These guys are dreamboats to look at and I love the two walk leader format. They are off the beat here and there on video, and they transition quickly. But this is a great, lower intensity all around mile! ❤

🎉Thanks so much guys for your great video ❤️🩹🤩🥰 These steps and moves reminded me of Aerobic work out in 90's when I was in my 20's and I always watched Jane Fonda's Aerobic video, She was so awesome in that time..and one of my favorite 🥰❤️🩹 how's her life news now ? In 90's exercises was so simply and easy to do, but it worked well for us, not like nowadays, the exercises have too much improvisation and so difficult to follow 😊 who are in here still happy and fit in your 50's age ?? Love this workout, and the additional abs workout is great. A few things to improve on are; allowing a few seconds to transition between each move or do the "Leslie" count down "in 3..2...1" Some parts were offbeat, and even I got confused. Overall, I love to see new additions to the walking family!
OMG I love this, even at 84 and not being as coordinated, but love that I can do this inside my motorhome, where I live.

I did some similar exercises 3 times a week 23 years ago after giving birth to my daughter, and I lost 25 ponds in 6 months .
