straight and well controlled
    • Keep your fingers apart as far as possible
    • Draw a letter C with your arms
    • Do it slowly and controlled
    • Flip your hands to the maximum
    • Relax your shoulders
    • Don’t shrug
    • Sink your shoulders
    6. Chest fly variation
    • Keep forearms perpendicular to upper arms
    • Do this slowly
    • Keeps your arms tightened
    • Don’t shrug your shoulders
    • Tighten your shoulder blade
    7. Backward pauses
    • Relax shoulders
    • Move arms hard backwards
    8. Arm Wing
    • Slightly lean upper body
    • Tighten lower abdomen
    • Clamp both arms inwards tightly

    • Lower shoulders and keep palms up
    • The raise the whole arm
    • Don’t bend arms
    • Raise whole arm and then drop slowly and in a controlled manner

    Hello ! I'm going to try this exercise, I don't know how long yet but I'll do it for at least 14 days. Unfortunately I don't have a tape measure but I'll give you a result as the days go by and an update.

      Apoorva Tayal she never had big arms ... they just weren’t toned. There’s a difference between flabby arms (bingo wings or Nanna arms) and toned arms. Using cans of soup (.5 kilo) as weights will help tone your arms if u don’t have any hand weights but unless you change your diet ... no amount of exercise will help
