From my personal experience, I can tell you that this worked like a true miracle! I played like an idiot in my high school gym where we'd play in teams, and most times I wouldn't even try defending, let alone playing offense, but I did this over the summer of this year, and I've entered my junior year as an absolute god! I still have to work on my defense, but I can really play offense now thanks to this drill that helped me get my dribbling in shape. Definitely practice this every day, best thing is you don't have to do this only for 5 mins you can go up to even an hour if you're dedicated!

Hey man this clip is an eye opener for me. The way you explaining and showing practically really is helpful. But for some one like me who has never touched a ball in his life these drills look so hard. I want to start training and work on my overall performance. Do you know any drills that can suit me better in my journey as a complete beginner? like literally.

Awesome instructions!! You are gifted at explaining and demonstrating the different skills sets.
I like the fact that you don’t do any unnecessary or fancy moves like the AND-ONE league.
Every move that you demonstrated made it very easy to attack the opponent and get to the rim.
Keep up the good work,, this is Alan, GREETINGS from Riverside in Southern California. God Bless you my friend!!

I'm a soccer player but I've gotten so interested in basketball that I've been going to my local LA fitness gym just to shoot around and play for a bit. This will definitely help me. Basketball is so much more intense for me because my soccer position is goalkeeper, so I'll have to start running more lol
