I’m loving these 5 minute segment exercises! I got a job working from home in December which has been a dream work goal of mine. But I realize I’m now WAY MORE sedentary than my previous job, which worries me! I’ve decided to incorporate 5 minute movement at least several times throughout the day for my health. i’ve been doing her 5 minute peach butt workout (or something like that) for a couple of days now and already feel like my butt is getting more of that peach shape. i’m going to start adding this workout to my daily workout list to get that peach butt and slim legs fast :) this workout burns sooo bad omg. my legs were shaking as soon as we started the pulses😂

I really like this workout, thank you! It's so effective, even though it's only five minutes - i could already see the newly activated muscles outlining after doing it three times :) it's been a challenge at the beginning, but after a few times I have managed to do it without any breaks. And sometimes, when I realize that today I'm not in the perfect shape I just try to go slower and then I can usually finish still. Thank you! This is now my regular inner tigh workout, because it's short and I know what I get and I know what i get is good :)
Im doing this on days where im less productive in summer because the Bible says to take care of your body. When i do this im pairing it with one of her an burn workouts Day 1: ✅ love this workout so much Day 2:✅ i love the feeling I get after I’m finished Day 3:✅ I played pickleball and volleyball with my sister instead Day 4:❎ went outside and to an event but wasn’t “productive” Day 5:✅ did the workout, I LOVE the burn Day 6:✅ only had time for 1 Day 7:❎ Fourth of July🇺🇸

Wow I did it. Been doing this exercise everyday for 3 weeks and I finally just did it the whole thing without pausing the video because I felt like I was dying. 😂😂 I'm so proud of myself for getting through this whole thing without a single stop. Lol consistency is the key the more you do it the better you get at doing it. 😂🎉
Before I used to procrastinate so badly to workout as I didn’t know what to do or all the other workout videos were too intense. Please don’t do exercise because you hate your body but because you love it. It completely normal to be weaker when you are starting or when you have a tough day. learning to love and respect your body is a difficult journey nowadays but if we try to do our best we would create a beautiful world to live in. Ps: even people who are fit have cellulite, stretch marks and moments during the day in which they don’t have a flat stomach and THAT’S NORMAL

_florine _ It took a couple weeks. In the beginning of the two weeks I had such a hard time staying the squat position the whole time and my legs shook a lot. By the end I can do this fully with half the pain!
