So I used to think I had straight hair...but once I realized that my "puffy, frizzy" hair was because I was brushing out my waves, I started looking into wavy routines! This is my go-to bowl method routine, adapted for my wavy hair. I do this method almost every wash day because it always gives me even, consistent results, and it is the #1 method I recommend to people who are just starting out on their wavy hair care journey.
Steps:
1) Leave in Conditioner (if using)
2) Curl Cream
3) Dunk and Squish ~4 times
4) Microplop
5) Mousse
6) Plop
7) Diffuse
8) Scrunch out the Crunch!
It may seem like a complicated routine, but once you get the hang of it it's actually super easy. I find it to be a lot quicker than section styling my hair. The bowl method part takes me 3-4 minutes, and diffusing with heat takes around 25min!
If you give this a try, let me know how it goes for you!

Wavy girls REJOICE! Our prayers have been answered. Mind blown and so excited to finally see someone with my hair type!!
Ah 💛💛💛💛 I hope this video is helpful!! I tried to get as much helpful info in there as I could :)
I have never seen anyone with my hair type and same color! I have been trying to achieve this for soooo long!
@@SophieMarieGraf Can this work without needing to diffuse? Can i just let it air dry or use a hair dryer?
@@mochichimmy4996 You can air dry it but the waves are a lot more voluminous and defined when you do the diffuser method. I do air dry it often though, and I am still happy with the result.
@@SophieMarieGraf Is this the kind of thing I’ll have to do everyday? If not, how many times a week? Thank you so much for this video it was so helpful u are amazing!!!
1. Detangle by brushing hair with conditioner in while in shower
2. Wash out, finish shower and grab bowl with three cups of water in it
3. Hand rake hair over head
4. Spray Leave in conditioner
5. Hand rake product through hair (can use brush if your hair tangles easily)
6. Make sure back of hair is fully detangled
7. Apply Curl cream (she uses quarter size +)
8. Finger rake through
9. Dunk hair in bowl, full dip then out
10. Scrunch and firmly squeeze and pulse to get squeeze out as much water as possible into bowl
11. Dunk and scrunch again 3 or more times
12. Stop dunking when hair feels slippery (seaweed like)
13. Scrunch with Microfiber towel
14. Apply tons of mouse
15. Plop hair in tshirt and leave on for 15 minutes
16. Sit down, unplop hair upside down, squeeze out any extra water
17. Set blow dryer to high speed medium heat with diffuser and blow all over
18. Pixie diffuse, only turn on dryer when hair is IN the bowl - turning off and on
19. When 80% dry, roll hair side to side and continue pixi diffusing (15 minutes)
20. Gently roll hair to flip entirely upright
21. Set a part if your hair doesn’t naturally part
22. Pixie diffuse again
23. Break cast by scrunching with hair oil
24. Shake out roots
It's a looot of steps haha
Thank you
Number 23 makes the hair literal perfection 👌 💯
It may look like a lot written out with step-by-step instructions, but it really doesn’t take that long . The longest part was #15… and I’m sure that after all of the bending over, that is a much needed break. LOL
@@johannawigg6921 simply don't do it. You have time to be negative and annoying.
I feel like I could cry. I have always dealt with Frizzy unmanageable hair… i figured my hair is just crap. Then I saw little curls form in the very back next to my scalp and I always thought maybe my hair is wavy but never could figure out what to do with it. I am ASTONISHED … after doing this my entire head is filled with curls. CURLS FULL CURLS… thank you so so so much for sharing this. You have no idea
After 35 years (and my sister 40!) of attempting to understand our hair THIS WORKED. I got emotional after the diffusing step. We are over the moon. My hair is so beautiful 😭. THANK YOU.
I was so skeptical of the bowl method, and after seeing her wet hair more and more defined after each dunk in the bowl, I am officially impressed. Will definitely try that next
Right?! It’s crazy how well it works!! And so much easier than section styling haha
My thoughts exactly!!
