    shotmechanics.com/free-scoring... (FREE WORKOUT)
In today's video I wanted to give you three super effective basketball moves for beginners. These moves are all really easy to do, and don't need a ton of practice to master. If you can get the footwork, timing, and reads down you should be getting great looks at the basket in no time! What's crazy is that basketball moves don't have to be complex or fancy to work. Sometimes the fundamentals are what can get the best results too. So work on these moves and see if you can break ankles, blow by your defender, and get super easy buckets.

Ever wonder how NBA players like Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, and Kyrie Irving can get by their defender so easily? Many times they use variations of these exact moves to get wide open looks!
Shot Mechanics combines the advantages of personalized coaching with the accessibility of the internet.

More beginner videos please! Especially would love to see workouts for beginners, some simple drills to improve basic shooting/ball handling/finishing. Practicing off the dribble threes and flashy moves doesn't help me if I can't consistently drive and finish at the rim, or drain an open jumper.

Your teaching points and explanations are outstanding.
Your players in Australia have a problem developing fakes in their game using, head, eyes, off hand. Post players fakes as well. Interested in a series developing fakes-off the dribbler stationary guards, forwards and post players.
    Thanks for your great education.

that high rip move will get you a flagrant every time if you try to rip thru when the defender is already there. or if you're playing a pickup game it's a great way to start a fight by elbowing a guy across his temple and trying to explain that it wasn't on purpose.
