I’m an 89 year old “over 50” lady and have been doing 3 of your wonderful workouts each morning. I have hopes that this will help me with my golf game when our course opens in Ontario. It has been such a help during this long lockdown.

I am thrilled - I did it without hesitation! Your workouts are so cheerful - not those hard core ones that I pass. I am too old for that. Now I do the 10-minutes arms in the evening, the 5-minute leg butt and knee strengthening and this one. That is enough for one day. Here is something interesting: I have an old knee imjury that has now caused me terrible pain in the groin due to incorrect posture over 30 years, sometimes it also hurts in the back. Strangely enough, after I did the 5-minute booty burn with those squats, the pain was totally gone. I could walk pain-free for the first time in many months. 24 hours of pain can make you feel disheartened. No idea why the squats worked so well - maybe a nerve was pinched, who knows. . When I feel the pain coming back, I do those squats 10 times and the pain disappears. Much better than Ibuprophen! I normally exercise every day : I have a steep staircase I went up and down 10 times every day - that got my heart racing, but the pain got worse, not better. I just clenched my teeth and continued. But this squat is what reallyl helped. I will now do your exercises and pass on the stairs. Better anyway, since I sometimes got dizzy. I am 79 but only in years 😃

I just started this today, my first time. I have COPD and gained a lot of weight since I hit menopause and retired from my field work. I was able to get through the whole work out! I will be doing this daily for a month, I will let you know how it goes!! Thank you for this!
Good morning. I so enjoyed this workout yesterday that today I not only did it again but “recruited” my 64 years young mother in law, my 90 years young dad for just a few moves (then he got scared he might fall) and my lovely 84 years young mum…. They did what they could and it was fabulous for a first time. Thank you very much once again. It was fun and just knowing that we are helping ourselves to feel better and better is amazing. I love and do not in any regret having all 6. Somehow I lost myself in 30 years of raising and homeschooling all 6. One is special needs and I work 3 jobs and still homeschool my youngest son. Hello, I'm Suzanne and I'm 73 years old and in excellent health. I've been doing various Fabulous 50s workouts for the past 6 weeks. Usually I can do 15 minute workouts, sometimes with weights, three to four times per week. One of the benefits that I've definitely noticed is that my posture has become so much better!!!!! I tuck my tummy in, my shoulders back and I must admit, I feel so much better about myself and the way I present myself to the outside world. I intend to continue with this, I truly enjoy it so much!!! Thank you.

I"m 63 and way out of shape. Wasn't always, but I fractured my ankle a few years ago getting ready for a 5K. By the time it was healed and the Dr. gave me the go ahead I had lost the rhythm and the attitude. I am happy to say it took me 2 years to lose the weight, and the same amount of time to put it back on. When I say happy its because usually when start putting back on what you lost it takes about half the time. Any way I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. Haven't lost any weight yet but I do feel better and as time goes on I'll add more and longer workouts. For now 15 min is all I can manage. Thanks for making this video.
do a good walk everyday my hips are playing up. I am also thickening up round the middle so different exercise needs to move in as well. I too will be 80 this year, as I see some of your ladies are, well done to them. So I am now back to work on the middle, I have not put on weight but the toning makes such a difference. Well,5 days ago I tripped and fell very hard hitting knees, wrists and side of my head. Two days later I went for head scan (all was great), evaluation and bone density test. Not only didn't suffer any damage due to tendons and muscles doing their job but Dexa test shows I'm regaining bone density. Dr. says is due to exercises. Again thanks so much. So many good things happening since I found your exercises in UA-cam!!!!!

That was a lot of fun. Probably the most fun I’ve had in days being stuck home. I do try to exercise everyday unless life gets in the way. There’s times where my energy has to go elsewhere but my goal is yoga and core everyday. Trying to walk every day too when I can.
I had to post because when I started this video the walking at and varied pace was my limit. Now I realize I’m jogging/running at every interval as walking just doesn’t ‘do it’ anymore. Yay, Progress! 🌸

I cannot explain what an impact you have had on my overall health for someone who has loose hardware in my knee after 3 total knee operations you might imagine pain and ambulation have been a major issue. Your videos have given me more strength than I knew possible .Years of physical therapy were futile only making things worse . I love these workouts. I’m 66 and I’m one year post- lumbar spinal fusion and I’m now starting to ramp up the rehab. I do the 15 minute one twice through. It certainly wakes up my body and mind in the mornings. x