I tried it Yesterday and it turned out great, even my 12 year old complimented on how beautiful the curls were, and she never likes to give me compliments😂
Is it safe to use dryer 2-3 times a week? I don't use hair dryer at all. But have hair exactly like you but extremely dry these days 😢. Can I not use it and get the same result just by the bowl method and creams?
Also, which curl cream and mousse would you recommend?
I have 2b/2c hair with some coils and I’ve wondered for years why the traditional curly girl method wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. This method truly makes my products go so much farther, without weighing it down and letting my natural texture shine. Wavy goddess!!!
Ah yay!! I just saw this-right?! It’s a total game changer!!
I knew I had body and wavy hair, but I NEVER knew my hair was this curly! I am astounded with the curls and definition. This will soon me my go to method for doing my hair.
Yay!!! So happy it worked so well for you too :)
Okay.. I NEVER leave comments. I am on this video because I just tried it for the first time tonight, exp crying it not to be perfect on the first try and HOLY WHAT. I’m 28 and just now learning to handle my hair. I’m 100% using this because this has been my hair goal my entire life. I want to tell ALL curly/wavy haired girls that this works!👏🏻👏🏻
OMG. Almost 2 years into #cgm experimentation and THIS routine is the bomb! Three goes. Perfect each time including air dry. No brush curls way faster and easier. And day 4 is still bouncy. I’m never going back. THANK YOU.
are there any tangles when brushing ur hair? do u brush it leave it the way it us?
@@sarcastiXperimental hi. I only brush my hair on wash day. Sometimes I brush dry and hop in the shower, or when wet with conditioner. After that I don’t brush it again. I find the tangles have more to do with if I sleep without my hair in a bun. Then it’s problematic. I have long hair. Type 2. Fine with medium density if that’s helpful.
@@hibazafran1765 which products in particular are you using for this method?
@@miao7002 right now I’m using MySoigne shampoo and conditioners. For the bowl I use Curlsmith air cream, innersense gel. Rake both in and do the bowl dips. At the end I’ll add a few pumps of Curlsmith protein foam/mousse. But honestly I’ve used completely different products with the same effect. My favorite is the jessicurl shampoo and conditioner that I leave in, followed by innersense gel and voir foam. I just like finishing products before getting new ones so going through this batch.
It worked well when you let your hair air dry too!?
I have watched hundreds of videos and tried to understand how to wear my naturally wavy hair, wavy, for years. This is by far the best tutorial I've seen.
THE. WAY. I’M. SCREEEEEEEAAAAAMMMINNNG AT THE FACT THAT THIS WORKED IN THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WAY EVER. I have thin, almost straight hair when my hair dries, and other methods have left my hair more sticky or crunchy than curly. Love love love love love this and you for sharing this. This is the most shocked I’ve been in years - my jaw literally dropped
once I saw my results at he end, couldn’t close my mouth for 30 minutes. THANK YOU!!!!❤❤
Wow. That’s a crazy amount of work. The reason I stopped straightening my hair was to simplify my life and to NOT use any heat since that’s what causes damage.
Scrunching the ends of the hair with dried product in it also cause damage. This technique is nuts!
You can still diffuse with your hair dryer on low/no heat, it will just take longer. Alot of times I start the drying process with my hair dryer and let it air dry the rest.
@@holographicwing what about winter when you have to go out? do you go out on wet hair? i hate drying my hair as well but i have to do it when it's winter.
Your life will not be simpler...but your hair will thank you. Tell me about it, I've been practicing CGM for 7 years.
@@Sofi-np7ej I have 3B curls, and I need to wash the hair a day before... Because it is so thick that it dries very slowly (I air dry).
Love that you uploaded a full length video!! Now I don’t have to go on IG searching your reels! lol I’m finally embracing my natural waves/curls because of you!!
