WOW! I'm doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I'm so proud of myself that I didn't give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I've been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I'm starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it's not the same. Thank you so much!

This was a strenuous and wonderful workout. I noticed it in the core, but also legs and lower back! For any other readers with lower back issues, ladies this is very do-able! Some really new moves for me, and Ive tried a lot of things. I am not in particularly good shape =(but trying to get there!), and this was quite challenging without being painful. Leg lifts can often tug on the lower back, but these are different and I felt my back was safe-but challenged. It goes into my *daily ex* playlist!! Thank you Schellea.

Thank you for being here for me. My breast cancer returned as stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, on my left hip, in 2021. My left hip was replaced in May, 2021 and I am the fattest, most obese ever in my entire life. I used to exercise with you in 2019 but stopped when my hip became too painful. Now it is time to begin gentle movements and exercises to lose some of my blubber belly and obesity. Hip replacements do this to older people. Schellea, I really appreciate these "short & sweet" workouts. I have gone through barely getting through one to doing four one right after the other. I am 78 years old and every time you say "we should think about something we are proud of" it comes to mind that I am 78 and doing these exercises. Today I did the ab workout wearing my cut of jean shorts. I don't advise that because from laying on my back I developed a nice little blister right under my waist line. LOL!
Just finished your “abs and thighs” workout. While I enjoyed the exercises, I find your voice to be especially calming and supportive. Your comment at the end of this workout -“go out and do something good for the world today” was a mantra for me. Thank you. 👍🏼🙏

I normally do yoga, bicycling, free weights, etc. but these workouts have been a most excellent addition! Have saved them to my library to use while at work, away from home as well. Hi Shellea, I feel happy today because I am working out with you first thing in the mornings. Starts my day off fabulously. Thank you for all you do. I have been working out with you for several months now and enjoy every moment. I am on vacation and did some painting, cleaning and other stuff instead of exercise. Thought maybe those things could replace it. Yesterday I rested. Today I was so sore I could barely move.... The best part is when I sit down I get sore. When I'm actively working out it doesn't seem to matter what activities I do, I am not sore at all. I'll be 57 in July and feel fabulous.

This is the first workout I can do (minus one bilateral leg move) that targets the lower abs while it does not aggravate my spinal stenosis like most other ab exercises do. I usually only focus on upper abs because the exercises involve only lifting your shoulders and chest. However, keeping my knees bent for most of this workout I can still get a burn in the lowers. Love all your workouts.

I tend to avoid floor exercises in general, but especially ab exercises. (I love your standing ab workouts!) But I decided to give this a go this morning, and I absolutely love it! I went a little slower with some of the moves, concentrating on using my abs to do them instead of merely flinging my legs around. So, so pleased! I've been doing your exercises since a friend told me about them a few months ago, and I'm hooked. I love the variety! I'll be 53 in a few days, but I feel better than I did two years ago. Thank you!

So I went to my Chemist/pharmacy for my monthly weigh in and only 2 kgs this month. However it is still going down and clothes are getting loser so as long as it is going in the right direction i am very happy. I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months.I don't know about anybody else but i am not looking for a quick fix i am doing it slowly but permenatly and these exercises are really helping. i am such a fan. This was excellent! I've been a member of the YMCA for over two years and in this time of shutdown, they have been producing videos but I absolutely do not care for them, even though I try many. Yours popped up, and I'm glad. I feel energized after this ab workout!