I am thrilled I happened upon your videos. I have been doing IF since 6/14/21 & have been very successful on it. However because I have knee, hip & shoulder issues I was reluctant to start excercises...you changed that for me. I started yesterday with your sitting excercise video & I felt so good I did the 15 minute walk immediately after & best of all I came back to repeat it again today!!!! I am retired and between that & covid I fell into being far too sedentary. You're such a positive person and I love how you fit in the encouraging comments to add focus and purpose, but you don't overwhelm the participant with too much talking!! It's a great full body ("rounded" exercise as in also "well rounded person" which I think you are also!!) workout and challenge!! I've followed you before and will continue to do so!! I think you're totally knowledgeable in many ways, you make your exercise time lots of fun and meaningful, and you're a super person on top of all that!!

A brilliant work out for me I’ve just turned 70 ,I’m on day two l haven’t done any exercise for a couple of years but this is really doable . I also did the loose belly fat sitting down . Hello, I'm Suzanne and I'm 73 years old and in excellent health. I've been doing various Fabulous 50s workouts for the past 6 weeks. Usually I can do 15 minute workouts, sometimes with weights, three to four times per week.
One of the benefits that I've definitely noticed is that my posture has become so much better!!!!! I tuck my tummy in, my shoulders back and I must admit, I feel so much better about myself and the way I present myself to the outside world. I intend to continue with this, I truly enjoy it so much!!! Thank you.

I"m 63 and way out of shape. Wasn't always, but I fractured my ankle a few years ago getting ready for a 5K. By the time it was healed and the Dr. gave me the go ahead I had lost the rhythm and the attitude. I am happy to say it took me 2 years to lose the weight, and the same amount of time to put it back on. When I say happy its because usually when start putting back on what you lost it takes about half the time. Any way I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. Haven't lost any weight yet but I do feel better and as time goes on I'll add more and longer workouts. For now 15 min is all I can manage. Thanks for making this video.

do a good walk everyday my hips are playing up. I am also thickening up round the middle so different exercise needs to move in as well. I too will be 80 this year, as I see some of your ladies are, well done to them. So I am now back to work on the middle, I have not put on weight but the toning makes such a difference. I would rather do 3 or 4 of your short classes than one long one. Thank you and keep us oldies fit. Ann Sharpe. UK

Although my knees give me problems I did sit while doing this... kept moving the whole time... I feel like I will soon be able to engage fully in just a little while. I also dis the previous arm workout..

Well,5 days ago I tripped and fell very hard hitting knees, wrists and side of my head. Two days later I went for head scan (all was great), evaluation and bone density test. Not only didn't suffer any damage due to tendons and muscles doing their job but Dexa test shows I'm regaining bone density. Dr. says is due to exercises. Again thanks so much. So many good things happening since I found your exercises in UA-cam!!!!!

That was a lot of fun. Probably the most fun I’ve had in days being stuck home. I do try to exercise everyday unless life gets in the way. There’s times where my energy has to go elsewhere but my goal is yoga and core everyday. Trying to walk every day too when I can.

I cannot explain what an impact you have had on my overall health for someone who has loose hardware in my knee after 3 total knee operations you might imagine pain and ambulation have been a major issue. Your videos have given me more strength than I knew possible .Years of physical therapy were futile only making things worse . But for someone that the docs have throw in the towel

Now I am, so I just wanted to say thank you Schellea for the variety of workouts you upload for us. I used to be a fitness instructor, so I know how much work goes into designing a workout with music. I love these workouts. I’m 66 and I’m one year post- lumbar spinal fusion and I’m now starting to ramp up the rehab. I do the 15 minute one twice through. It certainly wakes up my body and mind in the mornings. x

I am thrilled I happened upon your videos. I have been doing IF since 6/14/21 & have been very successful on it. However because I have knee, hip & shoulder issues I was reluctant to start excercises...you changed that for me. I started yesterday with your sitting excercise video & I felt so good I did the 15 minute walk immediately after & best of all I came back to repeat it again today!!!! I am retired and between that & covid I fell into being far too sedentary. Thank you for sharing your tips in all arenas for women over 50, I will be 68 soon & welcome anything to extend my healthy years!!!💕😁👍

A brilliant work out for me I’ve just turned 70 ,I’m on day two l haven’t done any exercise for a couple of years but this is really doable . I also did the loose belly fat sitting down . I shall do these two exercises every day for a month 🤞these will help me with my back and hip pain also so loose weight and inches Thank you for the help