Haha I know!! Sorry it took so long to get one together, I figured a central resource was a lot easier than a bunch if 1 min vids 😉
Omg you have such an amazing way of explaining things! Like I’ve watched a million of this wavy/curly hair routines and this one just clicks. I love how each step you explain HOW to prevent frizz. My hair is more curly than wavy but I am very much looking for a frizz free routine, also I do not like products that weight down my hair so this routine looks like it will work for me. Thank you ! You’re adorable and have stunning hair btw!!
Ah thank you!!! I love learning about all of this stuff and it’s so fun to get to explain it :)
@@SophieMarieGrafwhat products do u use list then please
I’ve watched this video 3 times. For some reason it’s turning into a comfort video. Can’t wait to try this routine with my hair wash tmrw tho!
This video is such an ah hah moment for me! After spending the 2000s ironing my hand with a clothing iron, a hair straightener or a curling iron I convinced myself I had straight FIZZY hair. Then I saw your short and was in awe. I do have wavy hair. I tried the whole method tonight. I'm like how my hair looks but I think I was too impatient with the drying time. I'm excited to fine tone my system and get the right system for my hair!! ❤️
holy heck your hair is GLORIOUS!! Thanks for the great tutorial! It's so nice to have found another wavy gal with my exact wave pattern
Don't get me wrong this is really helpful but that's still so much work to me.
Like all I have energy for is using a hairmask while I shower my body/take off my make-up and then put one styling product in out of the shower and let it air dry.
I've been hearing about the bowl method for a while now. I'm two and half years into my curly journey but have never been able to get good curl clumps. So I decided to give this a try.....well.......my hair came out GORGEOUS! I have actual curl clumps, soft, and not frizzy hair!. I don't know why I waited so long to try this but I am hooked!
Yay!!!!
this is the FIRST routine that actually worked for me. i literally thought my hair type was "frizzy"- you literally saved my life. my hair's not perfect, but this routine is life changing i swearrrr🤍🤍 LOVE YOU!!!!
Just tried this routine and it worked amazing on my fine 2a hair thank you so much for the thought and thoroughness you put in the video!!!
This has honestly changed my life 😭 struggled so much with my hair that I always end up straightening it, but this and your diffusing video have worked perfectly!
I am genuinely shook at the end result! My whole life my hair has been straight (or so I thought) but recently I’ve seen some waves coming out and with this method they are popping and I honestly can’t believe it! I have so many methods for getting curls and my hair was trying to do it itself. Thanks for the video!
This has changed my entire wavy hair journey, it’s finally clumping properly and going up to my roots. The only problem is I have too much hair and I get sooo impatient with drying and I give up half way bc my neck hurts lol.
I just did this method for the first time and omg I’m in love. My hair is a little frizzy but that’s not a surprise since this is my first time trying it out. Overall, I absolutely loved this technique. Thank you Sophie!
Yay!!! :)
I tried your bowl method, and WOW!!! I only recently discovered I have wavy hair, and your bowl method helped out my 2A waves SHINE!! My only modification for 2A hair was to leave my hair plopped in the t-shirt for 45-1 hr to hold the waves better, and NOT to break any cast at the end because I didn't have strong waves to begin with.
Thank you so much for spreading this information, and helping me discover and care for my beautiful waves.
You absolutely saved my hair, thank you so much!! I used to have such pretty 2C/3A curls but my hair has gotten quite long over the years and now that it had reached waist length my curls became waves and my curl routine no longer worked at all. Your routine brought them back to life, I can not believe my eyes! Thank you sooooo much!!
Just discovered your videos today and I'm SO GLAD I did!! Thank you for taking the time to film your routine and explaining each step throughly ❤
Wow! I applied your technique and who knew I had such curly hair! I am getting so many compliments from family and friends on how good my hair looks! Thanks! I have already shared your video with several of them! 👍
Thank you so much for the amazing detailed tutorial!! I've been learning how to better embrace and take care of my wavy hair and I'm definitely going to be trying this method!
This is the best wavy tutorial I've come across. My waves look so much better than with any other method I've tried. Thank you so much!
OMG! I was about to give up on my curls, which were barely even waves most days lately, when I came across this link. I have curls again!!
