💕 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
It depends on various factors, including your weight, the intensity of the
exercises, and your fitness level. On average, a person weighing around
155 pounds can burn approximately 100 ~ 150 calories during this one.
Keep in mind this is a rough estimate and actual calorie burn can vary:)
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs
5 )Love yourself

i’ll be doing this for a month to get physically fit.
✅ day 1 - as someone who doesn’t regularly exercise, i had a hard time being able to balance myself. 😭
day 2 - i gave my body a day to adjust/
✅ day 3 - it was a lot easier for me to follow through and i didn’t get tired easily! i feel refreshed.

Did it work?
I can see changes in my body. I started her workout program for small waist & flat belly almost 3 weeks ago (now I am on day 19) and it works.
I got stronger and my lower belly is tone now. This exercises are changing your body more if you do them while you are in a calorie deficit or for me, I didn’t eat sugar this week but the previous 2 weeks I just eaten less. You can also do them and not be in a calorie deficit and you will also see changes but it will take a while.
You need to be consistent to see results.

@@tinusss Yes, it helps, I saw the result after 2 weeks, but unfortunately when I stopped doing this I gained weight again, I read that this could be swelling of the body, so now I’m doing exercises for swelling. As for these exercises, I recommend them to you, they really help

day 1 definitely felt some burn, motivated for the next day
Day 1: (10/Jan/2024) I really felt some difficult in some of the exercises, but I was persistent and really liked it. I could feel my areas hurting just a little bit, but I wasn't pushing myself so hard, ao I could do the exercises in the same way Shirlyn did. I sweat a little lmao.
*(11/Jan/2024)* I still felt some difficulty, but I could do the exercises more accurate than yesterday. Also I sweat a liitle bit more, but it wasn't as difficult as yesterday.

I've doing this for 1 month and now I can wear 2 jeans that I couldnt ever done it before, absolutely useful
ok so lets do this..
✅day 1; i never did pilates before, so i was shaking a lot. over all, fent pain in the abbs, and in the legs. sweated a lot.
✅day 2; it was easier doing it. a lot of pain again. drank LOTS of water. sweated a lot again. this is actually making a curve in my waist too!
✅day3; i didn't do it properly because of period cramps

I always switch out workouts her workouts every month or so either ‘cardio’ or ‘Pilates’ and still see a huge difference

Pour moi l'exercice le plus compliqué c'est le "side plank" avec la jambe gauche montante. Même après plusieurs fois cet exercice continue de me poser quelques problèmes. Mais sinon je trouve que les exercices on une durée qui permet de rendre le tout abordable.

Hi! I’m 14 years old and I want to lose some weight and also have a smaller waist and slimmer legs. I am also a dancer so I don’t think it’s going to be very hard for me so I might add some ankle weights. Hi, I’m 16 and I’m 61kgs. When I workout I get abdominal cramps, is this normal? I do your full body ones and separate abs and legs and arms ones. I’m on my first week. Should I do warm ups? Also I can’t get many healthy foods due to living situations so can I just focus on eating 2k calories a day?
