    5 minutes- seven days in a row and then three days a week thereafter, because doing daily squats is probably the most beneficial exercise for women over 50.

    Hi Schellea! I'm in my early 50's and try to stay in shape, but have always hated squats(I mean really hated them!) BUT this workout(which is literally filled with squats😄) is not only do-able, it's super effective! I felt definite results on day one & have felt steadily better each day since. I'm on day 6 now & it is frankly amazing to me how much stronger & better my legs feel in such a short time! My hips/legs usually get a bit stiff & can hurt at times when attempting some workouts, but now they feel so much stronger & don't hurt at all. I'm amazed at this!!!😃 I have never felt such results in my legs in my life, so this workout is frankly 5 minutes of awesome! 😄 So I just had to send you sincere thanks for this great workout Schellea 💜 I always appreciate your happy, encouraging videos & your short but effective workouts - THANK YOU very much!       hi i am 64 now and everyday got work out and squats. and now my body keeps firm. the exercise is really nice.keeps body firm.

      I had to reply! A long-time enemy of squats myself, I just did this routine, which I’ve done maybe twice before.And suddenly they seem tolerable! More to the point, I see my legs are supporting these motions more strongly( Duh!) which I attribute to not just this vid but overall workouts in here, including the other leg ones. - Sherrie in New York~

    💐Schellea: 5 minutes of proof, strength & joy increase with practice--in this case, I mean this "leg,butt and knee" workout. Quote marks there because strengthened sense of confidence & well-being is modestly not in the title!     Love your 5 and 10 minute workouts. It is more interesting to do short exercises, at 78 I can manage most of the stand up ones.

    When knee is too far extended over foot like this, it’s very hard d on the knee. Proceed with caution!

    I can’t thank you enough for this workout. I have been doing your 15 minute toned arms challenge every day and the results are fantastic. I am not 50 or over 50, I’m 42 and I have been very sick for a couple of years.     Hello Schelle,, I am from the USA. I am a retired body builder and powerlifter. I stopped working out during the pandemic, and have not been able to get back into the grove again. I have gained 20lbs and feel just awful. That is until I started your video "5 minuets Butt and Thigh exercises". I did the one week challenge and my pants are not so uncomfortably tight as they were. Today I did the thigh and butt and added the 5 minuets sculpted arms. I was so impressed by your workouts I sent them to my little sister who also suffers from the same weight gain in the same areas.

    Hi Shellea hope all well. Can you help with my inner, outer, butt. Had full left hip replacement 9ys ago, the muscles have weekend gone floppy🙉over time. I cant do floor exercises ONLY Standing🙄 your advise would be Great xx❤️

    When I do squats I try to always bounce back on my heels so my toes are pointing up so I will not go over my toes....loved the video!

I could never do exercises, I’d get bored very quickly but I can follow along with you and I’m really enjoying it. I had 4 hip replacement so I can’t do the the floor exercise but I do the others, are we supposed to mix them up and do different one each day.

    I started this exercise to be able to go horseback riding with my grandchild (I’m 72). I was amazed that I didn’t feel a thing getting off the horse! No stiffness whatsoever! I also do your arm exercises daily as well! I received compliments on my old arms! Thank you so much for improving this old happy lady!! You are the best!

    Tried this last week to help with strengthening my core and glutes due to lower back injury. It was hard to finish each set the first three times, then got easier. It's still a great workout, but im finishing each set on time, not a couple of moves early. Love it. Thank you. Between this and some core work, my back started feeling better within a couple of days. Perfect!

    Going for a walk before and after these workouts are easier for me to cool down as arthritis makes stretching difficult. How e this helps any one who is of limited mobility. Any exercise is great if we make it fun!

    This is a wild one for a 67-year-old AK amputee! But I did it! Many of the little articles I have found suggest that AK amputees cannot squat and recommend doing pistol squats instead - I’ve shown that they’re wrong. They are kind of awkward but I’m OK with laughing at myself. Thank you.

    This is wonderful. Thank you! I'm a yoga teacher and the sumo squat is called "Goddess pose." (Maybe because it makes you look like a goddess afterwards, not because you feel like one while you're in the pose. 😆)

    Hi Schellea,
    I just wanted to reach out to let you know that I am still here working out with you every single day. I feel amazing and awesome because of your daily exercises that you have created for all of us!! I have been with you now I think for five going on six months and I am down 30lbs. I have changed my diet and I exercise everyday. I am back at school and I have been able to stay safe and healthy because I am wearing my mask as are my coworkers and teacher and our students. We are now on winter break for a couple of weeks so I am going to enjoy the down time with you and my son and the Lord. It been an overwhelming time of change and constant moving trying to stay ahead of this virus as that we can all stay safe within our classroom and school. My son is home from college and he couldn’t believe how much my body has transformed since he left to go back to college in August. So I am so grateful and thankful and blessed to have the gift of your presence in my life during this season. I hope you have a lovely Christmas and I know you will be surrounded by those you love. It will be my son and I and that’s okay ..we will stay safe and keep ourselves healthy God willing and also because we are following what it is we have to do to stay healthy and well.
    God bless and I will keep in touch with you now that I have some more time at home. Btw I love the new Christmas workout and I shall be using that for sure over the Christmas break and holidays. Love you Schellea and you are amazing.

      Am I ever smiling. I loved that Christmas workout too. Rebel that I am, did it when it wasn't even Christmas anymore. Your letter really resonates with me
      as you comment on your son's good surprise at your transformation. Same with my kids~ This is a gift to them too!! They want us to stay healthy, and this stuff is doing that for me like nothing else has---and I'm a Heath educator(retired) who has always valued health-promoting behaviors such as regular activity and good eating habits.     Hi Shellie I started yesterday just with your 5min arm and today I did the morning stretch the arm the butt and this leg excercise I usually go gym but can’t these next few days so I am now incorporating these excercises thank you I am underweight so for me this is to build up strength and flexibility 🙏🏻💕

    Hello Schellea, came across your videos by a miracle I think. I’ve tried many things to try to stay in shape and always got tired and bored with gyms, trainer, online and everything seems to be target to 1 audience, which is the young and super fit that can do 100 squats in 1 minute without breaking a sweat.
    I am not anywhere near 50 and I love all of your exercises.
    I do legs, butt, arms twice a day and I love it, and I don’t want to miss a day, for the first time in my life I love to exercise and I am enjoying it. This is my first time that I do exercise 6 days a week and if i miss a day, I feel guilty is like my body is actually enjoying it and I have more energy and feeling much better!

    Just turned 50 and am the youngest in the family. I told my sisters and my mom about this. I am slightly overweight and extremely unfit, but most of the exercises in the series, I have tried and done. They are attainable and I totally love the encouragement given. It’s a small spiritual exercise as well when you are being told you are beautiful and amazing and you can do this…you’ve got this. It makes you want to do it with your friend on the screen that is kind and loving!!

So helpful and as so many others have testified to , its so much easier to motivate myself for your videos because they ARE do-able and with the short length I make sure I finish and if I can manage more then I just follow you through another short video. Great stuff, you were born to encourage 😊. Thanking God for his handiwork in you every time I do these x🙏 PS please give Buddy a cuddle from me! Made me laugh when he was jumping over you during the hip workout video and then he gets worn out from his exercise and settles down next to Mummy for a cuddle - Aw so sweet ❤. My German Shepherd Bessie used to climb over anyone sat on the floor....... A larger distraction I'd have to say!😂

    Hi, I’m 58 and really let my fitness go due to a TB band problem and couldn’t get it fixed during lockdown. It is now and gradually getting back into it, love these little workouts, so powerful!
