I love the way u get us to exercise its broken down, I watch the timer & in no time it’s done. The 5 & 10 min exercises seem like nothing but they r doable & I always think “this is only 5 mins I’ve got time to do that” so I dot I. I’m loving it. I’ve never lived exercise in my 52 yrs. thank u 🙏🏻

I am over 65 and I just got finished with my second round of the 14 day challenge. I cant believe the difference in balance from the first start 28 days ago. Also, as a bonus I have lost 3 pounds of the 10 I need to drop. I will definitely keep going through Schelleas video workouts. Thank you Schellea for your explosion of positivity.

Arrrgh! Was with you beat for beat on every exercise until the last one which BURNT. Kept going but a little slower than yourself. Now doing a half hour walking workout (just done an hour walk done at the beach with my hand weights). Trying desperately to distract from the fact that my husband is currently v sick in hospital. Exercise is so damn good for the mind as well as the body. With love and gratitude x

Schellea, this is not my first comment and I can't thank you enough for what you've helped me achieve. This time I want to share with you my latest experience in outdoor cycling. I used to be great at it years ago and 3 years ago my brother persuaded me to take it up again. Unfortunately, a serious car accident 20 years ago left scars not only on my body and my subconscious mind played nasty tricks on me. I was afraid of falling off the bike, colliding with other cyclists or pedestrians, and I was very shaky and unsteady. Needless to say, cycling was not on my list of enjoyable activities. I procrastinated for 3 months this year before I finally got my bike out. I was expecting the same old thing - fear, trembling and all sorts of unpleasant emotions. To my surprise, I felt better and happier with every passing kilometre, 16 in total. I felt confident, steady, and strong. I put it down to exercising with you, Schellea. I’m stronger and my balance is so much better. Thanks to you, I’ve now added cycling to my list of workout routines. I keep sharing your videos with my much younger female friends who find it difficult to start exercising. With you, it is simply doable :) Thank you!

💕Dear Schellea: I have on -purpose always saved the ones that largely have standing balance, 'til later in the day--after ones that have more walking. Now did this 10 minute legs, so much balance there! Learned: great energy , just as much as the walking ones~ Looking at the snow falling out my window(New York~), thinking how after I walk in that a little, I can get back & do a few more of these youth-extending workouts🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi Patty, Best wishes as you go forward. Weight management & improved mood, general fitness, & so much more- is so much easier When you commit to exercise regularly. I make time, make it a priority. Did this legs routine just now, and did the AMAZING “ 5 minute warmup workout” earlier. 👉🏼I was carrying a lot of extra weight, and after a few months of these plus eating better, I’m fown almost 2 pants sizes lower. Best of all, I feel so great, so confident. 🙏🏼

This was my first time doing this workout for legs. I am late getting to everything today because my internet was down but now it’s back up and running ..I had to do my walk earlier outside I did over 3 miles Schellea..you are inspiring me to keep going each day ..heading into my second full week this coming week and I am committed to each day to work out and improve my health and well being ..thank you 🌻no onto them next walking workout, abs and then arms ..and of course stretch when I have finished all of the above ..love and blessings happy Friday 😎

Hi from England, having completed the 7 day challenge I am now on day 2 of the 14 day challenge. I really like the great variety of workouts and the way different parts of the body are targeted. I usually get bored with exercise classes after a while but not so in this case! It all seems so expertly worked out for people like myself. The time slots whiz by! The music is enjoyable and uplifting too.

I am fast approaching my 66th birthday but don’t feel my age. I have neglected my exercise regime for a number of years so look & feel flabby 😔 I am not a fan of gyms so love the fact I can do your routines at home with no equipment. I am late getting to everything today because my internet was down but now it’s back up and running ..I had to do my walk earlier outside I did over 3 miles Schellea..you are inspiring me to keep going each day ..heading into my second full week this coming week and I am committed to each day to work out and improve my health and well being ..thank you 🌻no onto them next walking workout, abs and then arms ..and of course stretch when I have finished all of the above ..love and blessings happy Friday 😎

Hi from England, having completed the 7 day challenge I am now on day 2 of the 14 day challenge. I really like the great variety of workouts and the way different parts of the body are targeted. I usually get bored with exercise classes after a while but not so in this case! It all seems so expertly worked out for people like myself. The time slots whiz by! The music is enjoyable and uplifting too.
Schellea, these are great leg exercises. My legs are on fire. My hips also feel the burn 🔥. I love it. At 66 I am trying to eat healthier and follow your exercise routines. Thank you so much for motivating me to put the work in.😊

I am fast approaching my 66th birthday but don’t feel my age. I have neglected my exercise regime for a number of years so look & feel flabby 😔 I am not a fan of gyms so love the fact I can do your routines at home with no equipment.