My variation for my thick curly hair...mix the leave-in conditioner and a few drops of jojoba oil in the bowl with water (instead of distributing on hair first). Then dip and swirl hair into water scrunching primarily close to my scalp. Smooth on gel then diffuse with dryer pointed downward from roots to tips. Scrunch out crunch when dry. Nice smooth curls without frizzies, excessive bulk, or triangle hair.
Amazing!! Who knew! Thank you for this post. My hair is wavy and thin. Now I love my hair. No hair stylist has ever talked about this ever. ❤️
It worked 😭😭 It worked so well! I'm somewhat new to wavy hair care and I tried so many different methods that left me confused and unhappy with my hair. Loved this tutorial and how you explained each step thoroughly. I thought my hair was 2a/2b but after using this method it turned out it's actually closer to 2b/2c! My hair is thin but dense, so using the bowl makes so much sense. Thank you so much!
Your hair is absolutely stunning. I've always wondered how to get this look and you've explained it perfectly. I don't know if I have time to do this in the morning, but maybe on the weekend! 💓
Hi! I've tried your method this afternoon, since after watching your video I was very curious to know how it would turn out on my wavy hair. My hair is drying now but I have to say I'm getting amaizing results. I don't think I've ever had such defined waves and curl clumps. This is exactly what I needed after some unsatisfactory results, so thank you so much for this video. It's really appreciated!
I thought I had straight hair for a long time too!!! I have started to embrace my waves but I still get frizz and straight strands forcing me to curl a few pieces. I’m trying this over the weekend!!! I can’t wait!! Thank you, I have not found anyone that posts videos for wavy hair.
Beautiful!
Questions:
1) Do you have fine hair?
2) How often do you wash?
3) What do you pull your hair back with when showering and not washing your hair?
4) What do you do with your hair when you sleep?
5) Pretty eye shadow! What brand do you use? Do you use a primer first?
Your videos are SO helpful- thank you!
I have being doing the GGM for about 10 years and have NEVER had results like this! Thank you! Please keep posting!
Holy moly! I could see your waves forming each time you dunked in the bowl and scrunched! What a great idea. Your hair came out beautiful!! Great video.
I definitely needed an in-depth video. Can’t wait to try this out
So I tried this method today and realized my hair is more towards the curly side than it is wavy 😂 I have tormented my hair with flat ironing and dying so I knew this would be a hit or miss for me considering I had really curly hair as a child it was just bringing back the curl pattern to my hair. Either way I feel like I’d probably continue to use this method while restoring my hair back to its natural state ! Thank you for this so much ! My hair looks more like Sheryl temple curls but it’s still cute ! And a nice minimum heat way to style on wash days!
The past couple of weeks i have tried a variety of different methods for curly hair because i wasnt able to find any for wavy hair until i found your video 🥺 You explain it so well and the steps are easy to follow! Tried it today for the first time and it did wonders to my hair! Thank you so much 🥺❤
I'm so happy UA-cam Gods have blessed me with your video on my recommended! I have started my wavy hair journey almost two months ago and most of the first YT curly hair videos I have seen where of girls with way more curly than wavy hair. After doing intense research I bought everything and anything according to those videos (I go all out, out of excitement, when I try something new) and my hair never looks like their hair..Because ammm it's not like theirs! I'm so glad I found you, because I can really relate to your hair. When doing nothing - almost straight, sometimes few waves, when really trying - actually getting curls happening! I will be trying your method next time I was my hair and probably cut down on products hahaha Thank you ❤
I am an older woman and my gray hair is coming in wavy. After having stick straight hair my whole life, I am relearning how to style my waves. Thank you!
Great video! you explain things so clearly and down to earth so it’s easy to take mental notes 👌🏻 thank you so much!
Wow, I am shocked at the amount of beautiful curl this method gives. Amazing! Thank you!
