5 minutes- seven days in a row and then three days a week thereafter, because doing daily squats is probably the most beneficial exercise for women over 50.

Hi Schellea! I'm in my early 50's and try to stay in shape, but have always hated squats(I mean really hated them!) BUT this workout(which is literally filled with squats😄) is not only do-able, it's super effective! I felt definite results on day one & have felt steadily better each day since. I'm on day 6 now & it is frankly amazing to me how much stronger & better my legs feel in such a short time! My hips/legs usually get a bit stiff & can hurt at times when attempting some workouts, but now they feel so much stronger & don't hurt at all. I'm amazed at this!!!😃 I have never felt such results in my legs in my life, so this workout is frankly 5 minutes of awesome! 😄 So I just had to send you sincere thanks for this great workout Schellea 💜 I always appreciate your happy, encouraging videos & your short but effective workouts - THANK YOU very much! hi i am 64 now and everyday got work out and squats. and now my body keeps firm. the exercise is really nice.keeps body firm.
I had to reply! A long-time enemy of squats myself, I just did this routine, which I’ve done maybe twice before.And suddenly they seem tolerable! More to the point, I see my legs are supporting these motions more strongly( Duh!) which I attribute to not just this vid but overall workouts in here, including the other leg ones. - Sherrie in New York~

Hello Schelle,, I am from the USA. I am a retired body builder and powerlifter. I stopped working out during the pandemic, and have not been able to get back into the grove again. I have gained 20lbs and feel just awful. That is until I started your video "5 minuets Butt and Thigh exercises". I did the one week challenge and my pants are not so uncomfortably tight as they were. Today I did the thigh and butt and added the 5 minuets sculpted arms. I was so impressed by your workouts I sent them to my little sister who also suffers from the same weight gain in the same areas.

I started this exercise to be able to go horseback riding with my grandchild (I’m 72). I was amazed that I didn’t feel a thing getting off the horse! No stiffness whatsoever! I also do your arm exercises daily as well! I received compliments on my old arms! Thank you so much for improving this old happy lady!! You are the best!

Hello Schellea, came across your videos by a miracle I think. I’ve tried many things to try to stay in shape and always got tired and bored with gyms, trainer, online and everything seems to be target to 1 audience, which is the young and super fit that can do 100 squats in 1 minute without breaking a sweat.
I am not anywhere near 50 and I love all of your exercises.
I do legs, butt, arms twice a day and I love it, and I don’t want to miss a day, for the first time in my life I love to exercise and I am enjoying it. This is my first time that I do exercise 6 days a week and if i miss a day, I feel guilty is like my body is actually enjoying it and I have more energy and feeling much better!

I just wanted to reach out to let you know that I am still here working out with you every single day. I feel amazing and awesome because of your daily exercises that you have created for all of us!! I have been with you now I think for five going on six months and I am down 30lbs. I have changed my diet and I exercise everyday. I am back at school and I have been able to stay safe and healthy because I am wearing my mask as are my coworkers and teacher and our students. We are now on winter break for a couple of weeks so I am going to enjoy the down time with you and my son and the Lord. It been an overwhelming time of change and constant moving trying to stay ahead of this virus as that we can all stay safe within our classroom and school. My son is home from college and he couldn’t believe how much my body has transformed since he left to go back to college in August. So I am so grateful and thankful and blessed to have the gift of your presence in my life during this season. I hope you have a lovely Christmas and I know you will be surrounded by those you love. It will be my son and I and that’s okay ..we will stay safe and keep ourselves healthy God willing and also because we are following what it is we have to do to stay healthy and well.

Tried this last week to help with strengthening my core and glutes due to lower back injury. It was hard to finish each set the first three times, then got easier. It's still a great workout, but im finishing each set on time, not a couple of moves early. Love it. Thank you. Between this and some core work, my back started feeling better within a couple of days. Perfect!

Hi, I’m 58 and really let my fitness go due to a TB band problem and couldn’t get it fixed during lockdown. It is now and gradually getting back into it, love these little workouts, so powerful!
Just turned 50 and am the youngest in the family. I told my sisters and my mom about this. I am slightly overweight and extremely unfit, but most of the exercises in the series, I have tried and done. They are attainable and I totally love the encouragement given. It’s a small spiritual exercise as well when you are being told you are beautiful and amazing and you can do this…you’ve got this. It makes you want to do it with your friend on the screen that is kind and loving!!

I totally appreciate these 5 minutes exercises. Iam 55 years old and have diabetes. Since I started walking and exercising and doing Spin classes. I haven't had to take diabetic medications. I do these 5 minutes exercises and use 2 pound weights. Keep posting Iam watching here in Canada.

Started these quick 5 -10 minute workouts back in September. I have had an underactive thyroid for around 20 years now and even with medicine, I can’t get rid of the weight and sluggishness I feel. I push through to do these workouts because Schellea has such a positive attitude and makes me feel like we could be friends if she were a “real” person living in my world. People I’ve known for years have recently seen me and they have all commented on my weight loss. I haven’t really lost a lot of weight, but my body has become more toned than it has in a long time. My belly is smaller, my thighs are smaller and my figure is more defined around my waist and hips. I never liked to work out because it took so long with little to no results for me, but these workouts have been doing something for me obviously. Maybe one day I will do one of the 30 minute workouts…who knows?
