      Haven't done your exercises for a few weeks but made the effort to get up early today. Started thyroid pills and feels harder for some reason getting motivated early. But glad I made the effort. Did the 10mins stretch, 8mins workout and then this 10min one. Thanks Schellea for giving us that motivation. So glad I found your videos years ago, you are the only one that does motivate me. xxx

    Love this workout, I like stringing together 3 or 4 of Shelley’s 10 minute workouts to give me a total of 30 to 40 minutes a day, it feels awesome even for a senior ❤

    I love the short sharp fitness challenges. I get easily bored with anything over 20 mins. I would rather do 2 x 20 mins than a 40 min workout.

    Love these short HIIT trainings like this. It’s great for my lower
    body rest days. I hike on weekends and when training for a big trip I don’t like to take a day off of strength training. These short videos keep my core and upper body worked but allow me to rest my legs that worked hard all weekend. Using little weights I worked up a big sweat!

    Love, love , love this workout! I usually can't do HIIT cuz its too long and I can't keep up. I love the boxing but due to all sorts of joint issues I can't usually do them. This workout had me sweating and I feel so good! Thank you for this short HIIT❤

    I truly enjoy your workouts. They are hard but doable! I feel they're geared to the needs of women over 50, and your personality is inspiring! This is the first boxing routine that I felt capable of doing without passing out.

    I really apreacciate your work! I am not 50 at all and ll my life I haven't been very sportive, in school I couldn't follow a whole sports lesson and my concentration wanders always around.     I’ve been doing your workouts for the past two weeks. I absolutely love them. I can follow along perfectly and I love how I can choose different videos depending on which area of the body I want to workout. Also having a timeframe for each video is just perfect.     Love your workouts! They are fast and effective to burn fat. I need to burn fat, lose weight, and tone up. So I've been doing the HIIT for belly fat, arms workout, and legs workout. HIIT is most effective in a short period of time that I can work into my busy schedule. Thank you for making it so fun! I feel so much better with more energy with just these short workouts!