Gorgeous!!!! Thank you! Can't wait to try it. Nothing ever seems to work on my thick, frizzy hair. 🤞🤞🤞
I can’t wait to try this! I experience some wet frizz and uneven patterns throughout my head and I feel like it’s due to inconsistent styling and moisturization-I try to get enough product and moisture but I feel like my hair loses it quickly. Thank you for sharing this method I hope it helps me!
OMG. Hollywood hair and that colour, wow! You are so blessed.
I gave up years ago because I couldn’t find anything that actually worked! Gonna try this next week! I’m impressed with the bowl method! I love my hair and that I have wavy hair and you have me my confidence back after watching this!
Thanks so much for the detailed video! Can’t wait to try this!
This is by far the best tutorital I have seen. You explain each step so well!
This is amazing. I’m just starting my wavy hair journey and it hasn’t been going great so far. Turns out I was doing things all wrong! My products were weighing down my hair. And I had heard someone say you should wait to put product in and scrunch hair. Nope!!
Love your hair! I have been avoiding trying this method because it looks messy but now I want to try it. Your waves are so soft looking!
Hi Sophie!! I’ve been following your instagram for a while and loving your tips. But I can confidently say that this in depth video had my waves looking the most defined they ever have! Can’t wait to keep learning how to take care of them. 💗💗💗
Ah yay 💛💛💛💛
I followed your routine today and while it definitely helped define my waves better i feel like i could definitely produce better results because i kinda rushed through the steps as i was running late. Thank you for all the tips, really enjoyed watching you through your routine!
Yes I notice that it’s always worth spending the time on diffusing. Sometimes I rush through the bowl part, but I always regret rushing through the hover diffusing haha :)
Sophie Marie yep I definitely rushed through the hover diffusing!
I had to come back to write a comment. I got this video recommended yesterday and tried the method today. The technique is a game-changer for my high-porosity hair! Never had such beautiful curls
Wow! Just tried this for the first time after years of trying to learn how to manage my formerly straight straight hair. It’s also turned grey at my temple so a bit of a different texture, too. My hair is always straight and flat at the roots for about 2-4 inches down and quite long. After trying this out I currently have very fluffy waivy curls from the roots to the ends, completely dry! It took less than an hour and minimal frizz. I’m in awe. This has never happened before! This is magic! Thank you!!!
your hair looks so beautiful !! thank you for sharing your tips
I'd like to thank you with all my heart. For the first time in my life i was able to bring out my waves without my hair getting heavy or lifeless. Also, i fullfilled my dream of being complimented for my waves! ❤❤
This is seriously amazing! I didn't have much faith in this method, I have tried so many products and styling routines but the results were pretty much the same. I tried this method today and wooow!!! My hair had a lot of ringlets (before, I used to get two on a good day), and no frizz. Thank you 💖💖💖💖
I tried it and I can not belíeve what a difference it made! I love it so much! Thank you 💛
I have the same hair type as you and when my hair was longer I was always wondering how to make my natural curls look good and not like a bird nest. Though my hair is short now I'm currently working on regrowing it and will definitely try out this method when I reach the needed length :D Thanks!
You’re welcome!! 🥰
This method worked for me! I have coarse hair that doesn't absorb a lot of product. I wasn't sure about skipping the gel step but I went for it, my waves have stayed in tact all day and are super soft and bouncy! Thanks so much for the video!
Thank you so much for this routine! I tried it for the first time today. It turned out great. I'm going to play around with a different gel to see if I can get it even better. Thank you again!
Ooh girl your hair is so shiny and I love watching your little ringlets on the underside form. Your videos are so informative and your eyes match exactly the bathroom tiles behind you! Beautiful video.
Thank you 💛💛💛💛
Ah finally, I found curly hair treatment without making it look like soggy all the day. Thanks Marie 🥰
I tried this technique this morning and will never go back to how I was doing my hair before. My curls, which I’ve struggled with for a little over 6 months now, look absolutely beautiful. Half of my hair is bleached and is especially difficult to hold a semi-decent curl pattern is in beautiful spirals like my natural side. I’m going to stop by the store tonight on my way home to get a deeper bowl because I can tell exactly where I wasn’t able to dunk the back of my head!!