I am 57 years old and have been working out since I was 16 years old. Between gyms and taekwondo training I am used to extreme workouts. I took an 11 year hiatus from working out. I am so happy that I found your videos. They are fun and easy to ease into and I have made them a part a my daily workout routine. I've been doing this the last 3 days and am surprised how easy they are yet how the next day you feel you've had a work out. I've always skipped ab toning as they are just too difficult and hurt either my neck or my back being 51! This is perfect thank you. Ok . I’m 67, on a 10-day heart monitor, and docs say I must lose a certain amount of weight. At 60 years old I was in martial arts for 2 years and did pretty well. Now, after Covid 2x and two foot surgeries, I’m struggling to keep up with this video, and CANNOT even get my knees flat to my tummy. I will check in daily to see what progress I can make and really - I refuse to give up. Thanks for being there! Any advice on how often to do the workouts and how to alternate will be gratefully and enthusiastically accepted. Thank you!
I am 58 and I have stuck with this workout and one of the 30 minutes walking workouts for a few weeks now. So far so good. I love it. I have bad knees and it's not jarring.
Hi Shellea! I found your videos a few months ago and I wanted to thank you for all your hard work and encouragement. In three months I’ve been able to lose 32 lbs. I still have a ways to go to get to my goal but I’m enjoying the process and I love the results I’m getting. I am now using resistance exercise bands on my legs with this workout and I can really feel the difference.

So i thought i would give Schell and my fellow excercise people a giggle on this thread on this steaming hot afternoon from London. I have been looking for a sturdy chair for my trycep dips as my chairs are quite weak anyway, i spotted a few days ago a sturdy looking chair outside my thrift/charity chop and have been eyeing it up so yesterday, i took the leap and went in. The two volunteers who worked there burst out laughing I was confused what was so funny? One said you do not what that is? yes i said a spare dining chair no she said laughing hysterically it is a mobile toliet/commode disguised to look like a chair, opening it up from the base to show me by now i was slightly red.. I've been doing Fabulous 50s workouts for the past three weeks and love that I can mix and match to challenge different muscle groups, as well as improve my general fitness. Today I noticed that I was feeling fresh and invigorated while doing yardwork. . . got so much more done that I usually would! This is helping me through some difficult times and teaching me to be kind and supportive to myself as well as others in my life. Thank you so much!

I searched for exercises for ladies aged 50 since my older sisters can't keep up with the fast-paced routines that we found on youtube, and I'm glad I saw this! Your exercises are doable and not strenuous. Though I just turned 50 a few months ago, I've got some injuries so I cannot do some exercises that give me more pain after a workout. I especially love this abs workout 'coz it is easy to do, and I CAN FEEL THE BURN indeed. I will be adding this to my favorites plus the other stretching exercises in your other videos. THANKS A LOT!

I'm going on 52 and injured my arm & wrist in Feb. Have been using your workouts to keep fit. I normally do yoga, bicycling, free weights, etc. but these workouts have been a most excellent addition! Have saved them to my library to use while at work, away from home as well. Thank you for such all-around classy & true instructional videos. 🤗❣️
I have NEVER seen results like this from any ab workout. I have been doing it every other day for 2 months and can't believe how small my waist has gotten! Love it!!!

Hi Shellea, I feel happy today because I am working out with you first thing in the mornings. Starts my day off fabulously. Thank you for all you do. I have been working out with you for several months now and enjoy every moment. I am on vacation and did some painting, cleaning and other stuff instead of exercise. Thought maybe those things could replace it. Yesterday I rested. Today I was so sore I could barely move.... The best part is when I sit down I get sore. When I'm actively working out it doesn't seem to matter what activities I do, I am not sore at all. I'll be 57 in July and feel fabulous.
Just completed this 10 minute set for the past two mornings. Discovered muscles I forgot I had! 😆 You can certainly feel it working.

This is the first workout I can do (minus one bilateral leg move) that targets the lower abs while it does not aggravate my spinal stenosis like most other ab exercises do. I usually only focus on upper abs because the exercises involve only lifting your shoulders and chest. However, keeping my knees bent for most of this workout I can still get a burn in the lowers. Love all your workouts.

I tend to avoid floor exercises in general, but especially ab exercises. (I love your standing ab workouts!) But I decided to give this a go this morning, and I absolutely love it! I went a little slower with some of the moves, concentrating on using my abs to do them instead of merely flinging my legs around. So, so pleased! I've been doing your exercises since a friend told me about them a few months ago, and I'm hooked. I love the variety! I'll be 53 in a few days, but I feel better than I did two years ago. Thank you!

