- In this 30 min ABS-DOMINANT Bodyweight HIIT workout as the title says we will be putting the focus mainly on the abdominals. We will have 40x movements in total and 20x of them are targeting specific abdominals, and the other 20x movements are Bodyweight Movements targeting the entire body and even in some cases + the abdominals!
We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds long and there will be a 15 second rest in between. After the first 20x movements there will be a 50 seconds water-break.

I did this video couple weeks ago and it was yet another great HIIT workout!
After the first floor exercise with leg lifts, I struggled with being able to keep my heels elevated for the rest of the exercises that needed the legs stretched out and heels off the ground.
I put my heels down as lightly as I could and every now and then lifted the heels as the opposite leg was going down.
The last exercise I couldn't even do one rep lifting both legs up lol. I had to make up my own exercise doing single leg jackknife then 4 cross-punched while crunching lol.
This video is going to be one I will do at least once a month as a benchmark that will show me how much I am improving with ab work as I continue doing your workouts!
I can see my results with doing your workouts 4 times a week, really love them x

Out of the two Ab Dominant HIIT videos, this one is harder (not that the other one is easy though)so I dread doing this one lol.
I have been avoiding this video ever since I did it the second time two or three months ago 😅
I finally decided I should do it and see how much stronger I got.
I am so happy to see a big change!
For all the lying down exercises with legs straight and heels off the ground, I can keep my heels up for longer. I still had to put them down in the last 10 or 15 seconds so I still have a way to go.
When I saw the preview for High Plank Swimmers I sighed knowing it will be difficult and I was shocked that it was almost... easy? Usually my arms are shaking toward the end but they were strong this time.
I'm still probably going to avoid this video for a while again but I'll eventually come back to it to check my core strength.
I still can't do the back roll and jump but I don't think I'll ever do those because of my knees. Who knows though, we'll see.

2nd time doing this video (after 5 weeks). and I'm definitely stronger!
I still had to put my heels down here and there for the floor ab exercises with leg raises,but it was less than last time.
For the final jackknives I was able to do it the whole duration without putting my heels down, but at a slower pace. Last time my abs were so done by then I couldn't even do one jackknife and made up my own ab exercise lol
I still modified some exercises for my knees, but the 4 High Knees Back Roll & Jump I had to replace completely with floor crunch variations.
