I already achieved a "beach body" lean physique but nakukulangan ako, like I can lift heavy things but those only na not too heavy, and as naging passion ko na ang bodybuilding, I want more talaga so I wanted to build more muscle mass and to get bigger like you with some help from my gymbros na kapwa bodybuilders rin, and also a PT na rin so sulit sa binayad ko and also from you na rin. Started to lift more heavier than last time and it feels good to me. I hope I'll get bigger this year. 💪

idol!!! pasukin mo rin po ang mundo ng runner community para dumami po lalo ang subscriber mo...
sali ka po sa mga marathon event.... Half Marathon 21km, Full Marathon 42Km,,, and Ultra Marathon...
patunayan po at ipakita sa lahat na amg muscle hindi lang pang display.... kaya din makipagtagisan na lakas ng stamina, and durability...
Marami po akong natutunan sa pag discuss mo ng about calory deficit...
kaya pala kelangan namin mga Ultra runner na kumain ng maraming carb, maraming sugar,... electrolytes sodium or salts.... dahil sa pag discuss mo ng calory deficit... natotonan ko po
tumatakbo po kasi kami sa training ng lima hanggang sampong oras.... tapos sa mismong event halos tumatakbo po kami 10 to 20 hrs.... at sumusunog po ng calory 3k 5k to 10k kada training at event...
Maybe in the future once I'm done with my bodybuilding goals :)