So I went to my Chemist/pharmacy for my monthly weigh in and only 2 kgs this month. However it is still going down and clothes are getting loser so as long as it is going in the right direction i am very happy. I have lost 8 kgs in 3 months.I don't know about anybody else but i am not looking for a quick fix i am doing it slowly but permenatly and these exercises are really helping. i am such a fan. This was excellent! I've been a member of the YMCA for over two years and in this time of shutdown, they have been producing videos but I absolutely do not care for them, even though I try many. Yours popped up, and I'm glad. I feel energized after this ab workout!

Day2 absolutely love this & all the other exercises they are so just right for me not stressful like some love the fat burning work outs helping me with my depression already the back 1 is just what I needed as I had a back op year ago after injuring myself while exercising & still suffer from chronic pain x

I am 57 years old and have been working out since I was 16 years old. Between gyms and taekwondo training I am used to extreme workouts. I took an 11 year hiatus from working out. I've been doing this the last 3 days and am surprised how easy they are yet how the next day you feel you've had a work out. I've always skipped ab toning as they are just too difficult and hurt either my neck or my back being 51! This is perfect thank you. I like this workout! I was going at a slower pace, yet I stuck with it to the end. I felt it a little in my abs. I'm sure as I keep doing this program I'll feel it more and more.🤩

Ok . I’m 67, on a 10-day heart monitor, and docs say I must lose a certain amount of weight. At 60 years old I was in martial arts for 2 years and did pretty well. Now, after Covid 2x and two foot surgeries, I’m struggling to keep up with this video, and CANNOT even get my knees flat to my tummy. I will check in daily to see what progress I can make and really - I refuse to give up. Thanks for being there! Any advice on how often to do the workouts and how to alternate will be gratefully and enthusiastically accepted. Thank you!

Hi Shellea! I found your videos a few months ago and I wanted to thank you for all your hard work and encouragement. In three months I’ve been able to lose 32 lbs. I still have a ways to go to get to my goal but I’m enjoying the process and I love the results I’m getting. I am now using resistance exercise bands on my legs with this workout and I can really feel the difference.

So i thought i would give Schell and my fellow excercise people a giggle on this thread on this steaming hot afternoon from London.
I have been looking for a sturdy chair for my trycep dips as my chairs are quite weak anyway, i spotted a few days ago a sturdy looking chair outside my thrift/charity chop and have been eyeing it up so yesterday, i took the leap and went in.
The two volunteers who worked there burst out laughing I was confused what was so funny? One said you do not what that is? yes i said a spare dining chair no she said laughing hysterically it is a mobile toliet/commode disguised to look like a chair, opening it up from the base to show me by now i was slightly red.. I've been doing Fabulous 50s workouts for the past three weeks and love that I can mix and match to challenge different muscle groups, as well as improve my general fitness. Today I noticed that I was feeling fresh and invigorated while doing yardwork. . . got so much more done that I usually would! This is helping me through some difficult times and teaching me to be kind and supportive to myself as well as others in my life. Thank you so much!

You DESERVE this break" put me back into my childhood, wishing I had someone like you in my life back then. I'm at a place in life, at 50, where I find I am having to re-parent my inner child and your positivity, encouragement, and genuine smile, as well as your VERY HELPFUL exercises and tips about this stage of life are invaluable.

I searched for exercises for ladies aged 50 since my older sisters can't keep up with the fast-paced routines that we found on youtube, and I'm glad I saw this! Your exercises are doable and not strenuous. Though I just turned 50 a few months ago, I've got some injuries so I cannot do some exercises that give me more pain after a workout. I especially love this abs workout 'coz it is easy to do, and I CAN FEEL THE BURN indeed. I will be adding this to my favorites plus the other stretching exercises in your other videos. THANKS A LOT!