Ah!!! Yay!!!!! I’m so happy it worked so well for you :)
Beautiful 🤩 I haven’t wore my natural wavy curly hair in around 10-15 years but watching this video am like I so have to try this ❤❤❤❤
I’ve tried everything as I have very fine hair and it wants to friz due to fast drying. I cannot wait to try your bowl method! Thank you as this makes so much sense in getting all hair strands conditioned peoperly.
Your hair turned out so beautiful… what a great idea. I loved the fact that you explained WHY you re-wet your hair. That what I watched your video for, was the reason behind it. I thought it was going to “rinse out” all of the products and waste them. Now I see the strategy. Definitely worth a try! It sure can’t hurt anything! LOL I’m sure that a proper haircut would also help others (including myself) achieve such a wonderful outcome.
By the way… I love the way your hair looks so healthy. ❤❤❤
You are a delight to watch. Thanks for the detailed information and all the tips and tricks. ❤
OMG!! Your hair is sooo pretty 😍 I have to try that method, love the results.
Oh my gosh... I just did this today... I didn't have Mousse and I definitely rushed a little bit... but my hair is so freaking gorgeous!! Thank you!!! 🤩🤩🤩
For straight hairstyle 👉 My hair is wavy on the top, curly in the middle and straight underneath 🤦🏻♀️ so this method didn’t work for me. My curls go in different directions too. However, I used a leave in and styling cream then did the bowl dipping then did a blowout (straight style) and my hair was soooo soft, hydrated, and manageable. I’ll keep using the bowl idea but not for curliness. It’s great for even product distribution!
Ooooo, thank you for leaving this comment!! I haven't heard about someone using it for that but it makes sense! :)
i did that as well my hair is so soft and shiny and my layers are so defined im definitely going to use it for that purpose
Ughh soooooooo beautiful and goals!!!I have so much chemical damage and my waves look so stringy and dry. Your waves are a dream come true.
OH MY GOD! I've been waiting for this!
Yay!! I hope it’s helpful 🥰🥰
Beautiful waves in the first attempt! I absolutely loved this. Super helpful video:)
Sorry if this has already been asked: How do you care for this wavy hair between washes? What can you do the next morning to refresh the waves?
I also have the same question!
I've seen 2nd day curl refresher products, so I'm thinking about trying that! I think it was Aussie I saw at Target that had this product
I spray my hair with water using a spray bottle, reapply the curl cream and diffuse. Then scrunch with oil. Before the whole routine, i use any dry shampoo and comb it into my roots with a fine tooth comb if i have some oil. I’ve also seen a video where another woman added a small amount of conditioner into the spray bottle to make a leave in spray conditioner. That would save you some money. Hope this helps!
I stopped using dry shampoo; it irritates my scalp and often contains fragrance I'm allergic to (although DIY dry shampoo is ok, it's not effective enough really). My best refresh is just to reactivate my products that are already in my hair using DISTILLED water using a spray bottle. Sometimes if my hair really needs it I'll add a small amount of additional leave in. Then I usually diffuse a little bit. I can go for 3-4 days between washes using just distilled water and a little leave in conditioner. My advice is to stop worrying about your "dirty" scalp, unless you're actually doing a lot of activities that get you physically very dirty like swimming in the ocean or building a house. Even if you work out every day and sweat, you can still probably just diffuse afterwards. Washing my hair twice a week has really improved the health of my scalp and hair 😊🤷♀️.
@@erinlikesacornishpasty4703 thank you this is so helpful!!
WOW! Okay...I tried this. I lived the first 5 decades of life struggling to get curls - perms, curling irons, rollers....when Covid hit I noticed a change in the texture of my hair and thought I fried it off. But then after 2 years and with turning 50, it dawned on me that I MIGHT have had a hormonal change in texture. Voila! Been eyeballs deep in the wavy hair journey for just 2 months but find myself shocked at how naturally wavy my hair actually is. Now, for the kicker - I have had 5 spine surgeries with more on the horizon. This makes it really hard to hold my dryer above my head for long periods and hanging upside down, while it produces by far the best results is a huge challenge. I have super fine hair but LOTS of it. So the product experimentation struggle has been REAL. So far - this method netted the most beautiful results for me. I'll just have to save it for special occasions since it asks for a lot of bending forward. Thank you!!
