No repeat No Equipment HIIT workout // DIEHARD 30 minute follow Along

  • In this Challenging “No repeat No Equipment HIIT workout” we will push it to the LIMITS! We will have 36x movements in total. We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between the exercises. After the first 18x exercises we will have a 50 seconds water-Break and after that we will continue the workout.
    Make sure that you do a proper warming up before the workout!
    You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by doing this routine for 2x times in a row.
    Please find below the script of today's workout:

    I used to be a runner... Did 4 to 7 miles daily.. Some times even more, and went to the gym everyday. I was burnt. Since I started doing this workouts with you Daniel, I'm in the best shape of my life... No more long running sessions... I hit the gym 3 or 4 times per week and now this is the only workout cardio I do. Feel great!! Wouldn't have believed I only needed 30 minutes and the proper kind of workout. I'm forever grateful ❤

      I would say GREAT Job! Especially while we are aging strength routines and resistance training becomes more important, I personally do 80% weight training and 20% hydrid workouts with dumbbells/ kettlebells or just bodyweight! Keep up the great work

    In the beginning of this workout I thought “wth did I get myself into.” I questioned this workout, I questioned god and I even questioned my own existence. In the middle of this workout I asked myself “wth am I STILL doing here” , not just here in the workout but here on planet earth. On the very last burnout set of this workout is when I started thinking “I’m near the f***king end! “ I actually did it!!! Great workout you freaking savage!

    Was a perfect HIIT, I've sweated so much. Some time i was a need more seconds rest. In that case i did other round for balance that exercise.
    But i love this workout so much and i enjoyed it. Thank Daniel.

    Whoa!!!!! Well thus was an absolute scorcher. Every time i keep thinking this one is my favorite you come up with another workout that is just so awesome . The compound movements,the use of the upper and lower body simultaneously,the multi directional work and the abs. Who needs weights? Yeah we will still do our strength work. This workout was fantastic Daniel. You know I just love the content. Time for you to launch the do the damn thing with Daniel apparel line.     2. I like the new sound theme. It compliments your body movement and motivates ( I would have written charges me up,lol).

    An absolute hardcore... Sounds like you have crammed all the exercises you have ever known into a 30 minutes torture... This was the toughest ever in all your HIIT series.       Yesssss...you got that right! I takes me sometimes waaaay longer to put a workout together than getting ready and doing the thing ;) the after burn will deactivated the No repeat format I'm afraid haha

    Hii!! I love your routines!! But I want to ask you something.. I tried to keep up with you so How many calories are spent approximately in this routine? 👀👀

      Great to hear! How much you are burning through the workout can be easily measured by using a sport watch or something that can monitor your heartrate, for example I can burn 300 kcal with this one may you burn 600kcal maybe less...there are so many personal factors involved so I really cant say that.

    I did this and thought i could do it. Yes i did it but holy shit this has got to be the longest 30 minutes of my life and the moves were batshit crazy and burneddd and at the end of the workout i could be easily be mistaken as a corpse

    Pls Daniel can you load more bodyweight workouts because you add more kettle bell and dumbell ones, I am not against them but I am more of a bodyweight freak, so if you can post more bodyweight workouts I will be very grateful
