    I'm 25! Half way to 50 and I absolutely love your workouts! I do them every morning! They're low impact yet make me sweat just enough. I've been doing it for about a month and already look a lot more toned! You're a breath of fresh air! Your energy and spirit makes me love to wake up to every morning just to workout. I love the positive uplifting messages as well! They make me want to keep going! ❤❤❤😁

    Great glute workout! I am 64 and this is the right amount of work for me. Six days in a row with this glute workout. At 30 days I am going to see if there is a difference. I already feel it.

    These glut exercises spot on. Hard on knees.Need get my yoga mat. Speakg of yoga...Not for me...😳All the positions, etc. I have neuropathy in both my feet so balance fair-poor. Instructor was judgemental and unkind as I was not able to do some moves. I >60 w chronic disease. I happy w your kind encouraging voice. TY!! 💞

    I am very happy I came across your site. I joined Planet Fitness gym back in Nov. They only have the gym equipment, no exercise classes. I wanted exercise classes but have no one to exercise with. This is great because I can just stay at home and have you to work out with instead of wondering if anyone is watching me. Now let's hope I get off my big rear end to do them. I have no excuse! lol👍😅

    Hi Schellea, I have not done this video for awhile,really thought I didn't need it, but I read an article on how important your gluteus are and so did this one yesterday, woweeeeeee....you were so right,because today I can really feel my legs all over a bit achy..more than any other video,although I added the 12 min slimming 🦵 legs...haaa so that probably added...anyone it was 👍 great,thanks again best wishes Schellea🤩 BTW wish it would stop raining🌨 🙄 I'm in Wollongong, so muggy

    😳🥰Love this, bc it's some of my most necessary moves. I tend to avoid this sort of thing! -bc it's so challenging for me. My lunges are small, but I do them in my small way. And let me tell you, after this 6 minutes my body is thanking me for not letting it go to Heck~ & hugely helpful =the balance practice in this workout.

    In January 2020 aged 54 I retired, just as CV19 was starting, it scared me enough to get my fitness and health on top form, so if I did get it I would have the best chance to beat it.
    I found Shelley’s workouts and have followed her and this group, doing 30 minutes exercises every day ever since.
    Now 55, I am delighted with the results and have lost a stone in weight, toned up but most importantly of all I feel so healthy and full of energy, this group and Shelley’s workouts are amazing. Just wanted to say thank you and to anyone else struggling, keep going you can do it xx ❤️

    I can't do the lunges or the curtsy lunges because of a hallux rigidus in my right big toe. Do you have any alternatives? Or should I just fast forward past that? Thanks for the workout. I love your wallpaper ! .

    🔥Wow, good Wow.These are probably the most challenging moves for me, out of all our workouts. Every 1 of these moves, my range of motion is very small.Yet I already feel glutes burning. No matter, feeling proud. & thankful to Schellea!💐💐💐💐💐💐

    I really wanted to do this, but my knees hurt when I tried the lounges and the other exercises. It’s amazing how you are in great shape Shelley! I’m only 50 but my joints hurt 😔

      Hi i Love all of your videos!!! I am 55 and i have been doing pilates for 2 years. I have bad knees so i have to protect them. I am thin and want to build and tone my bum and legs. What exercises May i do that will build my legs and bum but not put pressure on my knees?😊

    I have been looking around for some fun videos to improve my body. I'm only a few short months to being 56, and I have noticed an increase in weight gain and flabbiness.     My first time trying this one- I have thin legs and not much of a butt so was pretty sure I didn’t want to lose anything in those 2 places. I do think this would be good for toning and I liked it. Again, another great workout!

    Thanks for the reminder just to exercise. But, one exercise or stretch goes with the bridge, I call it frog pose. You lie on your back and open your legs touching your heels and then lifting up your bottom. Great for bottom and inner thighs.

    Shellea I love everything about your workouts and you! Thank you for enhancing the health of us fabulous ladies. A question - my knees with torn meniscus and arthritis cannot do the lunges or curtsey lunges. I've been substituting squats instead. Is there another modification or exercise that you can recommend?

    Could you make a video on low intensity abb exercise as I have just had a hysterectomy and want to lose weight around stomach area

      I live backwards situps for that. I never do regular ones any more. Stand up, tighten your core, hands on hips and just go back 25 times 3:times a day. Slow but steady. Feels great and tightens the core wonderfully.

    Enjoying the workout, helps to stretch out the pain of fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. However I have two criticisms
    1. While I appreciate you think its positive talk, the brain doesn't hear the "Don't", I learned that recently from a therapist. So when you say "don't think of your body as fat and full of cellulite, etc", what the brain actually hears is "think of your body as fat and full of cellulite". So you are actually reinforcing poor body image as we exercise. I get over this by muting and putting on my own playlist but annoyingly the subtitles then come up which is not a problem for me since I dont have my glasses on while working out but I dont want my daughter to read it if she comes in to keep me company. I'm trying my damndest to bring her up outside the toxic body image obsessed culture we live in.
    2. Having to stretch awkwardly out of a forward lunge to switch off the ads that always come on in the middle of the exercise, not in the rest bit, always mid movement, can't possibly be good.

    Hey. Hope you are well. I am 68. Quite mobile. I want to try these but am a bit concerned as my knees make a kinda crunching noise. Would it be OK to try these exercises? Thank you.

    Thank you, Schellea! I'm 63 and have noticed my cute little butt has gotten FLAT! Comes with age, I hear! Are there any exercises I can do to remedy this?

    I'd love to get rid of my old lady pointy butt, unfortunately I also have old lady knees, so no squats, lunges, etc, but back kicks I can do!

    I like your workout. I can't do the floor exercises because I have two knee replacements. It would be nice if you made one of these without the floor exercises.
