Fabulous 50's Love your walking/ burning fat & flabby arm Exercise Although ideally need to I'm a bit scared to some of the lying down one I had a hip replacement nearly 2 years Guess I'll just have to adapt them

I thought this was a great workout, but I did feel some strain in my neck and lower back. Is there anything I can do to reduce that?

WOW! I'm doing the 14 day challenge, and I have to say this video really, really challenged this 72 year old. I could only do about the first 10 to 15 seconds of most of these, but I'm so proud of myself that I didn't give up. Guess I really need to work on my abs. I've been doing your walking workouts for about a month and your uplifting words help me so much in these days of quarantine. I live alone and so I'm starting to feel pretty isolated. I talk to my family on the phone, but it's not the same. Thank you so much!

Schellea, I really appreciate these "short & sweet" workouts. I have gone through barely getting through one to doing four one right after the other. I am 78 years old and every time you say "we should think about something we are proud of" it comes to mind that I am 78 and doing these exercises. Today I did the ab workout wearing my cut of jean shorts. I don't advise that because from laying on my back I developed a nice little blister right under my waist line. LOL!

Hi Shellea, I feel happy today because I am working out with you first thing in the mornings. Starts my day off fabulously. Thank you for all you do. I have been working out with you for several months now and enjoy every moment. I am on vacation and did some painting, cleaning and other stuff instead of exercise. Thought maybe those things could replace it. Yesterday I rested. Today I was so sore I could barely move.... The best part is when I sit down I get sore. When I'm actively working out it doesn't seem to matter what activities I do, I am not sore at all. I'll be 57 in July and feel fabulous.
Thank you for being here for me. My breast cancer returned as stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, on my left hip, in 2021. My left hip was replaced in May, 2021 and I am the fattest, most obese ever in my entire life. I used to exercise with you in 2019 but stopped when my hip became too painful. Now it is time to begin gentle movements and exercises to lose some of my blubber belly and obesity. Hip replacements do this to older people. Weight creeps on and walking outside with CoVid/Omicron is very dangerous too. Thank you for your positive encouragement. Lifts my spirits. Gods Blessings and thanks again, Kim.

I tend to avoid floor exercises in general, but especially ab exercises. (I love your standing ab workouts!) But I decided to give this a go this morning, and I absolutely love it! I went a little slower with some of the moves, concentrating on using my abs to do them instead of merely flinging my legs around. So, so pleased! I've been doing your exercises since a friend told me about them a few months ago, and I'm hooked. I love the variety! I'll be 53 in a few days, but I feel better than I did two years ago. Thank you!

@fabulous50s I will say one thing when I first started doing your ab exercises they were harder for me I couldn't do all of them throughout the whole video maybe a quarter of them now I'm doing the full video with you like it's nothing but I can feel it it definitely Burns girl I love it

Hi @fabulous50. I just discovered you!! Did an hours worth today with you!! I’ve lost 47 lbs since January but when I did my Pilates abs I found my legs were just so weak and fatigued but your videos for abs are very similar but I feel great at the end vs worn down

Love your workouts. Being over 50, you have joint issues. I know that your workouts are mindful of that and I can safely workout with you and not worry about injuring myself. Ok . I’m 67, on a 10-day heart monitor, and docs say I must lose a certain amount of weight. At 60 years old I was in martial arts for 2 years and did pretty well. Now, after Covid 2x and two foot surgeries, I’m struggling to keep up with this video, and CANNOT even get my knees flat to my tummy. I will check in daily to see what progress I can make and really - I refuse to give up. Thanks for being there! Any advice on how often to do the workouts and how to alternate will be gratefully and enthusiastically accepted. Thank you!

wow i’m 62 and learning the importance of exercise i have heart disease in my family and my cholesterol is very high i just got checked and have brought it down some so i’m on satins and it’s lowering it so my diet and exercise is a must and it’s a challenge when your on statins because it’s so much harder but i’m gonna keep doing it thanks so much i love your videos and support ❤

I love this so much. I’ve been really struggling to find a perfectly balanced abs routine. With fibromyalgia and arthritis, I find many routines too difficult. I was able to complete this whole routine and feel great. So happy that I’ve found you. 💕🙏💕