THQ U soo much ❤️ it’s really helpful. I’ve been using the bowl method for two weeks now l just hope it’ll define my curls more as time goes
Ah I’m so happy to hear that!! Yes-once we stop frequently heat styling our hair, and consistently style it natural, the pattern can really start to pop out! My hair clumps SO much easier now than it did when I started which really helps with definition 🥰
Best curly girl method for waves I have seen! You explain things very well!
Love how you explain every detail, I appreciate you🥰
Ahh thank you 💛💛💛
AMAZING!!! I never would have thought of any of these tricks and it makes so much sense! BRB running to get a diffuser
Oh my gosh PLEASE tell me more about this "wet frizz" concept because I feel like I definitely struggle with that. Found your bowl method on IG, tried it a few times and got beautiful clumps very similar to yours, but saw some straggling strands that I didn't think of as "frizzy" at the time, but that's definitely what they were. Help!
You'd have to care for your scalp health, try dr vanita rattan on UA-cam, she is very informative, if a bit panicky about skincare.
Also wear a satin scarf to bed, silk if you can afford and have no qualms about using it. It should prevent breakage.
Use oils in your hair to keep moisture locked in after washes.
I'm currently trying all these and seeing results little by little, but it should take months to get the hair I really want. Good luck!
I definitely get wet frizz as well and don’t know what to do about it. I’m definitely going to try this routine.
Sometimes wet frizz can happens depend on the products you use. Ie not getting enough moisture , products build up , protein overload, or the way you handle ur hair in general (meaning you could be rough with ur hair ie when u wash ur twisting or rubbing ur hair in a way that causes breakage which can equal frizz - same with hair u dry it if ur going in with a towel and rubbing the towel on ur hair vs a scrunch motion or squeezing) excessive heat can causes damage which can show in wet frizz. Look up what causes wet frizz there a girl on here that has a bunch of videos on it and how to correct it.
Gena Marie does a video about how to solve wet frizz problems.
Loved this video and how easy it was to follow! I’m new to styling my curly/wavy hair and gave this a try today. Loved the volume and definition I got but my hair did end up looking a little crazy at the roots which I think was from diffusing upside down the whole time, and because I have more texture to my hair. Going to try again next wash day and diffuse right side up to see if it makes a difference!
Your hair is so beautiful! The shine 😎oh my days. Thanks for this, very helpful 🤗
Your hair is a real life crown, it’s amazing! Thank you for sharing this! Could you please tell us what products do you use?
I loved this method, it helped bring some curl back into my hair. Thank you so much!!
Amazing results!! 😍👏 there’s no way I would do this regularly, I like to keep my routine short and sweet, but I’m glad the option exists
U're hair is so beautiful watching this is making me want to start my curly hair journey but it seems very overwhelming
I have got to try this! Thank you so much for sharing 😍
Your hair is absolutely stunning!!! 😭 I hope I can train my hair to look like this! In my profile pic is probably the best my wavy hair has ever looked but the past few washes have been hard to get nice long lasting waves
Great video!! I just tried it this morning and it really worked! I forgot to cash my hair before pixie diffusing so it’s a bit frizzy but now I’ll remember next time
Omg yes!!! Stoked to try this on my next wash day 😍❤️
Gosh! That colour 🤩🤩🤩 beautiful hair! Loved the video 🧿🧿🧿
I am going to try this. Your hair is gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. I’m your new subscriber 🥰
Oh god imagine having that beautiful hair!!!!. I've always relaxed my hair cause it was easier to manage. However, I feel it's time to embrace my wavy hair and just learn how to take care of it.I will try this 😊
